W2P---by now most of you should know That I dont read or spell
all that well. Long posts confuse me. That said I have some things I want to add. Doc T thought when he started this
company that the drug companies would want to know what worked
well for most people. He had no idea he would hit a stone wall.
I posted a story a long time ago about how all of the companies
that were players in this field were being hurt. They even
mentioned DNAP doing the law stuff---in order to survive. I
think the origional clause that said what Doc T would get when
He got a partnership---well it was not going to happen. New Game now. Doc T has money coming into the company. Board saw
that and made changes. JMHO---nothing more. I understand Doc T.
Take Care

Bag8ger---I am going to have to do this---it may hurt.
Some of you are saying that the company needs money so they
do the 144 deal. I am not going to say that I am the brigest
bulb on the block---BUT---the stock sold under a 144 is
Doc Ts own stock---NOT from the company bank. This is money that goes to him not the company. I think we need to keep this
straight---if I am wrong---I am sure somebody will tell me so.

Commando---people down here dont die because of MMs
or the bashers. People down here die because of their greed.
If you believe in a dream you buy a few shares. Now in the early days of DNAP there were a lot of people saying it would
become a $50 stock. Well how many shares do you need to make it good? Also understand that only 1 or 2 stocks make it down here. I try to create my own Mutual Fund instead of buying
a whole bunch of anything. Right now my big winner is INAP
which I posted over on RB a long time ago. When I posted it
well I think it was about .20. Doing much better now.

Bag8ger---I had talked to Scott and found him to be
honest about what he wanted to do. I know that he had found
some problems with the shell. I do not mean to imply that they
were fatal. The question was put to Doc T about the deal
at the stockholders meeting. {Doc T had just been talking about
the GMED deal} Doc T said they would do the work---as soon as
they had the money---with a smile on his face. I have not
talked to Scott since Feb. Scott has lived in Orlando for a
long time.

W2P---I am not sure I would say there was NEVER a deal.
I will agree that Doc T smiled when he said they would do
the test when he saw the money. There must have been something
in his mind about the GMED deal LOL. To be honest I have no idea. The Howard U post today might be a sourse for data.
Dont you just love it when everything is in a state of flux?
People get crazy and do stupid things. When everything is up
in the air---there is money to be made. People do not like
uncertanity. Play it when you can find it.

Team---I talked to Scott right after the deal went down.
I was happy with what he said at the time. Later problems
arose that the shell was not as clean as he thought. I have not

Razor---Down here you look at the dream.
Does it look good to you? Do you think they might just make it.
Most down here dont have much of a good balance sheet.
Down here it is all about good DD and what you think might happen. There are no good---well what ever you are looking for.
They dont even have a track record for you to look at. If you
want to play do a lot of DD---put your money down and pick up
the dice. If you are feeling brave roll'em---if not walk away
from the table. There is not much to go on down here---little
more than what you think of the dream. Play the game down here
but dont bet the farm. Play down here like you do the lotto games.
Nobody knows how it will come out---many will claim they do.
Do your DD before you roll the dice---it will be the only thing
that will sustain you through the hard times. If you like the dream and you have faith in your DD then welcome and enjoy the
game. It is one heck of a ride. Good luck. The odds are against you.

Nite all I am going to bed. See you all in the morning.
Will it be a good day for DNAP---I have no idea I will just watch and enjoy what ever happens. My hunch is that we will fly. I have no good reason for that thought---just what I think. I sure hope all of you are having as much fun as I am.

1USGrant---Richard is now the CEO of DNAP. Hector is Chairman
of the board. In fact he made the presentation to the VCs last
week. They are both VERY much still around. Good bad or indifferent they are still with us.
Take Care

Stak---You could be right. I just dont think Richard would
have taken on the job of CEO just for S4. He does have a reputation to think about. He is a winner---I dont think he
would put that all on the line for a 3 cent company if he did
not see something he liked. I think you may have a point but
I also think Richard saw another chance to build a second
empire. When I talked to him he was not the CEO. I got a very strong feeling that he wanted to be part of DNAP. At the time I
did not understandWHY. I mean here is this dude who has
it all---why DNAP? I think these type of people are addicted
to playing the game. I think he saw a new game in town and could not resist taking another shot at fame and fortune. JMHO

Just read off S4 site what Richard and Hector were down
there to do.
Technology Diligence
Semaphore’s Technology Diligence service independently reviews and validates an organization’s people, processes and technology. This level of diligence assures project success, realizes objectives and confirms that budgets, timelines and expectations of performance are met.
Project Assurance
Semaphore’s Project Assurance service focuses on verification and validation of process and deliverables measured against plan. Early gap detection minimizes the risk. Development, integration and implementation projects all benefit from independent impartial third party Project Assurance.
You all can draw your own conclusion. The only one I came
to was the two hot shots went down there to do some work.
They liked what they saw---so much so that they hung around.
I can not say much about Hector because I did not spend much
time with him. I was to interested in Richard. JMHO

Thanks for posting this. ( refuse to call you slop so

to take a look at old DNAP for somebody else. Here is the info
off their website.

I think something went wrong. Richard and Hector saw and
understood what Doc T was doing. Richard is a man who built
an empire then sold it. Does anybody really think he would
be happy evaulating little companies. I dont think so.
I think they saw this gem in the rough just like all of us
did. How else do you explain how a 3 cent company got two
very heavy hitters? I am willing to listen to other ideas.
I think they came down there to have a look see---instead of
reporting back they bought in and stayed. Now we have some high
powered business brains to go with Doc Ts science brain. I have
been over and over this idea many times. The plan above is the
only one that makes sence to me. JMHO and I would like to hear yours.

Intresting little tidbit.
· Researchers in the Netherlands are calling for the systematic registration of patient’s ethnicity to help reduce health inequalities after a study into the incidence of cervical cancer showed that rates among Moroccan born women living in the northern part of the Netherlands were more than twice the national average.
The study published in the Dutch journal of medicine Nederlands Tijdschrift voor Geneeskunde (2003;147(2):70) looked at the country of birth in more than 1500 cases over 10 years, in the region which includes Amsterdam. Incidence was higher among women born in Morocco, Turkey, and Surinam but lower among those born in the Dutch Antilles. In 10% of cases data were not kept.

That's why I find it significant that the three musketeers, Gabriel, Gomez, and Bookbinder, all three Managing Partners in Genbiomics, find themselves in the Bio/Pharma validation arm of Semaphore in November 2002. The next thing you know, wham, they are deeply involved in the inner workings of DNAP, and seem to be transforming the organization.
W2P---This was the big kicker for me. I know what kind of
person Doc T is. Bright brainy rebel---once the heavy weights
came on board---well the plan came together and we had a winner. JMHO but I am in for the long haul.
