I signed up with them last month and they have been great. Very personal, calls are picked up right away....trades are only $5.
I am going to transfer what I have from Etrade to them. BTW, they offer RealTime Level II - FREE - if you have 5+ trades per month. The only thing I don't like about the Streaming Quotes is bid/ask data with MMID's - you can't see them with pinks.
It's great that they acknowledge the importance of the filings and are pushing to meet the estimated dates.
"Clearly, those estimated timetables have not been met, and I will take full responsibility for this lapse. From the beginning of our involvement with Franchise Capital, management has prided itself in setting realistic expectations, communicating accurately with shareholders and meeting the deadlines we set. This is the first significant deadline that has been not been satisfactorily met and we are working hard to rectify this situation as quickly as possible."
We should see the filings this week or next, as per Andrew. The Newsletter confirms the deal. There are a few bumps along the way, but these should be cleared. There are not guesses as to what's going to happen when FCCN is current with their filings...AERO will take over. Andrew has stated that he sees this thing happening way ahead of schedule. June 30th is not that far away, so "ahead of schedule" could be anytime after FCCN is current.
I see volume picking up and PPS trending gradually also. It's still a great buyig opportunity. This is part of a journey, and many longs have come a long way. We aren't quite there yet, but the rest of the way should be an adventure. I am just glad to be here for an exciting ride ahead.
The only sure thing in life: death and taxes. So, where does it leave us?
Just spoke to Andrew. He hasn't received any update on the filings but said they could come out this week. The merger is still on track; both companies have made definitive agreements...he stated, "that's as sure as anything in life." Both FCCN and AERO want to get the deal completed, and they are making sure everything is done right. He went on to explain that they would like to have it done sooner rather than later, but certain things must be properly done prior the the acquisition.
Anyone notice a lot of lag time between trades? My level II still shows the last trade was 2:02PM ET.
I called twice too but got his VM.
.013 holding strong. Let's get this baby going.
Good job!
They just knocked it down with 4,000?
Received this late Friday

Very Good!
I am trying to get a friend to put in $10K. Hope to be able to pick up some for her at this price.
First sign of the filings will send this thing up. I am feeling the suspense.
Nothing has traded since 9:35:01
Volume: 110k
It doesn't matter if you are top 20 or bottom 20. As long as you are comfortable with your investment and it's something your pocket can afford, you should be ok. This play seems like a winner. Whatever this turns out to be, I think you should be very happy with what you have.
There's a lot of energy building on this play. Once we see the filings going through, people will be jumping in. The pump and dump by MTG scared a few people. I don't think that will be a factor anymore in a few weeks, because the PPS will truly reflect the progress of the R/M.
If AERO went the IPO route, the price could be somewhere between $5 - $12. But, AERO chose to reverse merge with FCCN, and the $1.5 million will help them with their product promotion campaign. I think this was a good marriage. The current PPS is based on FCCN's empty shell value. But once FCCN is current with their filings and in compliant, the PPS will be valued based on AERO being the new entity. I am guessing pre-merger PPS somewhere between $.25 - $1.00.

