They need to push their product inside airports, airplane, ports, subway stations, recreational centers, stadiums and public places. It is good that they got partners that are pushing their product, but they need to stop depending on them and push this product themselves, here in the states.
Dependability is critical! This is why you do not depend on anyone to do your work, you must do it yourself!
Spencer, Sndmn is correct, this is why I asked you yesterday the same question.
Yes, it will cost HISC zero dollars, but the non-shareholders will conclude that shareholders are getting involved because HISC management team is not producing.
If you get HISC approval, then you can state on the brochure, "approved by HISC." It is a great idea but it will be better with HISC back up.
Make certain that you get it in writing before putting it out there. Good luck, and send me the link.
Old news but good JUNE 11 headline title on REALPENNIES.COM
RealPennies.com: RealPennies.com: Turning Pennies into dollars: OTC: HISC,

They should get the CT in banks, hotels and Wall Street.
I know, but to have this posted this year demonstrates that they are still using the system.
Check out this line ....

Does not mention anything on HISC but this was the port that was testing HISC product, wasn't it?
Last week news on the Citizen-times
http://www.citizen-times.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=200770604093
gcand, I know that you have good intentions but remember that this is the HISC board, not the MHUI board.
Enjoy the day.
Spencer, two things ....
1) Do you have to ask HISC permission to go ahead with this. Whether you do or don't make certain that you send them a copy so that they can see it.
2) Just in case you didn't do this, you should also put all HISC partner's names on the brochure.
Whole lot of selling today ....
Presently, we all own a percentage of nothing.
I will prove you wrong .... read their July 27, 2006 press release. They do not dismiss it and most pinksheet or bulentin board stock execute it when they up-list to one of the exchange. The reason ----> TOO MANY SHARES!
I guess you're new to the market.
Redcloud, I never said that. If I did then show me the post and I will correct myself.
Also, do you know what happened to all my HISC messages that I posted? I did you do, they removed them. By the way, they were all posted back. They contrued it as opinions which gave them no right to remove them.
Do you know that there are a lot of crybabies in the marker? I am sure you agree.
HISC as I stated will merge and R/S, they will do this after they buy back more shares (my opinion). Prove me wrong.
Today's HISC news was nice. Hope they continue selling the CT.
Ward, I posted that message with the feeling that I did see it. That record PR threw me off, LOL.
Madsyd, they posted percentage. I'm not interested in percentage, I interested in numbers.
I guess you're pleased with percentage.
Should have clarified myself. They gave us percentage, I want to see numbers (revenue, spending, gross profits).
EPS for first quarter should be coming out soon. It is over 45 days. June 30 will be 90 days.
Does anyone know how many CT HISC partners sold this quarter?
HISC annual financials for 2006
* Results Show a 45% Increase in Sales
* 51% Decrease in Costs in Compared to First Half of 2006
* Gross profit increased by more than 300% since the first quarter.
*SGA expenses were reduced by 51% compared to the first half of the year
* The second half net loss was improved by 52% from the first half
* The Fourth Quarter loss per outstanding share was reduced by 39% from the First Quarter
* New management team took over leadership on the 2nd half this is why the all of the reductions and improvements.
All of the above is a plus for the company, but the lawsuit was an expense for the company which might reflect on first quarter numbers.
Does anyone know how miny CT did they sold from January 2007 through March 2007?
I am sure they sold units to organizations and companies that they cannot talk about.
Ward, irregardless of the name changed, the bottom line is that the spending was high without profits, which we cannot dismiss. Moody's lies as you stated it contribute as well.
Is my eyes are opened now?
Did you know that the word "irregardless" is considered nonstandard because of the two negative elements ir- and -less? Came about in the 20th century and professors still use the word.
Financial Statements for Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.
Year over year, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. has seen revenues fall from $3.4M to $580.0K. This along with an increase in SGA costs has led to a reduction in the bottom line from a gain of $618.6K to a loss of $3.4M.
