At the risk of coming across as too nosy, do you mind my asking if you are from the Prince George area, investoman? If so, can you provide any insight into the Micronex process for wastewater treatment?
Awesome TR! Back to two cents! I am loving this....
investoman, the question Tech was asking is how did you hear about FASC. Stock message board, word of mouth, etc.
Investo-Man, as an FASC shareholder, I would say to say I am flattered FASC is the first stock you've decided to take the time to post on.
I wonder if Levoltaire (or whatever his name is) from the other board is going to make a critical remark about my ending the previous sentence with a preposition.
TR, it looks like on October 15, Financial Services Manager recommended trasferring 200,000 from the wastewater treatment centre micronex project to the WWTC microturbine project.
Not completely unexpected, because it would appear as though FASC is just going to be delivering 1 machine to PG in the near future, so they may test it out in the real world to see if it's worth to them buying more. Just my take on everything going on.

rj2...the only reason I follow FASC is TRCPA was so arrogant in the past promoting this POS.... Every Red Flag that was brought up was played down by TRCPA. I just like to stop by every now and then and see how the FASC bully is doing!!! LOL!!!!

rj2..if this company was 1-2 years old, I'd agree with possible potential. This company is over 10 years old!!! This ain't a start-up!!! In 10 years my latest PC buy is 10 times more powerful at 1/3 the price!!!! These guys have had plenty of time to make a profit. Also, with this Far East stuff, who knows what they set up!! What happens in the Far East may stay in the Far East...how could it even be checked!!
You could have picked a real start-up and done a whole lot better, IMO.
I didn't own either stock, just followed them from a distance. I didn't have the cojones to plunk down a little chump change and see what happened.
Life *is* short, why are you wasting your time bashing a penny stock?
I don't tell people what to do with their money, no one likes to hear that. How old are you? Right or wrong, haven't you realized that by this time? Get lost. Get found. Then come back and apologize. Until then, I won't be wasting my time on you.
P.S. Nevtah = NTAH.
I'm sure Jagman has lots of money from investing in his "real" companies over the years to afford the toll charges to Nevada. Only seems fit to me he put up or shut up.

Thanks RJ, it was definitely informative. eom
TR, two notes:
1) There is no mention of the "micronex" wastewater treatment plan, only wastewater treatment as part of the community's environmental stewardship
2) Whether intentional or not, it might appear as if you were saying the wastewater treatment plan was a part of the energy plan. I'm hoping that turns out to be the case, in the PDF, any mention of wastewater treatment was outside the sphere of the energy plan.
Good find though. Thanks.
RJ, the shares going off under your order were most likely picked up by the MMs...remember, they can buy stock lower than what you cna for, unless you use an ECN to enter your order...but, I don't know much about ECNs, I don't know if your buy order has to be matched by a seller user an ECN or whether the ECN you are using will compete with the MMs for buying up all sell orders entering the marketplace.
RJ,
First off, don't be so sure you would get filled at the ask. JMO. But since it's only an order for 100K, you probably would.
Secondly, you have no business expecting any shares at the bid, unless you are using ARCA as an ECN, and even then I have no idea what the dynamics of such trading strategies are. The bid is for MMs, they can drop their bid below your order posted at the bid, but not drop the ask. I never saw the ask below 1.1 cents today, I did see the bid at .077. MMs, in theory, buy at the bid and sell at the ask. Not a difficult concept...and this is the second time I am explaining it to you.
Not trying to be a jerk but unless someone would like to point out why I am in the err, please don't post anymore about how it's strange you did not get filled at the bid. I doubt many of us here have much if any expereince in doing so, or, in even trying. It would be a bad omen if they filled your order at the bid. JMHO.
RJ,
Would you mind asking Cal if FASC is still a distributor for the Energy Cabin? Also, might there be a role for the KDS in any relationship Enrgy Cabin related? (ie./ involved in the pellet making process.)

