So pondering if it's a good thing meaning shortest and flippers like bmic are definitely gone. So what's everyone's thoughts?
20 plus trades today? Did I miss something? What l2 look like today?
Quiet day ,
that's what I was trying to say last night. That he is pushing the clothing line hard and tying up assests and money into that line. At least he is producing a product.
And people have to keep in mind that if they do take over the company, they will own all the patents and rights to IP even though it would be registered under the original creators.
Estrada works for umbra, gets compensated well, although he created, umbra owns them. Also the others involved got preferred class shares from umbra in lieu of (remember, Umbra is a holding house originally)

CONFORMING RIGID CAST AND BRACE COMPRISING A CURABLE POLYMERIC MATERIAL
Publication number: 20170367897
Abstract: A formable cast (100) or brace is provided herein which comprises a padding (101), an outer shell (103) spaced apart from the padding, and a ridge (109) disposed along the perimeter of the shell. The ridge, shell and padding define an interior space (115), with a curable polymeric material disposed in the interior space. The curable polymeric material undergoes a phase transition, upon curing, from a liquid or gel phase to a substantially rigid solid phase. The cast or brace (100) may be readily customized to the patient by fitting the cast to the patient's body, positioning the cast in the desired orientation, and curing the curable polymeric material through exposure to actinic radiation or by other suitable means.

Gordo has been around this company for a long time. got rid of the so called crooks and bad eggs. Alex made good to the start up investors. to me that is an honorable thing. As i stated, I've been reading here on this board for a long time and only started participating in this board for about a year? I was the silent observer. DE has been around for a bit as he stated. As well as other lawsuits from the previous partners. I think Alex is focused on the ASP / hygeiea line and putting a lot of effort into this side of the company. The battle rifle takes time, a lot of time, FFL's testing, field testing, schmoozing the military. Believe me our joke was your firearm / weapon was made by the lowest bidder. So if you have something you can rely on it may be more expensive but in the filed you want it. Anyone remember the forward assist on the bolt for the M-16? running joke, just got a new improved forward assiste for 200 dollars. Russian talking about ak47, I just hit with shovel it work. So on the weapon end it takes a lot of time to prove out why your's is better than the cheapest manufacturer (hmmm french comes to mind). ok that was a soap box rant. Let Alex run the Hygeia medical, military applications. If he hit's Natik Reasearch NSRDECj and ASP / Hygeiea takes of there, well we will be all billionaires. so let him run that line and push it to the limit. ok I'm beyond the point of exhaustion, so I am off to bed. Good night All good night my friends. And yes Just give Alex that chance. Let him prove the naysayers wrong. Good night take care catch up with you all tomorrow. 4am gets here to quick.
Agreed, IRS, tax laws are tricky. Kind of like getting divorced on dec 31 at 23:59. as far as the IRS is concerned, you were single for that whole year. so you would have to go back to Jan 1 of that year and pay the single rate. So really folks, please just give Alex a chance. A quarterly report should be out soon. News may come tomorrow, as it always does on a tues. So when the quarter report comes out we will see what it says. Although the AS is up there now, there have to be good reasons to it. Again, they are selling products. funny thing is one contract and everyone here will be singing praises while I still sit here believe in him and his products. (not all products come to fruition, some just bomb out but take money with it. and some take off like a missile.) I do want to see numbers, sales, manufacturing costs etc.... so that should give us an idea as to what has transpired this quarter. But let him explain his game plan to us.
I'm giving Alex the full chance.
I do know I'm looking at the numbers from last year taxes, but Del. was stock amended on the same day, the Florida filling was accepted, so by the status date of 2018/Mar/01 if I do it quickly I would say possibly a month and a half past due on the previous year tax?
so need to run numbers from Last report in Dec. see what went on from Jan to current day 2018/04/23 and lets see what comes up.
I'm still half a sleep here, does anyone actually know UATG physical year? is it usual Jan-Dec. or is it on a different time frame? I know my company is not on Jan-Dec. we are actually ending our year at the end of this month.
Rocknroll you are a very smart person, Sorry for the snide comment on the day late thing, I've been up since 4am full day of work and trying to get caught up. (I'm a little tired, ok a lot of tired). I know there are things out there not making sense, I'm thinking of it a us all having a piece of a jigsaw puzzle working on one table. I apologize for anything I offended. I was and still am looking forwarded to what they are setting up tax wise, Corporation, holding wise. (I know they had to and still have to pay off sins of the past) there are things we still haven't put our fingers on it. But seems like we all are putting a piece a day into this puzzle. I think overall in the long run, we are going to be doing good. But let Alex get his stuff together legally and SEC wise with paperwork, corporation etc..... again I'm exhausted I apoologize and yes I will look into the share dilution and why and whom when I get a chance,
Once again a day late and a dollar short. Seems like you really do have poor DD

not saying it's all truth, but I / we have see numerous runs of odd numbers like that. I have seen them here and other trades. the 100 200 300 I don't buy into that's just even trades, but I have seen 666 911 and a couple others over time and people mentioned MM right after the trade for manipulation. Just tossing that info out there, take it with a grain of salt.
