I was actually being sarcastic about "Tight Lipped Mike's PR budget." Lololol.
Sure it would. Smoking is relaxing for smokers.
To give a short explanation, acidic compounds in the body (C02, gastric acid, lactic acid, etc.) cause feelings of stimulation/excitement/restlessness and irritation. Nicotine is a strong base. Acid is neutralized by a base. This is why when smokers smoke, they get a feeling of relaxation.
Think of when smokers have the desire to smoke. When talking a lot, when angry, anxious, excited, after eating, after sex, etc. All of these situations cause the increase of production of acidic compounds in the body. The nicotine in a cigarette goes into the blood, neutralizes these compounds and the body returns to a more homeostatic balance and the person feels more relaxed. This is the addictive nature of nicotine.
I didn't say "coco" leaves. I said "coca" and I'm not talking about "today's Coke" I'm talking about something that most probably contributed greatly to the building of that institution. If you read the article to which I was referring in my previous post, it'd give you some clarity.
Now you know why so many people buy RedBull by the case. I knew that sooner or later someone would follow Coke's business model. People just love that flavoring that you get from the coca leaves of Columbia. It's just so delicious that it makes you want to drink more and more.
Perhaps we should put trace amounts of nicotine in Koma Unwind. I'm sure people would love that flavor also. Lololol.
What's to apologize for? You're a shareholder and you had some concerns. You discovered something, you investigated the potential impact of what you discovered, you contacted the company and did not receive a reply, you verbalized your concerns, you continued to investigate, you shared your information, you got in contact with the CEO and you shared his response. What did you do wrong?
We should be thanking YOU. I do, if no one else does.
Isn't that what I said that I found when we first began discussing this filing? A cost cutting measure?
You know full well that if "Tight Lipped Mike" had to put up tens of thousands of dollars for reporting, it would take away from his PR budget. He also wouldn't have as many "nights out on the town". Escorts and massages are expensive. Lololol.
I say that foggdogg should be a moderator. He's always on top of things here on this board before everyone else, he's always on target and shares his information without hesitation.
Besides that, he's got secret insider connections (Lololol! Sorry Foggdogg, had to do it. Couldn't resist. Lololol!)
How about it Matt?
History said that once upon a time BUNM was a tiny company that had about 2000 users and was happy to get 100 new signups per day on Hypster. Hypster was just an online music player with little to no advertising revenue.
History now says that Hypster has become a full service social networking website with over 1,110,000 users and over 2200 new signups daily and advertising revenues coming from some major advertisers.
In my view, that looks like a growing company. I don't know what "Tight Lipped Mike" has up his sleeve. (You know a lot more than I do because of your secret contacts with the insiders last week. Lolololol!) but he has delivered on growing Hypster. It's taken a long time to get this far but that doesn't negate the fact that it has gotten here and will only get bigger as time goes on.
How much money "Tight Lipped Mike" is making from advertising is his own secret. If I were he, and I had a business that basically ran itself, paid my bills and provided my spending money for my "nights out on the town", and was growing at this rate, I wouldn't be too quick to disgard it. There are many less desireable ways to make money. (Try working at a chicken processing plant or being a registered nurse lololol!)
"Tight Lipped Mike" has time on his side but so do we. None of us took our mortgage money to buy this stock did we?
No, we're not getting any dividends and the pps is crap right now but what's the difference at this point? 20 years from now if "Tight Lipped Mike" follows through with your plan to wait and buy out the last remaining shareholder, I'LL be there with my hand out waiting for the check. Lololol!
I'm going to ride this horse till it dies.
It's not very exciting. (More like riding a turtle) but there are other plays to keep my interest. When it's dull, I just walk away. If I had the money in a bank, in the past 3 years or so that I've been in BUNM, I would have probably earned a grand total of $174.00 more or less if the bank didn't go under somewhere along the line.
Sure, I could have been in other plays that could have made me a bundle but on the other hand I could have lost a bundle too.
The fat lady hasn't started singing yet and until she does, I'll just hold and see what happens.
Ok, which brings us back to your question. Why would MMs or anyone else pay DayTrade for his shares. $6k isn't all the money in the world, but it's a nice little lick in this economy. Why would they want them? Surely not just to say "We have 'em in our inventory."
