As the Bids stack up from people placing higher buy orders, they will drive the Ask higher as other people start placing higher sell orders. The number of MM's on the Bid will increase from the sheer number of Buy orders flooding the market and the MM's on the Ask will decrease as they run out of shares.
I will keep it on my watch list and jump back in if it goes, it owes me $1000
In MS Outlook / Express, right click message and select Properties to view header info and it shows the IP and sender info. In Mozilla FireFox, highlight message and go to View and select Message Source to get IP and sender info. Trace IP to provider and verify user. If it is routed through one or more Proxies you will need the authorities to pry the info from the providers. No..... I am not a dweeb, LOL
I'm out. I am taking my remnants and buying more beer. Good luck to everybody who is sticking it out.
Later.
As share holders, don't we have a legal right to know who owns the company? This sucks.
Sipping slowly into the abyss.
OK, who's mess'n with the PPS ???????????????
Each MM will have their own B/A prices. The L2 display shows the "best" Bid and the "best" Ask which will always be from two opposing MM's. One MM will have the best Bid and a different MM will have the best Ask.
The MM that Scottrade is using just happened to have lower B/A brices at that point in time.
I hear ya, throw them on the back burner and forget about it and some day we may get a real big surprise.
Everybody still here crying in their beer?
Yep. L2 in pinkie land is the wild wild west for MM's. There is no sheriff on duty to slap their hands. MM's in pinkie land don't even have to fill your orders if they don't feel like it. MM's in NASDAQ land fear the reaper and have to play nice. The rest of the markets are auto routed with ECN's and don't use MM's at all in order to ensure market liquidity.
What kind of order do you have in? AON? Market? Limit?
Yes, trades at the Bid are considered sells and trades at the Ask are considered buys. The Bid side can be tricky, in the fact that someone could be throwing an ordely number of small trades at the Bid in an attempt to bring the price down over time as opposed to larger trades at the Bid from people leaving the stock for whatever reason. As you are watching your L2 watch the sizes and timing of trades at the Bid to decipher if the stock is being manipulated or if people are just leaving. Every sell is also a buy so when you see trades at the Bid you need to decide if they are people actually leaving the stock or just pissing on it with $10 to $20 type sells.
y0, glad to see you hanging out, thanks.
I saw that this morning too. I think there were 4 trades in a row for 245,000 shares each at .0000 ??????
How in the hell is that possible ?????
They didn't register for the total today either ??????
Hear anything back on your email yet?
I have been here all along keeping quiet and following the board. I took this as a long term play and tucked it away on my yearly watch list. I bought it with the intent to hold for a year or better so the quibbling going on now is irrelevant to me. I do enjoy the comedy on the board though, and like GregR I am an upbeat positive person. If it goes bust so what, then it's a tax deduction so it don't matter to me one way or the other. If the people on this board can't afford to play and loose a few grand from time to time they sholdn't be here in the first place. THIS IS THE PINK SHEETS, ISN'T IT? LOL
I like your attitude.
Oh hell, what's another month or six, LOL
I own an S-Corp and I do not have to file anything yearly and I believe an LLC is immune from yearly filings also. It confused me for a bit when you said SCYA was as an LLC because in the back of my mind I was thinking that if an LLC does not need to file, we could be on hold for a long long time.
How long until SCYA looses LLC status?
I thought the big hoopla a while back was that Mark sold it and was no longer affiliated with SCYA ?????????????
You da' man
Just looked at the sales for today compared to volume history and I don't think there are many sellers out there at the moment. Looks like the MM's may be just scraping the barrel to get shares together to fill orders. I could be wrong but that's my take at the moment. If I get time this week end I will look at it closer and PM you.
This is it baby, last trading day of the month. Monday should hopefully bring good news.
3 days of waiting left
Thanks
5 days of waiting left
This is the last week of waiting
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Idiot is an understatement. A lot of those cars don't belong on the list and the ones that do he missed all together. That guy was just wasting paper with that article. Prowler? It was not intended to be a hot rod, what a moron.
HELLO.. HELLO.... hello...... hello......... cool, theres an echo in here.. in here...... in here......... in here..........
EMKR please
I have been tempted to average down but would rather see some upward movement. I am as loaded as I care to be for the moment unless 2's become available.
Let's hope not. I would love to see a nice PR to jump start this again.
Two $30 trades at .0002 for 150k, a little more than a half hour apart. Watch for the same $30 trades in the morning as they try to get it to .0001 x .0002
If they get the Ask to .0002 and hold it there it's time to load up.
It is a $30 trade at .0002 for 150k shares, someone is trying to drop the PPS to scare people into selling so they can load up.
So they need to dilute another $250,000 to cover it. So they will add at least another 7 million shares to the O/S. LMAO
OK, ECN's are sometimes used for dilution by MM's and can take place at the Bid or Ask but usually at the Ask.
Also if I could get suggestions for the questions and answers section that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
As we go along, if anyone sees an incorrect or unclear answer in the Q&A's let me know so I can correct it. I do research for each answer and try to state them in the easiest to understand terms so let me know if I leave out something important. Thanks
