A lot of this is from old PR's , Dec. 31st report, news from this past quarter. Problem is, there were lots of announcements in the form of "AERN and so and so to form a JV..." but few ever seemed to have materialized. Exxon, Black Gold(allegedly inked in October 2011 but can't find news on it) and Riverton have yet to appear in a confirmed legally binding agreement or contract. I do however have faith AERN is actively pursuing the Riverton/Louisiana deal seeing as how they specifically called it out in their annual report. I do not know what drilling activities are happening in in Kansas either. So far, the only thing I can see that AERN can hang their hat on are the TX ($250K/yr upto $1 mil/yr potential)and OK leases(up to $20 mil/yr once all wells are reworked) as well as the UMO($5million/yr in current signed contracts) business. Then of course there is lots of speculation around everything else that might be in the works like the Louisiana deal ($1.8Billion)
November 2011 Quarterly Report for quarter ending September 30th - I see lots of commitments in here with no recent updates..... Which tells me most of them are dead. The Marta Oil deal confuses me though. This was Theresa's property (100+ wells in Kansas) why haven't we heard anything else on this one?

February 2012 Quarterly report for Quarter ending Dec 31st. 2011 http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AERN&id=72566
I still see Riverton as a commitment but how long can they have a potential property(Louisiana gas and oil lease) waiting to have an agreement in place before someone else comes along and takes it.... my guess is either they have it under deposit until they work out a deal or not.
I'm all for what you wrote but the Exxon deal never showed up in their last quarterly report nor did the deal with Black Gold.
Atlanta, Surf...Very quiet here today. Any predictions on the expecting PR? Oil wells UMO, new acquisition, JV... Appetizers or Full Course Meal? The last two PR's we got were fairly lack luster although great contributions to the overall picture. Are we going to see those 12 new wells you'v been talking about?
AERN Current state of affairs.... Should be a great month (I am purely speculating here, feel free to comment, dispute, refute, correct or build upon)
Unless there's new PR's with great news my calculations place current estimates at or around $6 million/yr. This would support a share price of $.003 (give or take not including expenses or future potential for growth/projected earnings)
- 5 Million UMO
- 1 Million from oil wells
Upcoming announcements: (This is just my guess... i have no little birdie)
- Well numbers should be increasing monthly over the next 10-16mos from the 3 Oklahoma leases reaching $20 mil/yr
- Texas leases will also be increasing output as new offset wells are drilled.
Waiting to hear about:
- 100+ Kansas oil wells from PR dated November '11 in the form a JV.
- $1.8Billion potential from oil and gas from a JV with Riverton Energy on leases located in Louisiana.
- New UMO deals
- New JV's or purchased oil well leases
- EXXON ?
OUARTERLY REPORT by Mid MAY!!!!!
What do you think the chance's are that we'll hear about the Riverton Louisianna deal? They clearly spelled it out that they are pursuing it in the last report.
If this actually came to fruition I'd like to think they'd announce it. Adding another $3million could potentially add another $.002 to the share price.( minus expenses) we'll look for it in the next quarterly report. I'm a bit skeptical since didn't see anything about it in the last quarterly report...
Yeah, I remember this one but was it ever signed sealed and delivered? Did they officially enter into a contract and start drilling? We haven't heard anything more about this since November...
Do we have any wells in Kansas? I though we did but have not heard much in the way of PR's about their output...
Sorry the stuff under the otc link... Report, obviously is relevant.
Why are you posting this? Completely not relevant anymore.
Thanks Rob... since its "done" you can leave now, no reason for you to be here if you're not a shareholder. You have zero credibility here... Why do keep coming back? No reason for you to be here...
AERN earnings April 25??? Is this correct?