If what you are saying is true about them completing the list in 2 weeks, then can we assume that things will fall in place around the same time? If James really wanted to tell you the exact number of distributors currently in their database, he could have easily told you.
I am also curious why Andrew has been saying about the filings will be done in the next 2 weeks? Could this "2 weeks" be of some significance to the whole transition? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
What "guy"? I don't see him.
Oh, I forgot...he's been on ignore. He's like a dingleberry. Either learn to live with him, or iggy him.
Buyers on the sidelines have been waiting for the filings to show to jump in, but shares are hard to come by at this level. The longer they wait, the more they have to pay. There will be buying pressure, because next week is just one more trading day.
Andrew has stated a few times when a few others and I called that we should see the first batch of filings the next two weeks. Week of April 2nd was mentioned twice to me. I am guessing Monday or Tuesday.
I always had pretty luck when I called. If you get his VM, try either between 9-11am or 2-5pm PT
Shares must be scarce and they're trying to keep the PPS down?
I am anxious to see the next series of PR's. We have been getting an average of 2 PR's per week. The last PR was exactly 2 weeks ago. Why is that?
My only guess is...the filings. They are waiting to get the filings done, so that AERO can do what it needs to to get this merger moving forward. They haven't PR'ed anything just for the sake of making fluffy announcements. I believe this merger is really happening and they are trying to do it right, within the stated timeframe. Once the filings are current and FCCN is in compliance, AERO will move quickly with the acquisition. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a different ticker symbol sometime in April.
Andrew has confirmed that we should see the first batch of the filings go through in the next week or two. The first 2 Q's then the K's. He said the Q's are already done and the auditors are waiting on the "notes." He said these filings are part of the process, while AERO is doing things on their end to be ready to move forward when the time is right.
FCCN will do whatever is necessary to be compliant and up to date, in order for AERO to fold in. I think they will be within the next couple weeks. The April 2nd was mentioned, but I am not going to lock my date on it. It's a dangerous prediction, because you'll have people questioning things that have a deadline and aren't met. Sometimes things workout, but a lot of times little things can delay the process. FCCN and AERO have a lot at stake, they don't want to jeopardize the deal by pumping. If it were a scam, I think they would have promoted this R/M to high heaven. We haven't seen that at all with this deal. Everywhere you look, AERO is mentioned with some reference of it going public through FCCN. Both companies are doing what they have to to get this done right, without exagerating the merger.
This is a golden opportunity to buy in cheap. Good luck to all.
My conversation with Andrew yesterday did not have any April 2nd confirmed for anything. All he said was that the filings will be done within the next couple weeks. I was trying to get him to give some confirmation on end of March to get the 10K and Q's filed, but he said the notes are still being passed back and forth.
Andrew understands about all the speculations on message boards. He's not too concerned. FCCN and AERO are on track and are making progress toward the acquisition. All he could imply about the R/M, once completed, that he hoped people who have bought shares of FCCN are well positioned.
I have a feeling we could have changing of the guards some time in April.
Was there an "easy" button?

Can't wait for it to start moving in 1/2 penny increments.

The March 2007 Newsletter is exciting, because it confirms both CEO's are as anxious as we are to get the acquisition done. The filings are a major step. IMO, AERO will move quickly after FCCN is current with their filing. I am voting for April 15th.
March 2007 Newsletter
Franchise Capital Corporation (Stock Symbol: FCCN) has announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., with which it has entered into an acquisition agreement, has signed on to be an associate sponsor of the State Water Heaters No. 4 car of Morgan-McClure Motorsports for the 2007 NASCAR racing season. Aero's Associate Sponsorship of the No. 4 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS was consummated before the Daytona 500, considered the most prestigious race of the NASCAR season.
"With NASCAR racing season now in full swing, we look forward to increased product advertising, as well as our associate sponsorship of Morgan-McClure Motorsports' No. 4 car and our multi-year agreement for Aero mufflers to be an exclusive NASCAR Performance product, to bring additional attention to the company's product line," Mr. Hunsaker continued.
"We invite shareholders who missed the first airings of Aero's full Product Expo feature on 'Two Guys Garage' to tune in for the reairings beginning in April," Mr. Hunsaker added.

I have received about 3 email from the management since I last posted on here. Although I am not happy with how they are handling the situation, I think they are working things out. I am not going to speculate on things, because I don't want to project anything that has proven way past due.
I sympathize with all you shareholders...Yes, it's very frustrating. I will share with the group if/when I get something with more meat. I would prefer the company share its information by way of a public release. At any rate, I believe they are actually doing something...time will tell and patience will be rewarded.
Next week should be interesting. BTW, Friday is end of March. The filings will validate a lot of things FCCN/AERO have been claiming all along about the aquisition. PPS should trend up when people realize the RM is real and ticker symbol change can be anytime. I am hoping for sooner than later.
My impression from speaking with Andrew is that the filings will be done sometime this coming week. I expect a PR will be out shortly after the filings. He said once a filing begins, the rest should follow pretty quickly. He also indicated that FCCN must be current before AERO can do what it needs to.
AERO has people and companies working on their end as we speak. There are a lot of things they must do between now and the acquisition. He said a few times that AERO has until the end of the quarter to get the "acquisition" completed. He said, "I believe this thing should be done way ahead of time."
I've done my DD to feel confident about my additional 707k shares at .012 (that's at the ask).
I spoke with Andrew again yesterday. He said the notes should have been done. I asked him what notes...he said the notes that normally accompany the financials to explain things. They are being bounced around to make sure everything is accurately stated. He said we should see something, if not today, early next week.
I asked Andrew about the Merger Manager. He said there's no one specifically assigned to oversee the acquisition. However, there are different individuals and companies performing different roles (not only pre but also post merger). I asked about AERO taking over immediately after FCCN is up to date with the filings, he said that AERO has until the end of the quarter to get the acquisition completed. He didn't reassure anything, but the said that he believed the acquisition will take place way ahead of time.
Just bought a little over 700k more today at .012. GLTA
YouTube of plant featured on local TV
The site will reflesh and the video won't be there. I have it recorded. If anyone wants a copy, please let me know.
Maybe we can ask Hank to put it on his website. Oh, wait! His website is down. How is he going to help bring Plant to justice?
I can't freaking believe this scrumbag took me for over $100K. This is the Jonestown of corporate greed. I hope justice serves him right for what he's done. I can't believe he could put on a smile for the mug shot. He might think it's funny... wait until Bubba gets hold of him.
FCCN is on the shortable list. The MM's will be in for a surprise.