Evidently, be they MMs, potential buyers, "Tight Lipped Mike" or your secret insider friend (lolol), someone thinks they can make money with shares of BUNM. That's what I'm banking on my friend...
Don't know how it's going to turn out, but I'm planning on riding the gravytrain with anyone who is going to make $$ with this stock if it's possible.
If DayTrade sold 64M, wouldn't that mean that someone bought them?
Yeah, there's always a chance. Guess we'll wait and see what new developments we see coming up. We're starting to get some activity now. It's subtle but it's there none the less.
Let's see if they pick up another 64M shares today.
Sometimes you're just too optimistic Foggdogg. Lololol!
What did you learn from that guy on Monday?
Has a lot of us wondering. The possibility of a r/s is always lurking in these pinks. That being said, it's important to realize that this isn't just a shell company. They've got a real product that's in demand and growing. It looks to me like but there's something going on behind the scenes. Someone is accumulating and throwing money at this company.
It started a couple of weeks ago with those crazy b/a followed by roughly 120 million shares being subtly traded over the past couple of weeks. Along with that was the mysterious filing. Who knows what the next few weeks will be bringing?
I'm not an optomist by nature and there are always 2 ways to look at things until you get to the truth. Some here say that we're headed for doomsday. I say we could be headed for payday. Time will tell.
Foggdogg and I were joking a couple of days ago about the inability to sell our shares. (Not that we had tried or wanted to, just joking that we felt that we couldn't sell them because there's so little trading of the stock going on.) Today DayTrade said that he just sold 63M shares.
I think someone's got their eyes on BUNM and where the possibility of something bad may happen, there's also the possibility that what we've all been waiting for may also be just around the corner. I'm not selling anything. I'm going to ride this out to the finish.
Lolol! Yeah, there's a connection. Tomorrow's volume will be 144M. In 14 weeks and 4 days, the pps will be at .144
Lolol! Yeah, there's a connection. Tomorrow's volume will be 144M
Looks like I'm gonna need my waterboarding equipment. Feel like taking an all expense paid trip to Cuba Foggdogg?
No telling- but he was pretty active here prior to Monday even though there wasn't any obvious action with the stock. Now we can't get a peep out of him. He's getting like "Tight Lipped Mike"
It's probably HIM doing all the buying! He said he was going to talk to that guy on Monday regarding that filing. Haven't heard from him since. We shoot up to .0002 then the next day we get 64 million in volume.
I think Foggdog knows something! Lololol!
Where's foggdog? I'd like to hear his spin on why we've got 63M in volume today.
It'd be nice if that were the case. I think we're going to find out what's going on before much longer...
Something's holding us up at .0002
It's not the volume. It's not a pr. It's not the bid. It's not the ask.
What could it be?
Well, we jumped to .0002 yesterday with very little apparent reason. Like I've been saying all along- "Tight Lipped Mike" has something brewing behind the scenes and we're going to be able to connect all the dots before long. I think that this is just the beginning...
JMHO
Absolutely- they're just Tylenol with diphenhydramine (aka Benadryl). The same active ingredient in sominex and other non-narcotic sleeping pills. They will leave you groggy and if something happened and you had to take a urine test, you could get flagged by the DOT.
I quit nursing for about 5 years and ran as an o/o, so I know what I'm talking about. I ran as a team (me and the invisible man- lolol) and when I say I ran- I RAN. Try a 1 am pickup in Birmingham on Friday night with a 7am delivery Sunday in Portland, OR (with a 4-1/2hr. DOT inspection delay in Odessa, MO). (By the way, I arrived at 7:02am lolol.) Or a 6pm pickup in El Paso Tues and an 8am delivery in Miami on Thurs- by yourself!
I'd have been buying this stuff by the case if it was available when I was running! I used to have to turn down a lot of loads just to get my rest. You know like I do that even after a long run, a lot of times you can't just get to sleep like you want to. Taking drugs is definately out because you can lose everything.
These drinks have a HUGE potential for truckers because when you want to run- you want to run. When you want to rest and sleep, you want to do just that. You don't want to watch tv or play around in the truckstop. You want to clean up, eat a little something, drop off fast, sleep like a rock, wake up refreshed and start rolling again. If you can get relaxed and sleep without alcohol/drugs of any type, it could make a really big difference for drivers.