NET INCOME TO COMMON EXCLUDING EXTRA ITEMS
2002 EPS 0.3
2004 EPS -0.8
2005 EPS 0.6
2006 EPS -3.4
SGA ----> Selling General and Administrative Expenses (SGA)
High SGA expenses can be a serious problem for almost any business.
A good management will often attempt to keep SGA expenses limited to a certain percentage of revenue. This can be accomplished through cost-cutting initiatives and employee lay-offs.
There have been several cases in the past where bloated selling, general and administrative expenses have literally cost shareholders billions in profit.
Above is basic information .... Let's hope that they continue to cut the pork out of the fat.
HISC should get their CT into the movie industry (Hollywood). It will not only demonstrate their technology, but the media will be talking about the cyber tracker.
Technology aways stands out in a movie.
Ward, I am going to email you ....
Take a look at the following link: http://quotes.barchart.com/texsnap.asp?sym=hisc
The the stock is being sold the strength and signal is rising.
Is there any projection on how much HISC will post in revenue next quarter?
Dirt, HISC will only consider a R/S after they buy back and retire more shares, then follow with an aquisition or merging with another company and up-listing to the Nasdaq. If they do a R/S prior to this it will kill alot of the shareholders, depending their present position in the stock. (my opinion).
Small, HISC have many competitors but their Push to talk is what makes the difference, it's unique. Not to mention, this is a young industry and there is no leaders yet in this industry which allows HISC to conquer leadership with their unique product. My opinion.
Wayne, let me correct you .... the messages that I posted were not negative, they were opinions that many took as negative because I used the R/S word.
Under no circumstances did I post with the intention of discouraging shareholders. I posted a honest opinion and responded accordantly to those who refuted my opinion.
Anyway, let's hope that HISC buys back more shares and retire some as well to reduce the shares.
You now can eat your words (humor).
Anyway, let's forget about the past. By the way, your opinions do not offend me, so don't let mind offend you they are just opinions.
Also, as a shareholder you can see that I am not trashing, nor bashing, nor insinuating any wrong doing by the company. That alone should tell you where I stand with the company.
As I previously mentioned, I hate R/S but gave my opinions as to why I was for it and why it would benefit shareholders. Yes, you do not have to agree with my opinions and you can state your opinions as to why you disagree with me, but it will be nice if you do it in a professional manner, without getting upset, because I used the R/S word.
Enjoy the day.
Ward, I know you did not say that. I was giving my opinion. Now if what you stated does take place without a R/S, we will be 100 times richer if this stock goes to a buck.
Yes, the last thing they want to do is a R/S and I hope they stick to that. But remember that they have more shares then all of us put together and because of this they can decide that this is the best thing for the company/shareholders and go ahead with it. Because they control the shares our voices will fall into deaf ears. (my opinion).
My hope is that they buy back and retire as many shares that they can, reducing the shares before they ever consider doing a R/S.
Ward, if you read the July 27, 2006 letter to shareholders you will see that they did not dismissed a R/S. They stated that they might consider a R/S if it will benefit shareholders, but it will only take place after an aquisition or merger and up-listing to the Nasdaq.
In my opinion they will do a R/S to get the stock over a buck to up-list to the Nasdaq. I have no doubt that prior to it happening they will buy back and retire more shares. Otherwise we are all screwed if they do it with the amount of shares outstanding. Just an opinion.
REDCLOUD, I am asking Ward a question not you, nor anyone on this board. I can post opinions and ask questions to individuals whether you like it or not, even if you hate the opinions or questions. From this day on do not respond to any of the messages I post, neither send me a private message.
I received a message from IHUB and they did not call it spam. They did state that it looks like I got my messages about R/S across quite well, judging by my post. Then they added, leave stuff like this alone. I wonder why?
I just sent them a message asking that if it is spaming to send me a message indicating that it's spamming. Otherwise, they would have to post all my messages that they removed back on the message board.
Opinion are not in violation of TOU, neither are they spam. If I am spamming then everyone on this board is in violation because they continue to talk the same thing over and over again. Also, your message to me continues to be repetitious!
It looks like they are fully aware that that the R/S word is sensitive to this board. It also appears as if they see you guys getting carried away with the R/S word.
