Well , everything is down. Looks like a little dip here from it.
They should be ending this quiet period soon then we can get back to discussing press releases...
How odd , I sent Queen a friend request and she said she had 428 rules.
Here are a few of the easy ones:
Have killed a wild tiger blindfolded while wearing a Lady Ga Ga meat dress
Climbed Mount Everest in flip flops
Have swam UP the falls at Niagara
IQ over 150
Able to assemble Ikea furniture in one evening
So as you can see, your met in person rule is a unrealistic outlandish idea compared to other peoples easier rules.
I live in a van down by the river.
It has a Moto Meter , I watch TV on the Wheelies and do all my shopping via the YES service.
vous êtes drôle
Did you see that Ben on Facebook is comparing World Moto Yes to UBER that is worth billions?
World has stated and they will stick with it, that they are not going to talk till they are out of this quiet period.
Whereas I do not believe anything is wrong I think they are just working through the process to get it done.
imo
OR… just maybe this Richie Rich guy was the only person who stuck around and believed in the company when all the others left the board.
I am looking for success and believe if they get it all lined up right World Moto will succeed exponentially.
OR-
I am in a dark room eating a bag of Cheetos sending out crazy messages.. ( I think the General that does that LOL )
Hey! Don't drag me into your FARE conspiracy theory :)
And dummy... I will ignore that even if you only meant my FB account. LOL
They want to look good for investors but do you also realize customers look at FB as well. Send questions to the investor relations email then report it to the board like red13.
Anyway I got to meet Ben for coffee,, oops did I say that out loud? Just kidding, no one drinks coffee for business, got to meet Paul for a beer. Oh once again just teasing.... :)
Yours truly, the mysterious Richie R
IMO,
And I thought I knew everything about you.... Yeah baby yeah :)
Seems like a normal reply for General Grievous LOL! I deleted the comment because you can not have the f-word spelled out like that. Ok let's all get back to the mysterious comments from other people popping up on the board and the chart readers.. You know the normal stuff. :))
Let's all just chill till we hit that dollar bill...
Exactly... You have to worry about the small details they can trip you up. Looks like a good and simple proven mounting solution that anybody could use regardless of their mechanical aptitude.

Well, if you ever worked a government deal you know they have their own pace, and timelines can change instantly.
It is nice to see that according to the World Moto Facebook page ELCOT has requested more information. They are looking for a lot of features and requirements which should hopefully narrow down the choices quickly to the Moto Meter.
Obviously the Moto Meter is an excellent solution and I would imagine that World Moto has all the support details worked out as much as they know about so far. It sounds like all World Moto needs is the green light to go.
Below is a comment copied from https://www.facebook.com/worldmoto
“Thank you for posting. World Moto was asked very recently to supply detailed technical specifications to ELCOT and so the process is somewhat further along than this article suggests. ELCOT may be giving themselves some breathing room in terms of time and expectations (under promise, over deliver).
Best,
WM”
imo
Great info, Thanks for passing it on Red !
At least it is green..

LOL
( it just says Good idea Any news would be good )
I interpret the comment as it takes 3 weeks per SEC response and that is why they are keeping their mouth shut. They want it over as soon as possible as well.
Also I interpret it as saying the quiet period is over when the SEC is satisfied with the explanation or comments from World Moto.
Right, Quiet Period. World Moto has commented on their Facebook page that they are observing a quiet period.
Not a silent period but a quiet period. They are still there doing business things but it looks like they have chosen to take some advice to keep quiet right now.
Interesting, can’t wait to hear what they have to say publicly after the quiet period.
From the comments section on https://www.facebook.com/worldmoto
--------------------
Just to note: the company is currently observing a "quiet period" which is related to the financing announced on April 8th. During this process it's advised that companies refrain from promotional publicity (PRs, etc.).
Best,
WM
--- And they clarify more on the above comment ---
It is standard proceedure for the financing. During this process, the SEC reviews the filings and forwards comments. The company responds to the comments and then waits for the next round of comments. This back and forth continues until the SEC has no further comments. Distributing a press release during this process often results in additional comments. Since the SEC takes about three weeks to review and formulate each round of comments, additional comments can cause lengthy delays, not to mention the comments can be complex and/or contain open-ended questions, which require time and consideration from management.
Here is an example of an open-ended question: "We note that you describe your business plan and anticipated timeline for achieving certain milestones in various sections, please ensure that your business plan is clearly and comprehensively described and update your anticipated timeline as necessary with respect to your significant milestones."
Best,
WM
Oh behave..! Let me loosen my tie .. its getting hot in here.. Yeah Baby! ..LOL
Hello Queen... I thought you knew everything! LOL
I think it seems to taking forever and theses products should be making us millions... But I can say a lot of things and have opinions because I am not the decision maker.
But I think from information the company has released publicly that they are wanting tremendous success from all the products.
They are encountering a lot of new things that take time to process or deal with. ( so work faster World Moto :)
My take is it still looks good but I am looking for it to get better.
Interesting....
Looks like they are still having trouble with their Facebook page I would guess.
But the likes are still going up...
That sounds like something WM would do, hold off on a news release till they get a solid piece.
We should be hearing something shortly..

