It just dawned on me! Someone in the FCC is accumulating $CAPC! How perfect!
Link?
There are discrepancies in the day’s low between platforms possibly? Schwab $0.8729. IHub $0.8729. Yours said $0.83 today?
I had a bid in at $0.88. I got two partial fills of 100 shares and 170 shares on a much larger order. No one was willing to sell me the shares I was seeking. Two anemically small lots does not indicate to me anyone fleeing post haste.
Alternatively, it’s possible the MM’s don’t want to part with the shares at this price?
No one is parting with $88’s other than a hundred here and there. No serious seller here
My understanding is that the documents received by the FCC must be fully processed into the system before final certification can be issued. I do not know the extent of such documents whether voluminous or just a few pages.
Is there more to it than that? IDK but I wonder?
I’m back in good cell service and it doesn’t look like I missed much with $CAPC. Same price, same stale arguments, no FCC. Thanksgiving holiday week……..
Greetings from beautiful Panamint Springs! Why would anyone want a Capstone Smart Mirror? verified purchase reviews will tell….. someday
Good to see thanks!
Picked up a small lot at $.83 wahooo! Lol
Agreed caycehopeful. flptrnkng’s research is always solid. We often disagree on the commentary lol
Thanks for sharing that!
100% Thanks Mike $CAPC
Not gonna happen
I think you agree he is referring to 3,000 and it is in fact a typo
Must be 3,000
No doubt there is something odd about the FCC delay. I didn’t notice in your example if it was a foreign testing lab or domestic. Can it make a difference to the FCC?
Even if true it still seems like something else.
Ok I see your logic and won’t dispute but I do think there are plenty of folks with hundreds of thousands of shares. I know that is true for a fact.
Not to split hairs but curious, how do you know a seller today is a PIPE?
Well that’s funny as I got those numbers from the filing. Not sure what you are looking at?
I see $2.4mm available for smart mirror production.
Greasy, you seem to be behind the curve a bit here. It has been well discussed that the revenue would be essentially nil and it was. We are now looking forward to news of progress on the smart mirror program.
I’m very happy to see they have adequate cash for a year
“Based on past performances and current expectations, Management believes that the recent $1,393,000 equity investment and the $1,020,000 purchase order funding facility provides adequate liquidity to meet the Company’s cash needs for our daily operations, capital expenditures and procurement of the Smart Mirror inventory for at least the next twelve-month period.”
10q AH today?
Thank you for keeping up the $CAPC inbox!
How much money does Capstone have coming their way from the CARES Act extension in 2021? Does anyone have a handle on that? Is there an increase in available funds if there is "lost" revenue? Almost force majeure-like when requesting such funds? Would it be substantial?
IDK it's just a crazy thought I've had
Why do you think it is so flptrnkng? Is the FCC really that backlogged? Share your theory?
Very nice. I was anticipating the last sentence “oh, and by the way, we got the FCC cert” lol
Yes it was. It was a rocket. However, there was indecision back then in this price range that's why this volume cluster around $.90 has me intrigued right now.
Last Q was not announced and there was no Webcast/CC. Instead there was a Webcast/CC on the mirror program update. Do we get a repeat?
Back in late January and early February there were millions, 10's of millions of shares traded in the high $0.80's and $0.90's. It was the largest cluster of volume by far. Weakest of hands and profit takers from then have jumped already.
So I could easily see a new base forming here at ~$0.90. Timely news or lack thereof will determine. Just one man's 2 cents
Very fine! A near genius it was who who coined that. I stole it with pride
Yeah Salve, I was sure confident we'd get news of the FCC cert long before $1.20 was broken. It would have been a much better springboard than $0.90 IMO.
I gave them that whole Thailand turmoil bit but, I am struggling to understand how a seemingly simple clerical procedure by the FCC would take a month and counting. My mind does wander
If the Q date was announced, I didn't see it. I'm guessing it will be announced tomorrow. Maybe we'll have loads of great news in the Webcast CC to cloak the financials though they should be no real surprise to anyone. Maybe that's the plan.
I bought more today because I firmly believe that there will be a run that will take the pps far higher than where we are now. Others did the same.
Hi Mike, not seen you in a while. Back to Early February pricing. I guess we'll just have to get the party started all over again LOL
As indicated, yes true. Shares were being absorbed though apparently and it has basically stagnated here at ~$1.00+ for now
Mike's $CAPC bottom call held solidly for another day
Good memory flp. Then eco-i-lites. A whopping $36.7mm from a flashlight. Now (um future) enter Thin Cast Mirrors. Big $$step-change in revenue. We agree, it will be 2022 revenue, and by all rights, it should be a great year. I know...don't say it
P.S. My wife just bought her mother an eco-i-lite for her house. Dejavu. Much improved over the original version
P.S.S. did the Raven arrive with the FCC #?
Capstone Lighting did close to $40 million one year. That’s not nothing
We sure got a good preview of what a little rumor or maybe some positive news will do to for MOMO in $CRON!
The odds play is that the French court will reject the appeal to the appeal. This price range is a great place to accumulate $OREAF
