Ah, the plot thickens. Time to buy some more in my opinion. Think what you want, but I believe the silence from the company is a positive sign. Isn't it great that so many of us have differing opinions on what could happen with our company? I mean, without that, we wouldn't have a market now, would we.
Thanks for typing this out so I didn't have to Asus. You are right on the money!
I appreciate that he comes back once in awhile to post. I totally disagree with your post gauch. He's one of the most sane normal people on this board from what I've gathered from being on this board.
Yep, just for a moment though. I sold 1/2 of what I own right at .20 and then bought it all back later in the day at the low. Where were you? It was quite the day. LOL :)
I agree. A 22-25 year old has much more insight and wisdom these days than a 33 year old. They have their finger on the pulse and understand trends better. I think this might be the first thing in a loooong time I've agreed with you on Gauch! I'll take youth over experience any day in our modern world. Youth will make it happen, experience all too often says it can't be done.
Digital Rights Management. C'mon Florida, get with the lingo! LOL :)
That will definitely give us a bunch new eyes imo.
Or held by strong hands.
Real difficulties can be overcome, it is only the imaginary ones that are unconquerable.
(I just felt a need to say this in light of current posts)
Amen Desert! Thanks for another insightful post.
Here's an easier way to view it I think: Click on http://www.mipcom.com/App/homepage.cfm?appname=100495&moduleid=442&linkid=28499&campaignid=11612&iUserCampaignID=45443819 and then click on Mipcom News #3 and put in your e-mail address. Then go to page 36.
To make the future better is to live it now. The 'NOW' is a projection of the future.
I'd have to say that by almost anyone's measurements except probably for the biggest naysayers on the board, this could turn out to be a very profitable partnership!
Nice Find! I wondered why you didn't also post the information, but I now know why. You have to register, then be given access, then click on #3, and then go to page 36, and then the type is not able to be copied. (Better to see for yourself anyway) Thanks again reelinvestor! Looks like some things are happening behind the scenes.
I couldn't agree more cm. I had that suspicion on his/her first post.
I'm with you Desert Man! It's a gamble, but not a scam in my opinion. I was once in a stock that was a penny stock scam, and this has none of the earmarks that had. The only earmarks I can see that reeltime has is a young business in a young industry with many hurdles in front of it. Again, in my opinion, this makes it a gamble, but not a scam. I've met the principals, I've seen the offices. I hold a proper amount of shares in relation to my overall investment capital, and hope for the best. I love being invested in a company in my own backyard and enjoy being able to watch a movie on it's website whenever I want. We are for real! Can we make it? Time will tell. If we don't, I lose my bet. If we do, I make money. Plain and simple. No bitching along the way. We need to raise the consciousness of the whole group and visualize success. This goes a looooong way contrary to what some people think.
I've been guilty of it before too CM. I don't want any bad blood between us. You've done a lot to keep us informed and to try and help the company. It's appreciated.
How you skew my words to fit your own belief system. No one gets emotionally involed in a stock if the proper amount was invested looking at total investable funds and the amount of risk this stock represents. Sure, it can be said that it's management's fault for missing deadlines and other things they've done, but it's your fault for investing an inordinate amount in this stock that whatever happens actually elicits so much (or any) emotion from you.
Way to 'attract' sub penny CM. It's hard to see you go from excited to discouraged. I seem to see a pattern: Some people were buying avidly not too long ago. When their expectations they conjured up were not met, down went their attitudes and more cheery outlook. There shouldn't be any emotion with this investment (or any investment for that matter) if the proper amount of money was allocated to it. It's noone's fault but those that are discouraged regardless if timelines aren't met. Large blue chips were saying things recently too that gave people hope only to fail not too long afterward. The responsibility has to be on the investor every time to properly ascertain risk and invest accordingly.
Here comes closer to 2 pennies! (That's what I'm excited to attract in the short term.
LOL. Looks like you got it all figured out Gauchoalum. The stats you refer to are probably correct, but the obvious meaning you assign them from your jab at Barry can only from my viewpoint be summed up as sad. Nobody, and I mean nobody that regularly posts on this board really knows what's going on. Since I live very close to Seattle, I think I'll drop in again and congratulate everyone for working as hard as they do. Working hard doesn't guarantee success, but it's a heck of a lot better than the alternative.
Thanks to everyone at Reeltime for all they are doing to make our company great. How sweet it will be if someday we really make it. Our story will sound just like it should. Against many odds, hard work, determination and a little luck prevailed once again.
And another small hair today so far.
I don't have any questions at the moment. I just feel very good that I have had an opportunity to invest in a company that is in this space and I wish that there was't so much bashing going on here. It doesn't really matter in the big picture, but when I have time to read people's posts (mainly for entertainment) it would be nice to not have to wade through so many negative repetitive posts. It's not so hard to wade through the repetitive 'positive' posts because they aren't quite as repetitive, and since they agree with my overall feeling that we really have a chance here to have a great investment in the future, it doesn't really bother me to read them. Basically I'm not sayin' much here other than what others have said here, namely, we really have no idea what is going on, but... Rhustang is still there, Bev still has hope, and I appreciated meeting some of the current team at last years SHM.
