Wow... That's either ballsy or freaking stupid. I can understand trying to make back your money but look at it like this. If it's real, you are going to get your money back eventually anyway. If it's not real, why throw more money into the suckhole?
Some people should have never been born. Not you, the freaking scammers who hurt other people to get things for themselves rather than actually trying to earn an honest living.
Is someone still buying this crap or is the volume just from the scammers?
OT: Doh, you beat me to the jinx, what do I owe ya?
OT: Jinx. I am getting bored with all this too. I hesitate to even post "OT" anymore because OT is about all there is to discuss at this point.
Send it over to HSM for graphic forensics.
OT: Again, going back to the shadow not being there. I agree it's further away than you first think, but I don't see a shadow for even the wing. Maybe it's so bright outside that unless it's very close to the ground the shadow is very hard to see?
Fake picture people. Edit: Maybe not fake.
I agree that is a real beach by an airport, but the jet is superimposed.
People would be holding their ears for sure.
The biggest clue it is fake is that everything in the picture has a shadow, except the jet. LOL!
Nice try though.
Actually, after further review, it's possible the jet has a shadow but it's further away than I thought at first.
Okay, maybe it's real.
Bashing a stock is saying that Microsoft sucks because you like Linux. Pointing out a scam is simply our duty as honest people who want a world where crime does not pay.
We reserve the right to destroy all evidence during a federal investigation. We reserve the right to front load any stocks we decide to pump without any disclosure. We reserve the right to participate in trading stocks using insider information. We reserve the right to refuse court orders. We reserve the right to bend you over and stick a wine bottle in your rear.
We can reserve all we want but that doesn't make it so.
That's about as worthless as having a sign saying we are not responsible for accidents when you enter a safari zoo full of lions and tigers.
He knew very well he didn't really have the bonds.
No, I did not know about that C&D but I figured money laundering to be a part of this months ago. I also predicted and stated many times that there would be multiple C&Ds and that the plan all along was for each person involved to CYA and point fingers at everyone else.
I don't believe that John Smith crap for one second. I could have put that email together myself. I believe that was more likely put together by someone trying to divert blame away from themself.
Oh poor Rufus. He got scammed.
He had such good intentions to make money for all the little people in the world and in doing so, someone took advantage of his kindness. Poor poor Rufus.
$40.37 is a 10% correction off the high. That is my first target and I will re-evaluate at that point. I see it happening by the end of the first week of February.
Look for a close today in the range of $43.50 which is higher than I predicted on the contest. I admit I am usually a bit too early to most of the parties, but rarely wrong about where the party will be.
I personally will sell my puts if the QQQQs hit $40.50. They may continue down from there, but I'm not greedy. I establish my entry and exit points before ever initiating a trade.
There, now you can ridicule me all you want when I am wrong. I have been wrong before and I will be wrong again, but I don't post a bunch of charts that nobody will remember a month from now without stating what I see in the chart.
Did I say it would take two years? No, I said a 10% correction. Watch and learn Matthew.
Thanks for the tip. That is an interesting thread. The difference here is that I haven't been negative on the QQQQ until less than two weeks ago. It's been in an obvious, strong uptrend.
I'm a little more experienced that you may realize and a lot more accurate.
Thanks for playing though and come again.
That QQQQ chart should be very easy to read. I've been tracking the QQQQs for years and it's the easiest, most reliable and predictable trading pattern I have seen.
Again, I just can't take anyone seriously who was posting targets of over $45.
Don't post the TOS to me. You guys were rude to me. I was a guest on your thread and you got pompous toward me for no reason.
I can handle that. I'm a man, not some whiny little kid who tries to tell the teacher to get another kid in trouble.
What I can't handle is being talked down to by people who do not know what they are doing.
The QQQQs are in the early stages of a reversal and due for at least at 10% correction. They will not see over $45 for months unless it's one more last ditch effort before breaking down.
January will be hard on the market. The only reason it's not taking a beating now is due to deferring taxes another year.
Seriously what in the world do you see in the chart that makes you think $45 can be broken?
Still vague. State your point.
You expecting a bounce from here? Also, what in your right mind would have made you think the QQQQ would see $45?
I find it hard to take you seriously. You post a bunch of charts and think that makes you look experienced in the market? Anyone that called $45 on the QQQQ, I cannot believe has any understanding of how a chart works.
I don't know what your point is.
Sure, that is possible, but it doesn't change whether this is a scam or not. I feel most of the shorting was done by people close to the company and even though it may have looked like naked shorts on paper, it was really shorting to be later covered by warrants and I think Rufus knew that and I think he knew how to make it appear to everyone else that the shorts were naked.
Just a theory I have.
Yes, I know OEX is an index but I have never traded it.
This is my last post for the day, so have a good one, but please feel free to explain what you guys are doing. Your posts are vague to say the least.
They need to start a "flip" petition or a "no hold" petition.
Dear Guitarmusic,
Better late than never.
I don't trade CSHD. I have over 20 years experience in the market and I got burned early on by scams. Since then it's been a hobby of mine to follow stocks I believed to be a scam.
I am short the QQQQ via puts.
You're going to be close. I was a little too hard on the Qs. They have been struggling with the 20 day MA the last few days and that 20 day MA is becoming resistance.
The $TRAN is now under the 50 day MA so I expect the QQQQ to follow in the next two to four weeks. I am short the QQQQ via puts.
I think we are in the early stages of a 10% correction off the 52 week high on the QQQQ putting my target price at about $40.38.
Good luck traders.
Dude, what are you talking about?
I think rayrohn may win this if I had to be now.
One can only hope for such justice.
Maybe Rufus is going to focus on getting with those who lost money in BBAN and suing the crooks like he said he was going to do.
Does anyone believe he really plans to do that?
James 2:5
Listen, my dear brothers: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?
No reason to break .15 really. It kind of depends on what the execution price is on the warrants. The offshore accounts can cover their shorts at .15 to hold the price up here.
OMG, read the post I posted at the exact same time.
Unfortunately for most, fortunately for those of us that consider this great entertainment, there will always be a scam waiting just around the corner.

Dear Phil,
It bothers me that you told lies, gave misinformation, mislead people into having confidence in the lies being told by you and the company and played a key role in making sure people with opposing opinions were discredited and banned.
It bothers me that you are now spending your time telling people it was their own fault for losing their money and spending your time defending the people who lead the charge in misleading investors.
It bothers me that you broke 10K posts, then had 5K posts removed from your total and now have posted so often that you are back over 10K posts again.
It bothers me that people like you spend your pathetic life making an effort to put money in your own pocket by pumping your piece of crap lies while taking part in destroying the financial well being of hard working and honest families.
BINGO!
Who is Phil from HSM?
He is defending Rufus on a daily basis now. He did pump this stock early, then dumped shares and now he spends his time defending the scammers. That just doesn't add up for me.
Something is either mentally wrong with the guy or he's guilty of being a part of the scamming.
Phil even admits that he flipped this stock several times. If he really ever believed the stock would have a book value of $30 or be "reset" to $15 do you think he would have been flipping the stock? Think about it. Who is going to sell the majority of their shares for a couple of bucks and take a chance on missing the reset unless they do not really believe the reset will happen?
Phil worked you longs good.
It's called pump and dump. He pumps it to you then dumps it on you.
"They will be releasing their 10Q this coming week, and you should look for it to raise the book value to over $30."

Disclosure. I purchased puts on the QQQQ a few days ago. I think we are in the early stages of a 10% correction.