A recent TechCrunch article (http://techcrunch.com/2014/06/07/mobile-enabled-commerce-will-yield-the-next-100b-startup/) noted that m-commerce services, such as Yes™, represent the most important wave of retail innovation since consumer brands first began selling goods and services online 20 years ago. Paul Giles, CEO of World Moto, commented, "Increasing competition in the e-commerce space has driven success in this marketplace to the final front -- last mile delivery. With advantages on price and assortment having reached the point of diminishing returns, the new online battle is being fought over the efficiency of getting a product to the consumer as quickly as possible and at the lowest possible cost. ---------------- Cut and Pasted from link above ---
Autorickshaw unions call off strike
Following a discussion with senior police officers, autorickshaw unions have called off their strike planned for Thursday.
As part of the discussion, it was decided to have drivers who have been following the rules appointed as wardens to monitor the operations of the autorickshaws in their area. The ‘auto wardens’ will be given special training and can be recognised by badges that will be issued to them, a senior traffic policeman said. The police have also appointed the four deputy commissioners of traffic as grievance redressal officers for the drivers. With regard to the formation of the tripartite committee to fix fares and the installation of GPS meter, the unions will be meeting with the transport department, the officer said.
The unions, however, say they have only postponed their strike.
I agree with you there , this stock price is low for the potential of this company.
Can not provide you with any info on your June deadline decision.
We just need this stock to shoot to ten dollars , that will bring some excitement back in here... LOL
Hello Red,
Well with this stock price who wants to talk about it (except for Sujitta .. LOL )
Not going to let this ( temporary IMO )stock price get me down.
So much potential here I am not going anywhere.
Great ideas here and all three products are in play.
It seems about time for some news from these guys ..
Right you are, the management’s commitment to the success of the company is not in question here.
They have developed three excellent products and they want all of them to take off in the marketplace.
This stock price is ridicules. But they have a lot of items pending or possibly some deals in the works that should change it. A lot of things and people can bully that price around. I am sure it has the attention of the management.
Three products, Moto meter, Wheelies and Yes gives me three BIG opportunities. I am in for the wins.

The new Yes™ video is to demonstrate "Delivery in 15 minutes or less." It's important to establish what Chris Green said about Yes:
“Delivery in 15 minutes places Yes™ #1 in the world. I cannot find one company that comes close to this delivery time. Very amazing and do not see any of the well-known large corporations being able to compete. Even if they have drones.”
A commercial aimed at consumers will come afterwards. The commercial will show the pains of trudging to the store and back vs. tapping and receiving.

About India - World Moto Facebook Feedback
The question was " What is the latest news regarding India?"
------- Please check World Moto Facebook page for the current or updated feedback. https://www.facebook.com/worldmoto
-- Feedback from World Moto:
The PM of India was sworn in yesterday and as mentioned India's election laws restrict any such programs during elections. Now that the election is over the question is when will the newly elected government move the tender forward? That's the million dollar question that no one has the answer to at this time, though, one can take a guess. For example, if this were a US presidential election, how long would it realistically take the newly elected government to get settled in and begin moving forward?
Amtex Systems Inc. is managing our interests in the tender. Amtex is a large firm with offices in six countries, including offices and facilities in Chennai, India. It was Amtex's executives who first contacted us about the tender and we have good relations with them, and since they have a stake in it, we expect they'll contact us the moment things move forward.
We'll inform everyone when we get word from Amtex.
Best,
WM
With the news that World Moto Preparing Verification Build on Moto-Meter, that will set World Moto up for the capability to mass produce the product.

The company will be ready to fulfill any orders that are needed for any possible contract wins
WORLD MOTO BAGS MOROCCAN PATENT FOR MOTO-METER
LINK - http://www.bananaip.com/sinapse-blog/2014/05/world-moto-granted-patent-moto-meter.html
------------ The following text cut and pasted from the above link. Refer to the link for complete information --------
World Moto, a company renowned for its advanced taxi-meter called Moto-Meter, has recently been awarded a patent from the patent office of Morocco for Moto-Meter. World Moto was earlier granted patents for the same invention in Nigeria and South Africa. Moto Meter is an advanced taxi-meter primarily used for calculating fares in moto-taxis.
The moto-taxis, also known as motorcycle taxis, are two wheeler vehicles which are used for transporting people. Market size of this product is estimated to be close to five hundred billion dollars. of late, the moto-taxis have gained popularity all over the world due to their ease of availability, lower operating costs, and convenience of use during peak hours. It is estimated that the number of moto-taxis in Bangkok alone supercedes total number of taxi cabs in the USA. At present there are over 20 million moto-taxis in over 100 countries, Nigeria topping list of countries with most number of moto-taxis.
In comparison with other taxi meters, the Moto-Meter has additional featurs such as Blackbox, GPS and advertisement display system. The Moto-Meter, which can be used in harsh and open environments as well, possesses various sensing means such as speed sensors, accelerometers etc which are used to capture data during accidents. World Moto is seeking patent protection for the Moto-Meter in 61 countries. The company’s CEO Paul Giles and CTO Chris Ziomkowski themselves are inventors of the Moto-Meter.
World Moto has gained prominence in India as well, and they have secured a pre-tender deal for supplying 90,000 Moto-Meters for auto rickshaws in Tamilnadu, where installation of meters with GPS system has been made compulsory by law.
What ? Deadheading? Jump in the left seat, cross check, Foxtrot Alpha Romeo Echo is Ready to take off .. Lol
Well I know a huge company that started in a garage in Palo Alto... They didn't have a sink or even running water. So clearly WM in its early stages has extremely advanced testing facilities... :))
I think they are proving that is one tough meter...
No problem C W, got them posted for ya.
Customers , Governments or whom ever World Moto talks to about their portfolio of products are going to expect them to be able to support their products and have a office/warehouse/lab/customer area etc... to manage their business. So much is required to run a business and the size office space and amount of the lease shows they are working real hard to get the most out of what they got while watching the bottom line.
A business with this potential and portfolio of products needs more the space.
