So, with the new IGEX banner on Twitter, I guess it's go time. Should I release my DD now? I mean, I said I was going to wait for Jason, but I think this is his confirmation.

NO CHANGE TO PUBLIC FLOAT. Some shares were issued to the merging company as collateral to close the deal. These will be returned at closing and will never enter the public float. THERE HAS BEEN NO DILUTION.

All of this is 100% verifiably true.

This reaffirms my belief that Disanti doesn't go for custodianship until he has already closed a deal with a company wanting to do a RM. Look for this to move fast, folks. Many people will be caught off guard!

Don't be fooled - this consolation won't last long! Hearing for appointment of custodian in less than three weeks! Once granted, Disanti works very quickly to wrap up the merger. No time for games on this one!
