Totally agree Rich! If they are what they say they are and are doing what they say they are doing. Then just do it! Favorable market! Make your own favorable market. If it is good, then others will get on board and ride it up.

This has been the typical for EMXC and from Roxanna. No meat to go with the promises or the noise that is made. Just a lot of chatter. Been this way since forever it seems.

I sure would like to see something or hear about something that Dr. Jan is doing. Anything could push this right back up to the .10 mark with any support IMO!

My Bad! I drove by the Melrose Store on my way to the Pier and thought it was on the West side of the 405 Fwy. They are not that far apart as I stated. I should have checked before the post, but again, my bad!

But on another note! They are both in really two separate areas of the income levels and the new store should be about 5-8 miles away and easily can handle another store for the downtown shopping district. A whole different area than the others. Being in LA, we do not like to mess with the traffic and prefer the ability to not have to get on the Fwys.

I bet we even go to the local Walmart instead if buying on line with Walmart because of the convenience. Soon, we might be able to do the same with Bravada.

Way mistaken! LA and the surronding cites are huge. Where the stores are, are easily 10-15 miles apart and with the traffic and shopping in the LA area, DA has them on the outskirts of the city and at each location. With the new one, we are real close to the downtown very popular shopping district.
The one on Robertson is real close to the Hollywood district, but we do not have to pay the Hollywood Business fees. The one on Melrose is real close the the famous Santa Moncia Pier which again, is a very popular shopping and tourist area. Downtown on 3rd st is real near the Jewely Mart area where a lot of shopping goes on.

We could easily have a few more stores in the LA areas. One close to USC College and UCLA College would go over very popular IMO.

We have a lot more Walmarts in the LA area and they need a bigger population for supporting them. LA is a huge area and he could easily have more stores. The areas that Bravada are in, are very trendy areas and with the new 3rd st one, even closer to the very tourist area of downtown LA.
LA has almost 470 sq miles of city. That should give you some ideas as to what might be needed for the area.

But I think that he did with the past PR's as well as stating that he is opening the new stores with Cash Flow! Does that not tell us no dilution? But even if he does and we use it for more stores, I think that is allowable IMO!

We do not see anything of Bathing Suits either! But wait until the Summer Selling Season Starts and then the Bathing Suits will more than likely come out again as they did last year and ad to the sales of Bravada.

But the buyers supporting the price to keep it up are not crazy. They are wise to have done the DD and believe in Bravada. I am so happy that we have strength here to support all prices of Bravada. Just hold them long and believe in Bravada.

I agree with that! But like so many, I believe in what Roxanna was telling me in phone calls and through private emails. To which, none of them have happened.

And they did that mostly with direct selling and issuing paper certs that cannot be put into a trading account as no brokerage will accept them.

No one will accept paper certs into a trading account. That is what I stated with my post. Do some DD and let me know if you find someone that will accept paper certs of EMXC.

But it was another project that he was working on that has not materialized.

I read on the EMXC web site of a loan, Unitell, and all sorts of stuff that has not happened. Again, that is just a post with no proof so show for it.

I could generate the same thing on a web site. Then not have it materialize and blame all sorts of things.

Go direct to Richie Valens Family or any of the other names and question them. Let us all know when you do and what is said from them about the project and working with Roxanna Weber and EMXC.

There is no proof that these people are working with EMXC. But even it there is, as with the post above, will anything even happen from it? Noting has happend with any of the other projects or promises.

And that is the issue. Mine are facts of what has not happened, while others are posts of something that they read with no proof.

We have proof of all the negative stuff. We have no actual proof of any of the PR'ed items being done.

No Financials as promised back in 2009, No dividends as promised since 2007, no buy back reports, no loans, no CD's, no 100K contest winners name.

We do not eve have a TA that can get into reports.

I have shares on Paper that I cannot market anywhere. I at one time believed the personal promises of the CEO along with all the private emails.

Now since not a one of them has come to happen, I am holding paper and until I can market the paper, I am stuck here.

I do not want to talk negatively of a stock that I own, but I also do not want others investing into something that I made a mistake doing.

At some point, I can only hold my feelings for so long when I see all the pumping that is going on and the believing of the empty promises of the CEO.

Noting materialized from that pump of a PR and with the people involved with it. If it had been something that was completed, then they would have been all over the PR's with who won and when the 5 song CD was coming out.

But as typical with EMXC, nothing happens. Just empty promises. I have a joint venture with friend of mine to go to Epcot in Florida, buy the joint venture now at these low prices. I will let you all know for sure when we go. LOL!

But also noted how far she has taken EMXC down since 2009 should have been in the post as well.

As noted in the post! The winner was to be announced by July 2011. It is Jan 2012 and we still do not have a winner of a project that he supposedly worked on.

Don't tell me to move on. I have as much right to post my frustrations with all the empty and unkept promises as the person does that wants to post positive, Really sad when someone does not understand the frustrations of another shareholder that has been here since 2005 and then tells them to move on. I am here to tell all and warn them about all the stuff that been promised and has not happened.

So when we actually have something completed and not just talked about. They I will be again, excited about EMXC.

And what date do we hear that will be out? About as fast at the Financials, Dividends, Buy Back, CD's in Best Buy 2010, Award winners name of July 2011 or the 5 songs that were to be produced from the winner?

Give me something other than just throwing out names. Roxanna is good at doing that with nothing to follow. Someone should be able to twitter anyone on the names on the list and get an actural reply that is legit.

When TA's do not get paid for their work, they do not work. They do not want to be given shares of a company for what they do, they need money to pay the bills.

Now explain to us about the CD that were supposed to be in the Best Buys Christmas 2010 and then again by 2011?

Sounds like the old TA did what they were supposed to do. No where was there a mention of passwords on files. The old TA and this is from past conversations, had not been paid and is fprobably holding them ransom for payment of some sort.

But the Dividends are important simply for the fact of follow through from what has been said that they would be doing for the last 4 years that they have not yet done.

They will more than likely pay dividends with the issuance of more shares as they have described how they would be worth in the past. Thus causing more dilution of shares.

I see the PR. But I do not see the call in number for the CC attached. Is DA coming out with another PR. Should that number have been included with this latest PR?

That was the point! Being that there is no reason to file financials, why would Roxanna make the statement that the auditors were working to get them filed. That was in March of 2010. How much longer do we give this when we have been here over 5 years as it is.

Just tired of the unkept promises that have been made and not done.

Maybe they are in a quiet period working on getting the Cassettes into Best Buy Stores for Christmas next year.

But there is a need for Audited Financials. That is all based on the promises of Roxanna back in March of 2010. She stated that they would be producing them. So while the Pinks might not demand it, being that Roxanna said that they were being worked on for filing, should be enough reason to get them filed.