I concur. This is quite unique.
I wish I could pick up much more, but my other play wiped me out hard. I am waiting on more funds to clear so I can pick up a few more. I really want to pick up another mil, but I don't think I can. Whatever I can pick up at this level will be a blessing.
Once the filings are caught up, I think AERO would want to speed this thing up. The Merger Manager has been assigned to oversee the transition. That's pretty serious business. I am guessing he's pushing AERO to have everything ready so the merger to take place, once FCCN is current.
I am calling Andrew back tomorrow to check on the status of the filings. I doubt he'll say anything as far as an exact day, but it doesn't hurt to try. We'll see tomorrow.
I am thinking to myself about the filings are finally caught up and a PR comes out with AERO taking over the rest...
It wouldn't surprise me if he made another wild public statement about Attorney General Gonzales representing him and things will be fine and the stock will trade on the Nasdaq next month. Afterall, Cyberkey had a "stellar" year in 2006.
Plant doesn't need a lawyer, he needs a psychologist!
Do a lot of research on the company (FCCN and AERO). Learn about their history and the management, so you can make an informed decision.
There are a lot of people who have done their DD who have put money in this play. At the same time, there are a few with opposing views about things, which I think is healthy too. That's why you must learn as much as you can before you put your hard earned money into any play.
If you have been following this message board, you should have a pretty good idea of how people feel about FCCN/AERO merging.
There are a lot of smart people on this board, whom you can always go to for answers. The trick is knowing who.
I believe most people have bought as much as their pockets could afford. It's not a mystery that this game has inherent risks, and there are people still waiting on the sidelines. They want to see FCCN all cleaned up and all late filings completed and filed as stated in the PR's. There's still a level of doubt about this deal being a done deal. I guess we won't know until AERO makes an official announcement.
I feel for you about the other stock; I was caught for a lot, too. This one, for some reason, is special. I've done my research and feel confident of its outcome.
It's hard to say exactly how things will unfold between now and the final inking of the merger. If everything goes right, I think the PPS will take its eventual course to where it should be - $.25-1.00. Of course, all would depend on AERO's financials and share structure. My guess on AERO's revenue is between $30-$50 million.
AERO is a very dynamic company. It's got 30,000+ retail stores carrying their products. Then you have cars on the NASCAR circuit using AERO mufflers. That's a pretty good selling point for their sales force when they go knock on doors to make the sale pitch. Gas savings of 3-5% on 18-wheelers, up to 15% on others, with a lifetime warranty....Do you think they are going to sit around and wait for customers to come their way? I don't think so. They are growing and they want to be even bigger. They can out shine their competition. They have what it takes to stand shoulder to shoulder with the rest.
With a single contract from one of the automobile manufacturers, we can take all our loved ones on extended vacations.
Until the fireworks go off, let's practice a bit of patience. Good things do come true.
I think you should call Andrew directly. Per my conversation with him earlier, he said the financials are done. As a matter of fact, his exact words were "the financials are the easy part, it's the notes" being passed back and forth.
From my previous conversation with Andrew, he said about FCCN's financials wouldn't be "sensational in any way." My understanding is FCCN is trying to be caught up with all their filings, so AERO can fold into the shell.
I see this thing moving along quite smoothly. They have come a long way; we've come a long way, too. Let's give thing a little more time to unfold. Another week or two can't hurt. Let's hang in there a bit longer.
