I kind of figured that but thought I would ask. Well done.
lol. Supporters will say it's for "expansion". I've never seen the authorized share history laid out that way. Is that from a public website?
I'm not warning you or anyone. I could care less if you or anyone else lose all their money. I was just saying that you can't compare this with real companies that raise capital in order to execute a business plan and try to succeed. I bought the product last week and stopped in today and the only 2 missing from the display case were the 2 I bought so I'm not easily impressed.
lol, companies do go public to raise funds. An IPO. With BBDA, it's virtual IPO whenever they want. Can you fathom how many shares have been dumped? They couldn't survive without it. Of course this will fail. There is ZERO chance of success. There will come a time when they run out of distribution PR's on a failing product. It's almost like a ponzi scheme in a sense. Eventually it all runs out. Don't get caught without a chair when the music stops.
Try again. He's still IR and totally involved.

Can you take a couple of minutes and list a few of the stores around town where you keep seeing Koma Unwind? Thanks.
lol, so he "saved" the company. Without selling shares, it's over. When it went no bid and they couldn't sell shares, it was almost over. If they can't sell now, it's over. The company only exists to sell shares as it's not viable.
This is just an example of the disorganized mess:

And people are to believe the CEO knows what he's doing and is responsible. He's let the BBDA corp go into default and be admin dissolved too.
You realize that it's all the distributors doing the work. Some are more successful than others. Their goal is to sell and the goal of the retailer is to sell so they'll both try just about anything. Until it fails to sell and they ditch the product. You won't hear that part.
It just means they haven't thought to update it since they're just notes. They're incorporated in Wyoming since the laws are about as lax as can be with minimal costs and being able to have an unlimited share structure.

7 day old company. One address is a mobile home.
I wish I had a buck for every time I've seen these jokers post the same thing. $50,000, wink wink ;) It's easy to add a few zeroes so that jokers can feel big and bad for a brief moment in time. Make believe.
I finally found Koma Unwind at a gas station today. $1.18. One row of regular and one of sugar free. It didn't look like anyone had bought any. I bought 2 and drank one. The taste isn't bad. I can describe it as liquid Smarties candies with slight carbonation. It had absolutely no affect on me in terms of calming or sleep inducing.
These boards are for facts and opinions. No open mouth insert foot. If you wanted facts you should've gotten the accurate cost before posting your figure. In the grand scheme, who cares.
For about….maybe you should ask him for precise numbers and if the price included delivery, tax, etc.
Looks like you bought them for about $.95 per can. I'd throw them up on craigslist for $.50 at least or find a liquidator. Something is better than nothing! It may not be worth the hassle, though. I know the feeling.
Why not just drink it yourself instead of trying to give it away? Did you get those cases for free?
That's what I said, I thought it was an unemployed guy trying to distribute in California but that wasn't the one giving it away for free. It's hard to keep track of all of the little distributors that came end went!
Thanks. That's the guy I was thinking of.
I think that might be another unemployed pro shareholder turned distributor that failed. A west coast guy, maybe.
I'm not following. What guy giving it away? Thanks.
Don't be too stunned. Yeah distributors do that, they distribute what they have. Yawn. They push a product. Check back 6 months later and see if it's still there. I doubt it as most locations drop it. The discount heap in Texas was a good example. A lot of others just toss it in the trash.
Well, regardless of whatever fairy tales people believe, these stocks are all alike. No one is trying to bring it down to no bid. And no one is trying to short it down to cover. None of these hype stocks go on to become successful. Just look at the others and you'll see the future here. Have a nice night.
Because most of the others were shut down by the SEC or the CEO's jailed. I'm not motivated too much to seek out some new ones. A few posts here and there on this board doesn't take much effort.
When what no longer works? The stock is crap irregardless. It's only worth what others are willing to pay. After a 1 for 1000 reverse split, $.0007 is what some are willing to buy. And there's billions of stock yet to be issued. Selling product just doesn't even matter at all.
Share selling scams. They're all cookie cutter other than the <insert product or service>. Seen it all before over the years. Somebody even posted a list of a handful. BBDA's nothing special or new.
They all do that so they can say "you assumed it, I didn't say it". There was no problem naming out that Eddie idiot though.
I've seen all this crap before on the pinks. I don't get upset. I think it's pathetic what these companies do and the supporters that will do anything possible to make a sleazy buck (or think they will).
It's the same people posting. Most of the followers marked the board during touts and just left it. I have plenty of stocks marked just to make them easy to find and then don't bother cleaning up the list. There's about 10 people posting on any regular basis down from a lot a few years ago.
One has nothing to do with the others. These stocks are all hype so who cares if the product sells (e.g Spongtech).
There's plenty of Private Label Bottlers that'll handle it all for you. Look it up.
Who knows. Distributors get product placed but shove it to the heap when it doesn't sell. Beverage scams are very easy since getting a producer and distributor are a no brainer and can be done with next to nothing. It's easy to PR a new distributor and retail shop but no one PR's the failures. Koma Unwind is a failure of epic proportions.
Pretty sad that a couple of missing cans is enough to get people excited. I'm sure the guy that took the pics probably bought a couple of cans too.
This "stock" is dead. Low volume and no hype. It'll reverse split again.
Loyalty comes from loyalty to their money. Most quickly go red on their BBDA "investment" and have no choice but to support in order to try and recoup the losses. Some even believe they haven't lost until they sell so they just hang on and remain loyal no matter what.
Good grief. Keep donating. Where it is today? lol. Come this far with billions of shares outstanding after a 1000 to 1 reverse split and sitting at all time low at sub penny? Takes money to make money? Wow. What money have you exactly made so far?
Biggest beverage stories of your lifetime? He copied a crappy product that isn't selling and has failed. Again, sorry for your loss.
Huh? I guess you really don't understand. Why wouldn't people post about a stock they don't like. Oh, that's right, posting positive is more productive when you're stuck in a bad investment and hoping to somehow make the price go up! (it doesn't work). Bag holders just have a difference view of the world.
So because the stock, company and products all suck, people are supposed to ignore it and not post about it? I think "bashers' can care less what the price is unless people subscribe to the short selling myth in which case good luck with that.
This "point" has been brought up forever on these junk stock boards. Bringing it up over and over won't change the outcome. The stock's sitting below a cent with billions more shares authorized. It's complete junk!
Because there's many shares in the queue to dump and they're trying to sell them. Going no bid puts a halt to everything so as long as there's idiots that'll buy, the price will stay around here. Eventually it'll implode as volume dries up.
It's not an achievement if that's what you're trying to push. It did the same thing last time.
Triple zero after a 1 for 1,000 reverse split and billions of shares added every couple of months says it all. It doesn't get any junkier than this.
