Nanobac
Interesting REaper, my conclusion is that
Nanobac is trying to delay the inevitable
class action lawsuits by transfering
the patents to Nanobiotec ,also the company
had a considerable amount of debt that
they could wash their hands of.
Cutting off filings,news block,keeping
investors in the dark, no office address,
web site, phone etc is a good indication that
the company is no longer in business.
I think it is interesting that they are going
back to the nanobacteria theory vs nanoparticles.
A research group a few yrs back
determined that the particles
were not "alive" and were probably a prion type
entity not bacteria. Many of the patents
held by Nanobac would only be valid if the
the infectious agent was indeed a bacterial
agent.nanopatent is this correct? Correct me
if i am wrong.
I still hold numerous shares of nanobac but
i am not at all hopeful. I am kind of amazed
that the shares are still trading.
I wonder when
Stanton is getting
out of prison so he
can run this co?
Good job Reaper!
It has really been hard to connect the dots
here.
Dr Ciftcioglu one of the chief scientists at
Nanobac, sued nanobac for breach of contract.
nanobac stoped paying her salary while she
was doing research at NASA.I don't recall the
date, it was several years ago.
This was a bad omen for the company.
Two failed mergers, one with DNA Print Genomics
another with Eureka.Re The last merger stated in
the press release that nanoparticle research
would still be undertaken at the new company
to take on the Eureka name.
this was after 2004 when Mezo claims to
have reclaimed his patents,go figure this one
out.
Why would Dr. Kajander and Dr Maniscalco work for
GAry Mezo at Nanobiotech. They probably receive NO
compensation for their work. This does not make any
sense unless Nanobac still retains some of the
patents , they both held large positions in the
stock from the last filing on record.
Has Stanton ever had any sucessful companies? I would
doubt it very much by the way he handled Nanobac.
NNBP stock
I am wondering why this stock is still trading.
Has anyone else noticed that the intraday
bid is .0006 and the ask is .001. At the end of the
trading day there has been an ask buy of 30,000
shares ($30.00) so the close is always .001.
Are the market makers quietly distributing their
holdings? Is the management keeping the company
afloat to prevent a class action lawsuit? If the
patents reverted to Dr. Mezo in 2004 this thing
has been a shell of a company since then?
Something has to give here soon.
How totally bizarre nanopatent! Looks like the mugshot
of Nick Nolte or Heather Locklear under the influence.
Keep us posted!
If you go to the nanobiotech.us web site, scroll down
the page to Gary Mezo's Nanobiotech facebook page.
Open this up , you will see a video that Fox news did for
Nanobac tx. Mezo brags about owning Nanobac patents.
He does state that Nanobac is a public company.
Maybe Dr. Mezo owns the patents for Nanobac Tx, Urobac and
Dermabac and the the remainder of the Nanobac patents
which are related to future pharmaceutical drug development
are still held by Nanobac? There were numerous patents
awarded to the company.
I own numerous shares of NNBP stock, i have felt for a long
time that that NNBP management was not on the up and up
they seemed more interested in paying penny stock promoters than
building a foundation for the company to move forward.
NNBP
Does anyone have any information on Nanobac? Is GAry Meso
still trying to merge with a genomics company? Guess they
decided to take everything underground for now.
Any info would be appreciated, THANKS!
I see mayo clinic is still doing nanoparticle research.
Market makers
Could they have orchestrated a pump
in order to unload their inventory?
If so they kept the spike brief to
keep the selling of shares to a
minimum.
I would not be the farm but i think the
company would be more marketable as
a BB traded stock than they would with
Mr Stanton going door to door with the
patents in his briefcase.
They should have acted much sooner when
the news stream was active when NASA,
Rice Univ, Cleveland clinic etc stories were
frequent and the intrigue was there. They
could have been actively pursuing a buyout
partnership back then, now the story has gone
cold IMO
How valuable are the patents/intellectual property
at this point? That is the question.
Gregg, i have had the same problems with
stockcharts.Who do you think set up the pump?
Fantastic post Gregg, THANKS!!!
I am showing heavy distribution yesterday.
Any comments on this? Market
maker games to offload shares?
With the lack of communication from the
company it is difficult to know what is really going
on. we should hear from Nanobac soon as to
why the merger with Eureka did not go through. I am hoping
that they have a better deal going for the
sharholders via the patents they hold, an alliance
with big pharma or a biotech co.
Google search for" Mayoclinic Miller lab sex based
physiology". This will link you to the Mayo Clinic
researcher Virginia Miller web page. Nanoparticle
research is still being conducted there. Search
nanoparticles under publications and you will see
recent 2009 CNP articles.
