hey all, just got a small starter position. Just amazed where this is trading for what this company has goin on. GLTA...
Well, is it really 12mo or will it be longer? Interesting...
The stock will remain restricted for at least 12 months from the date they are transferred from Escrow and will continue as restricted stock for as long as the holders remain in the business.
I thought this was interesting though:
"We currently have our first property slated to install this system expected in the very near future, and I look forward to soon sharing this and other news of TiVUS' progress deploying HD IPTV with ad-insertion to the world's hotels and casinos," Prakash concluded.
hmm...

I contacted the TA to get the share structure.
That is still correct as of close on 8-16-2011.
Yep, it should get interesting soon.
For those of you that claimed dilution yesterday, Share structure O/S 158,305,793 as of close 8-16-2011.
Go DNAD!
lol, ok if you say so. When you see Auto put down 500K shares at .0085 and then another mm undercuts Auto at .008, then Auto drops it all the way to .007. Then Auto gets bought out at .007 and we are now back to .008 on the ask. That tells me someone wanted out bad and not DILUTION.
But we all have our opinions. GLTU..
that wasn't dilution. Someone on Auto wanted out bad and they started with around 500k.
Here's how I look at it:
Business synergies and having individuals like Phil and Doug Marriott can bode well for the company than having individuals that don't have any ties at all. It's about who you know, sometimes.
All IMO. Go TIVU!
You nailed that on the bullseye, lol.
Like people say in my country - if you get burned by milk you will be afraid to drink water.
Ha, I understand that. Trust me I've been burned several times myself and it won't be the last, lol.
GLTU...
They have doubled o/s. I lost a loooot of $$$$$$... I don't want to have that experience again
Just a friendly suggestion then, maybe penny stocks are not for you. Dilution is common in pennies but there is a difference in how dilution occurs and how that can affect a stock. DNAD has so far been very aware and responsible of dilution. They seem to care about that and it's shown so far as you can tell via the current share structure.
Then you got the kind of dilution that your talking about when they either use toxic financing or just dilute billions of shares into the market, DNAD has done none of that so far.
They have a lot goin for them (as you can tell with the News today) and they seem to be very much shareholder friendly.
All IMO.... Go DNAD!
Not sure where u are getting that number from but, we don't know what kind of revenues if any that SLAM has gotten for Q2 at least I don't know. All I can do speculate but I'll keep that to myself.
I am saying that with getting the host contract changes things for me. it solidifies the potential and now opens the door to many other properties and other hotels. Also, can help with funding so they can get away from the toxic financing. As far as the OS, I personally don't have a problem with 200 OS. How else can the company get where they are? That is why they are public, right. I guess when u are use to owning stock in companies with billions of outstanding shares u could understand why I don't mind the O/S. I just think the company has hit a milestone that u really have to start looking at it in a different light. All IMO.
lol, I understand what you are saying but this is the pinks. Many factors plays into why a stock is priced at what it is. When things seems so logical, it doesn't always work that way.
I was just trying to say that you can't keep on compareing the company to what it was back then when you were in it. It's a different company now, others will follow suit, and variables change.
All IMO. Gltu..
One thing that I think your not taking in account is where they were back then and where they are now. Sure, the share structure was a lot smaller back then but also the technology and potential still had to prove itself. I'm seeing that technology and potential actually coming to fruitation now where many pinks don't get this far. All imo.
GLTA....
Hey you too. We will find out soon anyways. Thanks.
Sure, I understand what you are saying. I was just curious what others had though. Thanks.
Hmm... ok, I guess will find out soon enough. Thanks for the replies.
I would think that Q2 would account for both Appache and SLAM, no?
Am I the only one thinking "what about SLAM"? Slam was aquired at the end of March, so that is why Q1 doesn't have anything regarding SLAM. shouldn't we see those assets added to Q2? Maybe I'm missing something here, correct me if I'm wrong?
I a bit surprised that no one is talking about what will be in the Q2 report. I'm thinking this will be our catalyst, no?
Nice job, not a bad day after all. All have a good weekend and looking forward to Monday. Go DNAD!
We just need that volume and he'll leave at least for a while, lol. Hopefully we get that catalyst next week and we won't have to worry about him.
GLTA..
gratz.
look who's back, VFIN on the ask again.
Yeah, ETMM was trying to make it look weaker by under cutting the ask with 5k, lol.
Nice, whoever is on Auto.
UBSS and AUTO are fighting for top bid spot but I don't think they are getting any shares, lol. Not many shares out there, gotta hit the ask. Go DNAD!
Institutional mm and more bid support.
Nice to see UBSS on the bid. Go DNAD!
Movin on up, DNAD #16 on breakout board!
I understand, gigabull posted a better l2 shot. In watching from my iPhone as I am out also. Gltu.
A lot is going on here, IMO.
(1).011, (1).0114 (1).0115, (1).0118
Nice pickl.
#1 on the breakout board. Go TIVU!
Nice to see the bid creeping up.