Leonardo, I have to disagree with you.
HISC stated that they might want to up-list to the NASDAQ or AMEX. We know that one of the criterias to up-list to the Nasdaq is for the stock to be over one buck.
If that's their intention, in order for this to happen they would have to buy back and retire more shares, then follow with a R/S which will get the stock over a buck. Their strength will be in the acquisition or merger, this is why I cannot accept that after a R/S the PPS would drop. Just my opinion.
Ward, do you think that a merger or acquistion followed by a R/S will benefit shareholders? Give me your opinion.
To all who says no R/S ....
On July 27, 2006 they stated to shareholders the following ....
That the number of shares outstanding is affecting the price of the stock. That the Board of Directors has committed to reduce the number of shares outstanding and that there are several methods they could accomplish this ....
* The most ideal way is to buy back stock as cash flow allows.
* Retire shares
* Final way without changing the value of a stockholder's holdings is to recaptialize.
They added, however they will not recapitalize at this time and prior management said that it would not authorized a reverse split in the near term which we intend to honor that commitment. We will not authorize a reverse split unless we believe the shareholders will benifit. For example if we would up-list to Nasdaq or the AMEX, or we completed an acquisition which will bring substantial value to the shareholders, we might find it necessary to restructure in order to better reflect earnings per share.
Above does not dismiss a R/S. I previously stated with reasons, if it will benefit shareholders they might consider it (my opinion). Isn't this what they are saying?
Now, I hope they buy back or retire as many shares they can so if they do decide to R/S it would be a low number like 1 to 10 and not 1 to 100.
I will get off this subject because its extremely touches, bringing aches and pain to many shareholders on this board, but now you can read it for yourself. Talking about doing research, many of you overlooked this part. Tell you why, you can't handle it.
ALl the above I state it in a respectful manner and under no circumstance would I trash, nor bash, nor insinuate any wrong doing by the company. Neither would I want any of you to lose money. If you lose, I lose as well, I am a shareholder.
Enjoy the day.
Ward, I agree with you when you state that you invested in HISC because of the potential this company has, but let's not dismiss the fact that this is a speculative stock that we invested in. Pinksheet stocks are dream stocks and if one makes it our dream becomes reality. I truly believe that HISC will become a reality though it is a speculative stock at the present.
Leonardo, I have to disagree with your opinion. In my opinion HISC will only allow a reverse split if they merge with another company. Actsoft is still on the table as per LUNX, doesn't mean that they are discussing the acquisition issue or a merger possiblity. I do not think that the stock will lose 90% as you stated. A HISC merger will make a strong company! Just my opinion.
Not all R/S are good and most will lose 90% of its value, but with HISC it will rise and put smiles on many of our faces. Just my opinion.
Just to let you know that if one thousand people agrees with one man's wrong advice, all one thousand people took a wrong advice. One should do their own research and use opinions to better their research.
One thing I will ask you, if HISC decides to do a R/S which we all hate, what would cause them to do so? This is a question so there is no need for one to say they won't do it. If I am saying.
Sandan, it is difficult extremely for a pinksheet company to post a profit with 4 million shares outstanding and in the float.
Especially with a new company who is pushing a decent product.
Why is it bothering catty? I am giving my opinion, and opinions are not concrete proof. So, stop the worrying. I will continue to post opinions whether this board likes it or not.
Skier, a little hype is okay. Also, I agree time for management to think about the shareholders. The EVSY was a waste and I am certain you agree.
The South America business is nice, but I would like to see HISC and Actsoft merge. I still think they will pull a RS. In all honesty I hope they don't, but if they do I think all shareholders will still have a winner.
Caty, I do not have an agenda. I honestly feel that a merger and a RS will benefit all shareholders. I would love them to merge and buy back the shares, but I do not think they will buy back shares to reduce the number of shares. They might buy back more but not all, ultimately RS, which we all hate. (my opinion)
By the way, I am a shareholder of HISC, so what agenda would I have by stating that I like to see a RS? I hate RS.
Reality is that this board cannot accept the bad and ugly of a company, nor a honest opinion.