Stock price is based on percieved value regardless of DD or actual earnings(this will help soon enough). In small stocks like this, MM's are at play as well. AERN needs traction, a huge quarterly report with indisputable earnings numbers will help. Some people here just don't know how to read the PR's and are born skeptics or trying to manipulate it down because they hold a short position or want to load up at cheaper prices... The Quarterly report will do a lot for the price and have people doing their DD will have more solid evidence. PR's that say " will add up to $2 million in revenue" sound great but what we want to know is the actual profit after expenses in a legal, definitive, SEC filing. Bbls of oil per day would be great to hear but until I see it as profit in a filing, I won't be satisfied. Pennies are speculative... be patient, this will run soon enough. IMHO
UMO adding $1-2million/yr is a snack to hold us over for news on pumping wells adding another $5-20 million/yr - that's meat! Riverton/Louisianna deal $1.8 billion is meat! Quarterly reports showing increased profits = meat! Bring it on Al, I'm hungry!
GLTA
Okay Surf, spill it... Any press releases this week? Aren't we waiting on an oil flow rate determination from 12 new wells? Riverton/Louisianna or Oklahoma & Texas developments perhaps? New website update on April 7th I heard here? Maybe a new website update just prior to a juicy new PR will coinside nicely. Just imagine, a new wells a pumpin' with updated company info and news for all the new investors looking to do their DD and join us AERN'ers! AND we've got about 40 days or so to wait for the quarterly report which I'm hoping will be stunning in addition to any great news between now and then! April and May should be nice! We'll wait and see...
Hypothetically, using very fuzzy math.... $.0013 eps is not bad for $2 million in annual revenue(how much will be profits has yet to be determined). Now if the total current UMO revenue is $5million/yr then eps is roughly $.0033.... Not far from where we are now.
Factor in maybe $20 million from oil wells(once all are online) and eps is over $.01...
Call me crazy but we're in good shape but need oil well numbers and quarterly report to verify all profits. Sit tight...
Thanks 669, very constructive feedback....
Here's my note to AERN -
Hello ,
I'm a enthusiastic AERN shareholder looking for some information
Great work with all the recent acquistion and oil production. A few comments though... The company website needs some serious updating. Is the Neosho Kansas lease even producing anything?(I see the photo, how about photos of the OK and TX leases, management profile (Al Karmali), oil production update, active leases, status updates on all the various projects etc. Is AERN still in AZ or has it moved to TX? As new investors do their DD when deciding to invest in AERN it would really help if the website was as up to date as possible.
UMO? These PR's and as a business seams very lack luster. How much will UMO really generate after expenses? I suggest ditching the UMO unless you are actively engaged talks with big names like Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, etc. The stock is getting killed on these small UMO PR's. These are not even worth putting out there. What eps impact can they have for a company with 1.5 billion shares? 5million in revenue after expenses is how much to the overal AERN business? Sell this part of the business off!
I trust you guys know what you are doing and are too busy to deal with these minor items but please see what you can do.
Cheers,
(real name)
P.S. Is there ANY news on the the Louisiana lease with Riverton Energy or EXXON? We (shareholders) would love to hear a status update on this. Has an actual lease been purchased in Louisiana? Is there a closing date for the purchase?
Thank you,
(real name)
Another bummer PR.... Very disappointing. Why are they wasting time with UMO unless they get a big name like Valvoline? Oil Drilling is way more profitable! So this new deal will generate another $2 million in revenue... so what are the expenses to generate this new money 1.5million? I don't even know who the customer is from last week's PR..."National Auto Service Centers" is this a company or single entity or is it numerous random dealerships? What are they doing???? Toss the UMO and focus on OIL DRILLING! Seriously, for a compnay with 1,500,000,000 shares how much will $2million dollars really impact the bottom line after expenses?
Are we do for news this week? Well updates and oil being pumped numbers?
Surf, I for one love the passion and leadership you bring to the board! Keep it up! You always keep us informed and give a heads up with PR's.(Monster or not, better to know they're coming than not know at all) Your presence is much appreciated! Now let's get this thing to .05 already!
Cheers!
Fureal
You bought at the wrong time Robsindahood. Come on back after the next quarterly report and see the results. No need to convince you, do your DD. AERN IS pumpin oil! Sorry you got burned before but you can make your money back now!