Results of Operations - Year ending June 30, 2007
Revenue for the year ending June 30, 2007 was $323,560 compared to $724,706 for last year. This represents the sale of two systems completed for the year. In addition, in June we sold one machine which is now being fabricated, and a second which is being held in inventory pending receipt of final payment. A third sale was made in August 2007, subsequent to the date of these statements. These sales will be booked when delivered as per our revenue recognition policy. We have received deposits on all three of these sales.
I'm pretty sure worls wouldn't make it through a spell-check still...
Canada - City of Prince George, BC
We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Prince George, BC, Canada to assist them at their Waste Water Treament Plant in solving their environmental cleanup process of sewage sludge using the KDS Micronex System. This will be the first operation of its kind in the worls where strictly regulated Class B municipal sludge can be cleaned, bagged, and profitably sold to the public as a soil amendment. The initial runs are being monitored and evaluated by the University of BC, and if acceptable, the City will establish a permanent facility utilizing up to four KDS machines. To date, all trial runs have been satisfactory, and after making many modifications, we have reached the Phase I goal of “proof of concept”, as reported by Dayton & Knight P.Eng.’s the City’s project engineers.
-18-
Phase Two is expected to begin this fall where we will build a commercial scale model to be perfected and sold to Prince George as a show piece and, hopefully to other like sized municipalities in the region.
Well I guess I was wrong about FASC part-owning a powerplant in Malaysia, at least by the looks of it:
Malaysia - FASCM Joint Venture & License Agreement
On July 8, 2004, we granted an exclusive license for 21 years to First American Scientific Corp (Malaysia) Bhd. Sdn., to market the KDS system in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. FASCM purchased one KDS machine and set up a fully operational demonstration plant in Malaysia. Under the agreement, we will receive a royalty for each machine manufactured and sold in the territory and will share 50% in any excess profits from the operation. There was one sale in Malaysia to date, but the equipment was recovered when payment was not forthcoming. Two new projects are at the quotation stage.
-17-
This is a very solid, well financed operation in which we hold a 50% interest. The Malaysians are currently raising money privately to build a $1.3 million plant to process fibre which will be sold to China.
Tech, I don't know what about the Brazil angle makes it unique, but I bought into this stock hoping the griding/drying benefits of the KDS would make it more economical and user-friendly than other competing systems effecting the same result with the inputted materials. The pathogen killing aspect was just a bonus to me...I'm hoping the KDS can make it on it's grinding/drying benefits alone, because I see the big money being in energy. But what do I know...
I think I know what FASC management has on their mind....energy, and the production of it.
It would be my expectation their plan will be joint venturing into biomass energy projects. Only after more than a few of these projects are up and running (and the company has done a reverse split and gone onto the AMEX and is profitable) will the company not to taken as a joke by the investment community (save for us penny stock traders/investors.)
Thanks to TR we know there is some plan for a Malaysian biomass project.
I think energy production is this company's best chance to make it pretty big.
Net-Man, maybe they are trying to make the 10Q follow afterwards ASAP?
MiningGuy, I'd be happy to hear anything you have to say.
Charlie, I'm hoping the information from Austria will be pertaining to a KDS sale, and not Energy Cabin related. I bring up the Energy Cabin because, as you probably know, it is manufactured there.
RJ, thanks for taking the time to post on the message board, especially your conversations with Cal.
I think we are awaiting the 10K though, aren't we?
Regarding the MMs:
Contrary to Jagman's opinion, the MMs make money on stocks from the "SPREAD", going long, or going short. MMs wouldn't make anything in most of these penny stocks most of the time if they were simply making money between the spread. But if they are going to pick up millions of shares in the 3-5 cent range, and then dump a ton after running the price up, they'll make a killing.
RJ, MMs sell at the ask, or not at all. It's not strange in this stock for the MMs to not even fill an order at the ask, and then move the ask price up. It's not strange at all they wouldn't fill an order entered below the ask.
IMO, this stock is only in the 1 cent range so that people will be selling at 3 cents instead of buying. And the MMs will make a killing if this turns out to be a good story. I believe it will. Good luck to all (except the bashers).
Awesome DD TR. eom

I just spoke to Arnie, conversation details were along the lines of V4's. He mentioned that automobiles are interested in the pumps/compressors, says replacing existing pumps/compressors in a car with A/C will reduce the weight of the vehicle by about 200 pounds.
He says television spots are being edited, rough draft is very powerful, has mainly Bob Grisar in it demonstrating the pump. He is hopeful the release of the video will coincide with agreements with major companies. Release of video is expected to be by month's end.
After compressor testing is completed (by weekend is his guess) Bob Grisar will move on to validate the engine (especially the engine seals.) The seals will be the same design but coated with a different material. Seals in pump/compressor, according to him, are working perfectly.

Arnie,
FYI- A conversation today yielded the following Arnie statements:
They have been demonstrating the pump/compressor to related industry companies. They are very close to agreement with 2 major pump companies. The compressor test is 2 or 3 days from duration test completion. They expect to issue PR's this month. They also have recorded a TV broadcast. The first show is scheduled to be aired around 15 Sept. on regular TV. Details will be posted in a PR.
Thanks for sharing, Charlie. The reply sort of deflates my hopes we'll hear of new sales in the 10K.
TR, the new IBOX is looking great. I think the "Latest 10QSB Filing Date: 5/10/2007" near the top of the screen should be in bold. Great work.
Can someone ban Waitedog already? eom
Like honestly Waitedg, you cannot seriously expect to be able to slander a financial officer's reputation with charges of immoral behaviour without expecting to back up your claims.
Put up or shut up! (Personally I would prefer the latter.)
Post the RB post then. eom
Thanks Waitedg, I cannot wait to see your "laundry list" of "immoral behaviour" Cal has exhibited over the years. Or are you just going to tell him to go to RB like you do me? He'd only have 20,000 or so of bashers' posts to go through, eh? "ROTFLMAO!"
TR, I went to the translation page, and got the feeling after reading it there (it is difficult to makes sense of that either way) that some work has been done to deal with dust issues. Was that your read as well?
miningguy, I wish I was censured! I'd feel almost Presidential! lol
For those wondering, I let Waitedg know his Time & Sales data was inaccurate...just add it up I said! Maybe RB didn't want people to notice *their* share volume was as phony as FreeRealTime's.
Sundar left? eom
Waitedg, I can't wait to see what you have to say to Cal. Remember to itemize each instance of immorality! lol
*Takes a page from the fans at Cameron Indoor*
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...See Yahh!!
Waitedg, ever hear of copying and pasting? No, well let me tell you how it works. You right click on your mouse and scroll down to select Copy. Then you move your cursor to where you want to paste the text you've copied...Right click on your mouse, and select Paste. Or use Ctrl C to copy and Ctrl V to paste. Or a combination of both methods.
Also, you could not only copy/paste the informtion you allude to, you could also explain how you think that each action is immoral, as opposed to simply being just not successful. When someone grounds out into a double play with the bases loaded, that's not immoral is it? As bad as the result is, it was somebody making an honest effort. Perhaps that same batter, with experience, will not make the same mistake, and change his approach so that some modicum of success is obtained from such an opportunity. By the way, I am not saying Cal could have done better in past attemps at commercializing the KDS technology, I am just providing an example to help illustrate my point that immorality is not the same as not finding success.
No more cop outs for answers Waitedg...back up your claims! And/or be gone with you!