Research is still being conducted at NASA
I think much of the CNP research is still going on
but it is no longer publicised through Nanobac.
Is the company going to hit the homerun or fail?
How deep are Mr. Stantons pockets? There are a lot of
unanswered questions at this point.
I guess it comes down to how deep are
John Stanton's pockets in the near term
to keep this company afloat?
Hopefully they are looking to the pharma/biotech
industry for an alliance that would keep
the nanoparticle research alive.It would
a shame to let their valuable research die.
I own a considerable # of shares as i imagine many of you
do and would like this company to be sucessful.
Does anyone know if the Nanobac patents will
transfer to the new company?
The company has been very quiet about CNP
research. I am wondering if they are
going to stop research of CNP's
entirely and go in a new direction.
I was quite disapointed that they did not merge
with a pharma or biotech company.
I thought this company really had potential
Thoughts anyone?
This lawsuit re Dr ciftcioglu seems ODD.
Aren't the scientists also stockholders?
Why the lawsuit when you could just
mediate things privately?Confusing as heck,
looking forward to hearing an update on
all this from the co...
I expected the IP challenge at some point,
there is possibly a 500 billion dollar new
market for pharma drugs so the stakes are huge.
Great Post Prodan
I wonder when the BIG announcement
will be made and who will make it.
Mayo, NASA, Dr Folk, nanobac??? Has someone
deciphered the putative DNA??
The story gets more interesting every day.
It was mentioned in the Book
Dark Life that nanobacteria formed on
a glass or steel plate (can't remember which)
in a Texas city water supply from fresh
tap water. Dr Folk, Univ of Austin, was conducting the
studies.
I think it will turn out that nanobacteria are
prevelant in mammal blood, all mammal blood
including ours. I read somewhere that they are
in vegetables also.I do not think nanobacteria
do any good unless culling the herds or
in the case of humans population control is
for the greater good.
Like Dr. Mezo mentioned we will all need
to be cleansed of nanobacteria periodically.
Vaccines contaminated
with nanobacteria

The eradication of NB from biologic
materials will be a huge industry.
Thanks for the
great posts! The UK has the highest
heart disease rate in the world.
Nanobac researchers found the
fetal bovine serum from the UK
had the highest concentration of
Nanobacteria compared to US samples.
http://www.newstarget.com/003040.html
Mayo clinic
Positive mention here as well re naoparticles.
http://cancercenter.mayo.edu/mayo/research/vmiller_lab/nanoparticles.cfm
When will we hear the big news?
I think we need to identify
Nanobacteria with something other than just
morphology .Until that is done the
discovery will not have the credibility.
Just my lay persons view.
Prodan, Do you have
any thoughts about the
characterization of the replication
process of the CNP's? Will there
ever be a consensus reached on this issue?
(Scientific studies seem to move
at a snails pace, too slow in my opinion.)
It appears to me that some people are
using this lack of "proof" to deny that
the organism exists.
Just thinking out loud might Nanobac
decide to have their home office in
Finland instead of the US.Maybe a permanent
outpost at NASA.The Nanobac discoveries
have a tremendous implication for our space
program here in the US.
J. Roberts is my husband's physician as
i have mentioned before. His 250 case studies
with the Nanobac TX drug speak for themselves
and the therapy is safe to boot.
Your thought are appreciated, thanks for the
teriffic links!
Nanopatent
If you get a chance read Calcium Bomb. The
entire book is about the Nanobac discoveries.
Nanoparticles have been implicated in
breast cancer and ovarian cancer and
possibly other cancers as well.
It will all be revealed in time I
am sure.
Prodan
Thank you for your links Re Nanobac OY
awesome news particularly the
Koch's Postulates mention.
Your presence is requested at
the Yahoo message boards.
We have considerable discussions
ongoing.(It is dead on this board)
here is the link
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_(A_to_Z)/Stocks_N/threadview?m=tm&bn=48782&tid=1&am...
Hi Sev, Donpat.
I agree with Donpat we are going to need
major releases in the scientific community
and the media to move the stock price
significantly.
It would read something like
common infectious disease trigger discovered.CNP's
Proof of Koch's postulates
Gallstones, kidney stones,
and atherosclerosis which are presently
under study at this time at various institutions.
A major release by Mayo Clinic stating CNP's
are infectious and responsible for atherosclerosis.
Stating also that CNP's damage the endothelium and
begin the disease process would be huge.