$1-2 million/yr for a publicly traded company is peanuts. The Dunkin Donuts near my house does that much! I want to see news on Riverton's 1.8billion dollar deal! UMO deal with Valvoline! That's Monster news! On a side note how likely do you think AERN wills sell its UMO biz to USRI ? Or AERN buys USRI either way Stan makes out... Does this seem fishy to you ?
What's your definition of Monster News? This weeks PR was not exactly Monster IMHO. Ever hear of the boy who cried wolf?
I've been following Fox for years. Way back when they kept buying leases in Alaska and nothing ever came to fruition. Never pumped an oz of oil... So what's going with Fox today? I see they are seriously considering a deal.... IS that really news you can bank on?
That's what I thought. The iPhone stock chart for today AERN shows over .005? Go figure...
What was the last trade of the day in the after hours session? Anyone know? I' m seeing .0048 and over .005...
What was the last trade of the day in the after hours session? Anyone know? I' m seeing .0048 and over .005...
Its cheaper to recycle UMO than refine virgin crude from scratch. Given the current adiministration's stance on energy UMO could be a very good venture soon to pick up momentum + it seems to fit the current energy policy, its fairly Green for oil.
The 950,000,000 shares is not outstanding.
From the annual report: As of our most recent fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2011 we had 950,000,000 Common Shares authorized,517,195,451 Common Shares issued and outstanding and 20,000,000 Preferred Shares authorized, with none outstanding
They're putting borrowed money into the business in hopes of making more money... sounds like an investment to me.
How much money can the UMO biz really generate? I know they said $2Mil in 2012 in the last related UMO PR but after expenses is it really worth it? Investing $10Mil to get $2mil back in 2012 doesn't seem very profitable after expenses UNLESS they are investing the $10Mil in something bigger.... Hmmmm...
Some DD, 1.3Billion gal/yr of UMO are currently generated and only about 10% is re-recycled and sold back as lubricant or fuel oil.(according to a scientific American article) There is definitly a market for UMO and not too many players in this field. FTPM used to only be a south west regional player. Now they have gone national. Per AERN PR, one client has an agreement in place to deliver 1mil gal/mo to FTPM. I can imagine they are actively chasing down new customers like Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, etc. This could potentially be very big for AERN.

Thank you, now move along DeadJim...
That's the rumor every week around here...Rumored by whom did you say?
1+1=3 Only solid business results will really boost this stock. Promotions are great for building awareness. The two together will really build a positive run up.(We need some synergy)Be patient, good news coming but waiting to watch the water boil is nerve wracking. It will pop when it pops...
Hotstocks article very inaccurate and misleading...
"Stock Stars promoted AERN yesterday for a total compensation of $2,500. The stock was said to get back on track fast, though the result is still to be seen." ... It hasn't been one full day yet since they started promoting!
Also, "...though its management was not certain about their future prosperity." WTF says who? No where is it indicated that AERN management is uncertain! Where does she get this stuff!
Here's my take on StockStars... I also got the StockStars email.... No mention of Riverton or Louisianna leases though which leads me to believe they're going to reveal it when they have the audience... I have to imagine that this is all part of a co-ordinated awareness campaign. Promote the stock & build awareness + start releasing big PR's = big run up! There's no sense in promoting a stock that isn't planning on big news/PR's coming out. It doesn't maximize the PR's effect unless there is an audience. StockStars isn't doing this out ofthe goodness of their hearts! Look for other promoters! The higher the price the more value their stock and so they can leverage their stock for bigger purchases & deals!
I totally agree! Same here. I get he emails a few days too late....
You're preaching to the choir! Didn' know if you had a specific news topic for teh next PR. Riverton, OK leases, new wells coming on line, improving quarterly reports, UMO buisness, otehr potential deals, all great stuff waiting to hit! Never heard about teh Exxon aviation fuel deal though... UMO, Riverton/ Louisiana leases sound promising as well as the TX and OK leases! keep those fingers crossed!
Break past .oo4 by EOD? Who thinks so?