If these drinks are marketed toward truckers, I could see tremendous sales just from them. News of this stuff would spread like wildfire over the CB once drivers realize the potential benefits. Pilot, T/A and the Flying "fish hook" should all be carrying this stuff.

93856 new users in the last 40 days. Growing by 2300+ daily. Not bad. One thing is for sure. We have a marketable product that is in demand.
Looks like things are moving behind the scenes- hopefully to get us moving forward. Let's see if we get any new information regarding that filing that occurred on Friday. Whatever it was for- be it housekeeping or cost cutting, it was in the best interests of the company. Let's hope the company is working for the best interests of the shareholders.
You know, that's a more profound idea than you may think.
Not only the energy drinks would be good, the anti-energy drinks would be good for truckers too. How many times have you dropped off a load, had only a few hours before time to run again, found somewhere to park and wanted to just knock off completely until it was time to run again but couldn't get to sleep?
A non-alcoholic, non drug, anti-energy drink would be perfect and you wouldn't have to be worried about the DOT!
I think he has too and I don't think it's going to take very much longer to find out about it.
Lets say they are going to r/s, you have 5M shares and they do a 100:1 r/s and the new share pps is .008, you'd take a little loss initially. Hopefully as time goes on, the pps goes up, however if the new value is .137, you're sitting prettier than you are right now. Sorry about going back and forth to that .137/.14 but I think that those figures were sitting there for a reason. I don't think it was accidental. I could be very wrong but I have a gut feeling that something was being slipped past us. Then out of the blue, 6.8M buys followed by a 30M buy the next day. My conspiracy theory antennas went up. Lololol
Yeah, "Tight Lipped Mike" is up to something all right.
Of course depending on the post r/s pps of the stock we could lose our a$$es or make a nice profit. I'm hoping that those .137 and .14 b/a are indicative of where the post r/s pps will be sitting if they do indeed have one.
Yeah, I'd have thought there were more than that too judging by all the people who were posting on the board but most probably dumped the stock and we're all that's left along with 30 others. Lololol!
Lololol! I don't know, somebody snapped up roughly 40M shares in the last couple of weeks. It doesn't look like much but considering the timing of everything that's been going on, if we threw our shares out there, they might just get gobbled up.
Then we'll see the damn thing sitting at .13 the next week.
Lololol.
Well I agree that it doesn't look good, but I don't know about pushing the panic button just yet.
Lolol. Yeah, we are used to that around here.
In all actuality, a restructuring could possibly be good for the company if it isn't one of those 1:10000 type splits and it raises pps to those numbers that we saw during that wild b/a session. Maybe a move off the pinks and some new investment might follow. JMHO
Uh Oh! Let's hope not.
Yeah, I saw that in your first post. So what do you think? Just a little housekeeping or preparation for something big?
From what I've seen, this move cuts quite a bit of annual expense. Just have to wait and see what "Tight Lipped Mike" has up his sleeve now that the deed is done.
Don't know what to make of it yet. I've seen where some other companies have done it recently and are still rolling along. Some with some nice changes to pps after having done it.
We'll need someone a lot more knowledgeable than myself to 'figger this one out.
Any of you other 298 registered shareholders care to speculate?
Hmmmmmm. Cost cutting measure? Or something more?
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that they've got something to tell us now...
Silence is golden for me so long as they're working fast and furious to get us rolling. Thanx for the update.
Glad you sent that one in a PM. That's a bad word around here.
Yeah, I'd hate to see something like that myself and I'd considered the possibility. It always exists here but if we were always fearing that dreaded possibility, we wouldn't be making money trading pinks. That's the game we play. High risk/high reward. Sure, you can lose big time but little guys like us can make the right moves and make money that can change our lives forever. I've got a little more than 2k in BUNM. 2k won't make or break me. I probably spend more than that for cigarettes and beer each year. But if BUNM runs up to just .01 one of these days, I'll probably never have to see another patient in my life unless I want to.
I don't use my mortgage money or household budget to invest in pinks. Nobody should. I will say however, that if a person with small to moderate resources for investment has a desire to involve themselves in something that could change their lives, I'd say that pinks are an excellent opportunity and one of the few opportunities left where the average person can still get a piece of the American Dream.
That's just because I'm happy it can't go any lower. Lololol!