Several respected scientific institutions
would have to characterize CNP's and explain
how the organism reproduces RNA, DNA, Proteins and HOW.
How does it form it's shell.
Mayo clinic could not find any DNA
but they may not have the proper equipment to
do this type of research.
It was interesting, in the Dr. Mezo interview he stated
5 scientific institutions HAVE already characterized
CNP's. The information seems to be kept under
wraps for now.In other words it is being kept
secretive for now.
Our intellectual property estate would then be worth a
FORTUNE!!! Just the detection of CNP's business
would be huge. I think our patent is protected to
2010.
Prostatitis alone would be over a billion dollar market.
I don't think we would even have to prove a causative agent.
Major symptom relief would be enough and that has already
been demonstrated in an earlier trial.
In reality we would be curing the disease and
have symptom relief as the calcified deposits causing the
infection would be eradicated.
The market has been skeptical of the Nanobac discoveries
and the ability of Nanobac to become a profitable
company. Also there is virtually nothing in the
lay media discussing CNP's. Just ask your friends if
they have heard of them and they will look at you like you
are NUTS.
I say in the next six month's all of the above news comes
to light with a several dollar price for the stock.
We would own practically a dynasty. This news is WAY to
important to be ignored by the medical community.
Short stent makers, hospitals, orthopedic co's
etc. Sorry for the rambling....Have a good weekend.
We are in good company

Larice,Thank you sounds like a must read!
Trading NNBP
JL someone might have placed a
market order to buy rather than
a limit order. Market makers raise
the ask to pick up these orders.
If someone was willing to pay any price
for the stock the market makers will
oblige.Happens all the time on the bb.
Question do you hold the stock or
are you just thinking about buying?
If you are a trader you probably sold
today? Either way good luck.
JL are you possibly a market maker
who farms on the side?
Re your analysis of Koch's Postulates,
surely you jest?
I think the WSR report on Nanobac
is excellent. It outlines the business
plan of the company in great detail.
It is impossible in a conference call
to disseminate this information to the
shareholders.They were just doing the
job they were hired to do and they did it well.
I do think the timing was poor,
released way too soon IMO. It won't matter
though in the long run, the stock will
be much higher after the words Koch's
Postulates are uttered by the scientific
community in reference to nanoparticles.
I read recently that nanoparticle
"characterization" studies are
taking place at several research
institutions simultaneously. I know that
Mayo has been had the most
vocal and had numerous published
papers recently concerning nanoparticles.
Might it be that another research
facility is better equiped to answer
the question are the particles alive or
not. If i remember corectly UCSF,Univ of
Ulm in Germany, and another in Australia
are working on this issue and of course
NASA. (Prodan is this correct or are there
others involved here?)
It is my impression that some of the studies
are not being disclosed yet possibly
waiting for a big release in June?
I think the Wall Street Resources report
would have been much better received had
the genetic signature,characterization issue
been resolved and all the studies completed.
We started far too early with
the information campaign. Consequently when
the price was maninpulated upward a whole
group of potential investors were slaughtered
in the subsequent price decline. You can see
from message 280 that it takes 2:1 to 3:1
buys to sells to move the price upward.
In a 1:1 situation the price falls when it
should remain stable. That is why the stock
is being heavily accumulated with downward
action in the stock.
I really dislike the BB/pick sheet stocks
for this reason. The little guy can get screwed
inless you understand the "game"the mm's
,promoters play.I have a good cost basis on
my shares
I hope we have either a buy out or licensing
deals with large pharma or biotech.I am really
excited about the future prospects for this company!
Prodan, Have you seen this?

Nanobac tx/ edta
Of interest to BB stock holders
http://www.sec.gov/rules/concept/s72499/klaser1.txt
Prodan, I concur with your conclusions
and I have some thoughts of my own about
the microbial signature issue. I will be
attending a conference all day today and
will not be able to post until tonight
or tomorrow morning.
It appears that we are trading today
as NNBP The e has been dropped
as expected.
I did not see anything unusual in
the report, did anyone else?
I wonder why the delay in reporting.
Great post, Prodan
Thank you
Prodan , Here is a
possible answer for your concerns.

You are a very rational, intelligent
person, but you say some off the wall
stuff at times. Why not trying adding fish
oil to your diet. It might help.
Sheesh
The release
sounds very positive to
me. When they said the
studies would be finished in
June I think that is the
reality. We have several more
weeks to go.
There are other studies
going on around the world
re nanoparticles. Mayo is only one
of several institutions doing
studies.