Just to let people know when you see strange buys or sells.
Market Maker signals from one MM to another
100 = I need shares
200 = I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down
300 = take the price down so I can load shares
400 = keep trading it sideways
500 = gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal
911 = pending news
666 = anytime you see NITE print 666 at the end of any trades, dip time,

Traders Keeping Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) on Close Watch As Shares Move 0.00%
Posted by Concordia Staff on April 23, 2018 at 1:25 pm
Needle moving action has been spotted in Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) as shares are moving today on volatility 0.00% or 0.00 from the open. The OTC listed company saw a recent bid of 0.0011 and 6370458 shares have traded hands in the session.
Doing the necessary homework, investors have a wealth of information about publically traded stocks. Figuring out which ones are going to steadily outperform can be a tricky task. Many investors opt to follow what covering sell-side analysts think about certain stocks. Following analyst updates to estimates and targets may help gauge overall stock sentiment. However, solely following analyst views may not be enough to put the entire investing puzzle together. Technical traders may want to still keep tabs on the fundamentals, and vice-versa.
Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) has a 14-day ATR of 0.00. The Average True Range is an investor tool used to measure stock volatility. The ATR is not used to figure out price direction, just to measure volatility. The ATR is an indicator developed by J. Welles Wilder. Wilder has developed multiple indicators that are still quite popular in today’s investing landscape. The general interpretation of the ATR is the higher the ATR value, the higher the volatility.
Currently, the 14-day ADX for Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) is sitting at 13.26. Generally speaking, an ADX value from 0-25 would indicate an absent or weak trend. A value of 25-50 would support a strong trend. A value of 50-75 would identify a very strong trend, and a value of 75-100 would lead to an extremely strong trend. ADX is used to gauge trend strength but not trend direction. Traders often add the Plus Directional Indicator (+DI) and Minus Directional Indicator (-DI) to identify the direction of a trend.
The RSI, or Relative Strength Index, is a widely used technical momentum indicator that compares price movement over time. The RSI was created by J. Welles Wilder who was striving to measure whether or not a stock was overbought or oversold. The RSI may be useful for spotting abnormal price activity and volatility. The RSI oscillates on a scale from 0 to 100. The normal reading of a stock will fall in the range of 30 to 70. A reading over 70 would indicate that the stock is overbought, and possibly overvalued. A reading under 30 may indicate that the stock is oversold, and possibly undervalued. After a recent check, the 14-day RSIfor Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) is currently at 38.46, the 7-day stands at 35.87, and the 3-day is sitting at 45.02.
Looking further at additional technical indicators we can see that the 14-day Commodity Channel Index (CCI) for Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) is sitting at -68.39. CCI is an indicator used in technical analysis that was designed by Donald Lambert. Although it was originally intended for commodity traders to help identify the start and finish of market trends, it is frequently used to analyze stocks as well. A CCI reading closer to +100 may indicate more buying (possibly overbought) and a reading closer to -100 may indicate more selling (possibly oversold).
Moving averages can help spot trends and price reversals. They may also be used to help find support or resistance levels. Moving averages are considered to be lagging indicators meaning that they confirm trends. A certain stock may be considered to be on an uptrend if trading above a moving average and the average is sloping upward. On the other side, a stock may be considered to be in a downtrend if trading below the moving average and sloping downward. Shares of Umbra Applied Technologies Group Inc (UATG) have a 7-day moving average of 0.00. Taking a glance at the relative strength indictor, we note that the 14-day RSI is currently at 38.46, the 7-day stands at 35.87, and the 3-day is sitting at 45.02.
With equity investing, there will constantly be worries and fears. The volatility in the market that accompanies these fears may trick investors into thinking the next bear market is on the doorstep. During a market-wide sell off, many stocks may experience the pain. Over time, many may gain back the ground they lost and return to previous levels. The biggest names may be the ones to recoup the losses the quickest. However, many investors might get stuck waiting for a rebound that just isn’t going to happen. Having the flexibility to adapt to market conditions may help repair a damaged portfolio. Sometimes a readjustment may be needed in order to regain some confidence. As the next round of earnings reports start to come in, investors will be keeping a close watch to see which companies produce the largest surprises, both positive and negative.
If I actually had a email address that would get a true reply from him
Is it possible that bmic and everyone else now banned finally dumped all their shares last week
that's the issue, no news. Nobody knows really what's going on at this moment so we are kind of in the dark on all this for now.
.0012, holding
however, I am reading two years worth of printed reports in front of me, one thing I did see a few people who received shares, on the same day immediately transferred those said shares in the same amount to undisclosed parties or spouses immediately . so if it's out of my name and in my wife's or trusts. Means money can't be touched by anyone. I have noticed many of them did do immediate trades after receiving shares. so may or may not mean so a cross trade.
