Cajun, I'm probably the least experienced in stock trading or filings (but researching and learning quickly). Today's filing clearly mentions MMA and that was a question I had about the direction of the company. Where, if or how this fits into the big picture (merger or reverse merger) or alternative fuels would be and is pure speculation at this point. I guess we'll know soon enough but like you said, something is cooking here.

My question is......who is willing to sell? It makes no sense at this point.

I remain very optimistic but will refrain from buying my first class ticket until we hear directly from the company. It is looking better......

Sorry to hear that Fay had affected you, hope there wasn’t too much damage and that your insurance covers the expense to get things back to its original state.
I left W. Palm Beach the day Fay hit Ft. Myers and we spent a couple of days in Orlando visiting friends.
We didn't feel much of the storm when it passed Orlando, we were lucky.
Hope you get things back on track without to much difficulty.

My question is what or who are we teaming up with and what direction is the company headed. cm3i has hinted that the MMA fell through and based off no recent information, I have a gut feeling he is right. So what is the new direction and when are we going to read about it?

Well we are offically Cephas Holding Corp and the the company has authorized the commen stock shares from 75 million to 150 million. So much for Snips earlier comments.......
cm3i, you need to make the appropiate changes for the board. What's not discussed is the direction of the company. I'm hoping we see something on that this week.

Calc, enjoy yourself, when I was in the military stationed at Ft Bragg, NC, I went to the US Open at Pinehurst #2 and had a great time, it's alot different then watching on tv......enjoy the weekend my friend....

That one kinda fell off the radar. If my math is right and it usally never is, we should see/hear something this week or next. Either way will see the quarterly soon enough.

I guess the big question has always been "WHEN"?
There is no revenue, Peter is funding it, were in debt for about four million. How much longer will is he willing to keep this listed?
I'd say it has to be sooner then later or this won't make it.

Like it or not, this guy was in this up to his neck....and to think differently, you'd have to be from another planet or mentally challenge (and I know Jannie isn't either).

I spoke to him on the phone and exchanged e-mails in March/April 07 time frame. He was talking to me about the ME still and was asking to see if I could provide wood suppliers from Honduras......
Because he had stated the money and the contracts were abundent but he needed to show suppliers to fill orders to be awarded contracts..... Pure BS....

I do want to see this situation improve, I am invested and I also agree that there are no newbies lined up to invest in this one.
We need info from the company, name change, new direction and then I'd say we have a chance at making a profit off this one.....imo

.004 or .002 is a bargain, very cheap......
If this goes to .002, there is probably a good reason, probably nothing there.....imo