If we all said that this company is going to heck because it's not properly run right and all looks lost, would the repetitive bashing posts stop? I think not. I post occassionaly, and when I do, it's usually because I'm bored and temporarily have nothing else to do. I have to assume most people on this board who post fall into the same category. So, the posters posting most often in my opinion are really bored and have nothing really to do. They need the entertainment and the interaction apparently. Why else would someone post repetively whether positive or negative. It makes no logical sense.
I help run an international trading company, and am usually very busy. I invested in this company because they are in my backyard and I thought this space was the wave of the future. (I was orginally invested in ICTN and continue to be, and that's how I heard about rltr) I still believe it has potential and it's not worth selling now anyway. I'm thrilled with having a potential to do well. I also didn't invest more than I should looking at my risk capital, so whatever happens is fine with me. Buy hey, Gooooooooo Reeeeeeltimeeeeeee!!!!!
"...and he keeps on changing the course of ReelTime's charter....
This is a good thing to me. Someone who can change with the times and roll with the punches.
Excellent article. Nice find flip!
Just like we need the Russians to do--why don't we all agree to disagree but call a truce for a couple of weeks? No complaining, no name-calling,etc. I would like to see just for fun what would happen if we just cooled it for awhile? I will put my name on the list first--what does everyone say>?
The Reeltime IHUB Board Truce List--Good For Two Weeks Starting Today... (or till we hit $0.24)

Question ReelBev - At the SHM it was very impressive that the screen could be what seemed to be about 20 ft. in diameter and we could stream beautiful quality at that size. I believe you said there that you were very impressed with the technology when you first saw it. Is ALL the technology that makes Reeltime look so good on a 20 ft. diameter screen completely Grid Network's technology? If so, then would it be correct to say that one thing we have going for us is that we have an agreement with Grid that we always get the lowest price, so for anyone to stream in the quality that we do (at least for now until someone comes up with something better than Grid) they would have to pay Grid a higher price? If so, then would one thing a company get if they bought us be that they could compete at this quality level better than anyone else? If this is correct, I would then hope that the ability for Reeltime to pay the lowest price to Grid is in writing. Thanks for any comments and insight you can post on this. And Thank You for all you have done in the past and continue to do for us even now. :) P.S. I know I could have articulated better what I wrote here, so please excuse my syntax and general sentence structure of this post.
Interesting how everyone is different. I was VERY glad to see that airlines (or at least Delta for now) would be offering this. I have crucial business data that I cannot ignore during the weekday and have to plan all my flights during weekends or late at night. What they're charging is nothing compared to the convenience. Now, I can fly when I want to.
You da Man B-A! Love your posts! :)
I met Barry personally, and if he's scamming us all, I'll eat my hat. (Never ate a hat, and hoping I'll never need to)
One big thing I don't get is this - How could he be scamming us, and Beverly still be his personal friend? She has shares too that she wants to rise in value. If he was scamming us, then I would think that Beverly would have some feeling about that. Something doesn't add up, and I sincerely don't mean to be saying anything negative about you Reeltimer or implying anything, I'm just befuddled right now with some of what's being posted. It's getting downright weird! I believe in Beverly big time, and if she is still Barry's personal friend and has shares, I just don't see how Barry could be scamming.
I think you have too much time on your hands to reply with such a large post. Let's just leave it that I'm illogical.
Who doesn't already have high speed these days anyway? It shoudn't be counted as a cost. However, gas should be, because if you get home and someone then wants to watch a movie, you have to go back to the store just for the movie. In other parts of the world, everyone already has high speed too. It's been a loooong time since I've used dial up in another country.
Since there is a bigger market outside the U.S. than inside for movies, once the geographic restriction goes away, I believe that cable won't be the answer. Internet disribution is the only way to reach a global audience quickly and with amost no budget.
Ah. thanks Asus.
Mark Cramer had never seemingly talked since beginning his relationship with reeltime. We were all wondering when he was going to break his silence. Then, I didn't read the board for a couple days awhile back, and suddenly everyone is saying Mark this and Mark that. When did he break his silence? Was it something public that he said, or is it just things he's told people who called him? Thanks for anything anyone can relay.
Got more today. .013. MWM - Look at your last post. How did you get some at .0014? LOL :) Nice 400k buy a few moments ago.
I watched '101 ways' last night. Free with my subscription. It's a vanguard film. I clicked on it just to watch a movie now that I can watch on my t.v. set. All the other vanguard movies I had seen kind of seemed B rated, and not very good quality as far as the whole quality of filming. I was very suprised. While it was still a little B'ish, I really liked it, and would give it a B+ or even an A--. By the way, my computer I was using is also wireless, and the movie never once stopped or stuttered and there was zero pixilation going on. Anyway, I recommend this movie.
That was it. Thanks! Oh my gosh!!!! I am seriously looking at a perfect picture! I'm using s-video on both ends, and the quality is amazing. I have the sound hooked up to my stereo. This is the first time I have finally experienced reeltime to it's fullest!!!!! Reeltime will be getting some more revenue from me this weekend!
okay. For the first time in 2 years I actually have a reeltime movie playing on my tv set. Actually, and here's the problem, I see the grid player and can hear the 'sound' of the movie, but inside the grid player where the movie should be is just kind of a blank purple screen. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong now?
My problem is and always has been that once I've connected my computer to my t.v., how do I get the movie to jump from my computer monitor over to the t.v. I would LOVE to know how to do that. The Jaman site for showing how to hook the two up is great, I just want to know what to do after that!