Over all a quiet day on the board, not much chatter. I'm thinking we bottomed for the most part.some people want to hit the trips so they can easily double their money. but I think it's the green climb to .002, all indicators are there, most orders seem to be set at high.0028 to .0040, so I expect a flip session around those. Just have to hold long or scoop up more. but let us give this stock a chance, we just have to shake out the loose change out of our pockets.
easy on us tyaz we don't want to spook the investors. but I'm watching for the big flippers whom already have the orders set on a pre-sell at %gain of 50% to 100%
I see 004 is the flip range so when we get there we can see the flip level
Wow look at the trips, thanks for the l2 post you guys rock
I so agree , now let's have that positive outlook and green days ahead
trying to be positive and realistic at the same time.
I'm forward looking to when the big flips may or may not happen. If someone has a auto sell in at .0018 area, that would be the next hurdle to cross. but I am loving the green today, more accumulation. I'm not complaining. Just looking to the next hurdle to cross. Although seems the real deal here on the uptick. So fingers crossed we could gain support and not that much resistance to the next level. $uatg. But yes there will be flippers for tiny gains, it's still money made. just want to get above .002 and slow and steady climb north for a bit.
what I mean any one in a pre-flip stage? at .002 just holding for an auto sell ? good to see green today, but still expecting .0018 -.0020 flips.
what's L2 look like anybody up at .002s?
well lets give him the benefit of the doubt. He is just getting off the ground with all these products. But at least he is selling a tangible item. So lets see start up costs, engineering, quality assurance testing etc.... Honestly how many people on this board own the socks right now? (i'm typing as I am wearing them)
1) I'm sick of the new neysayers who suddenly appear here on this board causing strife and fighting among us core posters who have been here a long time, yes more people here longer than I. are they up to a scheme to either drive it down to trips, pick it up cheap, then flip?
2) there will be some serious flipping at this low price when it doubles or more. So be prepared for the red days.
3) if you don't like the stock, sell and exit. take the loss write it off on next tax year.
4) I myself have done some serious digging in and around. I have found "illegal" IP being sold online. Gordo talked to alex about it and maybe other posters as well. As far as virtual offices, yeah it is a good idea in the beginning. but as he progresses he should have a solid base of operations. (he probably has a solid office in a business park) I know of people whom rented mini garage based office space with a cheesy office in the beginning to keep over head costs down. And when the time came they moved to an office building with manufacturing capabilities.
5) From numerous interviews, articles. Alex does not follow the stock boards. How ever I agree a online townhall meeting be it facebook, skype or something would be great. Now keep that in mind that he will not answer specific questions to to SEC legal insider trading laws. If he lets one thing slip and we all buy or sell we all can be prosecuted for insider trading.
6) I believe in this company, has more going than most OTC companies. Yes at times his rhetoric has been copied over and over in his company statements. But how many products have come forwards and how many were just dropped, abandoned or shelved because of technical difficulties or just proved a loss of time and money.
7) I'm not as smart as a lot of you traders on here, I give a try and study, read and learn. but i'm not perfect. I do learn things from you all here. but I'm also learning to filter out the trouble makers that have their own agenda.
8) Press releases are not going to happen every week, maybe once a month, but at least once a quarter. now remember all only time will tell, time will tell my friends.
true, he does own the tooling so to speak, now procurement of the materials and the shop "house" that manufactures is more capital. although the tooling he owns may or may not work with the textile manufacturer. So new tooling , designs? On a side note for those who wonder about a virtual office, I wish I had one back in the day, damn good idea when I look back in retrospect. I would of spent more time on engineering and production then taking every single call. and the sales calls, oh god those drawn out cold sales calls, but you take them anyways because there is always one nugget of gold in the mud with all those calls, although, having ADP handle payroll freed me up immensely.
I want that as well. I stayed that in earlier posts, but keep In mind start up cost , r and d production tooling firs engineering cost. Any one here in manufacturing? Easiest gravy made is tooling charge on new products
just trying to say how, they started in a house garage, and had to get lines of credit without money. and look at them now.
I'm just throwing ideas out there, (based on what APPLE did before they were famous) they paid in shares, employees, suppliers etc.... but i'm not saying that is happening, but hell if someone gave me stock in their company for my labor? hell yeah. Labor is what I control, I have to be at work with those machines running and paying my guys 9 hrs a day regardless if they are making something on the CNC or painting lines in the parking lot. So to take a labor chance on stock and maybe more paying contracts. I would do it. Labor is cost that can be manipulated to make money.
have everyone go over the reports, and you will see holders of all types of stock, and they can convert, liquidate, divorce sell etc... but there are a lot of private stock holders as well.
could also be barter/payment for the Hygieia line of products. Pay in stock instead of cash. Or just conversion for cash to get more lines up and running. Really just let that set in for a bit. how to you pay your Research and design? purchase equipment etc.... could be a capital raising for those products, machine and materials.
