I don’t think there are any expenses or liabilities though. Zach gave VNUE RH shares for free. Pretty sure RH is funded privately with the help of Jock Weaver.
I don’t think the 5% would affect our revenue much until we become a chain restaurant with international locations like Hard Rock Cafe. Until then I’m more interested in what the restaurant would do to our set.fm and Soundstr revenue as well as serving as an advertisement for VNUE itself.
Give people some time to sell cheap. Otherwise they’ll ruin the fun when this does start rolling.
Expecting lots of publicity next weekend.

I’m excited for the live concerts. Though I think they should go fully digital and sell music through flash drives and downloads instead of CDs.
Assuming a P/S ratio of 3, and minimum revenue of 40 mil by 2024, this stock should be trading above 0.12 with any news about funding. With Tesla’s P/S of 7 by 2024 this will be trading at 0.28.
Reposting my DD
"Soundstr has the potential to reduce costs by as much as $425 million industry-wide, while at the same time, leveraging the data to ensure that the publishers and songwriters are paid for their actual plays. It has been estimated that PROs use as much as 30% or more of royalties for operational expenses; Soundstr has the capability of helping to reduce this, resulting in a net increase to the stakeholders." (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/radio-veteran-john-madison-discusses-importance-of-vnues-soundstr-301127903.html) "we are raising a $3mm round of funding for the next phase. This will be accretive to the value of the company, most likely a strategic partner or a preferred offering of some kind, either an equity or a debt instrument, based upon how the participants want to structure the investment... We do in fact hope to be able to do some kind of a buy-back and reduce some of the shares on the market once we have our funding round closed, which will be a step toward correction" (http://www.vnue.com/the-vnue-blog) "We plan to have those devices into the country and deployed within 12 months, during which time our goal will be to raise additional funds to manufacture 10,000 more units. The 450 units will get us to approximately $1.21 million in revenue deployed almost exclusively in radio stations. The deployment and roll out of additional units is dependent upon funding. Assuming we are able to build and deploy 10,000 units, revenues will hit $36 million annually within three years, not taking into account additional revenues from the anticipated reduction in fees charged to clients by the PROs. It will take approximately $8-10 million to get us to $36 million in revenue. Over time we hope to have both radio stations as well as other brick and mortar establishments and venues. This product also provides potential growth due to advertisement, sales of data etc. We believe that the data we will be collecting could potentially be one of the strongest revenue drivers." As long as we don’t see a further market pullback, I can see us hitting 0.05 next week.
More than 4.99% bc Soundstr and set.fm revenue will flow too.
“We’re in discussions with locations in NY, London, and Australia” fits well with this.

“In February, most of the job gains occurred in the leisure and hospitality sector, which includes restaurants, adding 355,000 jobs. There were smaller gains in temporary help services, manufacturing and healthcare.
The gains reflect reduced business restrictions, more people receiving vaccines, a lower level of Covid-19 infections and a recent round of government aid to households and businesses, which boosted consumer spending early this year.”

Good thing about these dips are that if they sell at a loss they won’t come back bc of wash sales. They need to go flip somewhere else.
I don’t think the market will drop any more than this. It’s all a ploy to make retail traders sell bc the suits know that inflation isn’t coming anytime soon, and the feds will start buying 10 year bonds soon.
It’s a lesson to not rely on the charts, rely on DD to bring investors into VNUE.
I’m actually glad we’re getting rid of weak hands before the grand opening and all the other news that we should hear soon.
Why market dropped today -
And the market is recovering. Traders who reacted to the market today should go buy XSPA or something.
Futures are red. Buy the dip. After this market correction we’ll see the effect of 1.9 trillion stimulus that should get passed soon, not to mention all the catalysts for VNUE.
NASDAQ could see another 3% drop tomorrow for a 10% correction.. but it doesn’t matter since we’re not in NASDAQ so stop reacting to the market movements and buy the dip.
“Media Stocks” will be the next big thing as venues reopen and people start looking for live entertainment.

Well you definitely chose one of the safest OTC out there. Welcome! Make sure to do your DD!
Concerts will be coming back sooner than expected.

The important thing is that we’re massively green with all the previous catalysts still ready to go. The future is bright :)
And on a generally shitty day in the market. VNUE is defying gravity.
And that they get proof that we have funding. Institutions aren’t going to speculate whether or not we have funding and Soundstr beta done.
VNUE is the safest stock in the OTC due to its low market cap, its well-established leadership, and to it being in a music sector that is growing by the day. With this uplisting to OTCQB it just got even safer. Now all of our news will reach wider audiences and actual institutional money can start flowing in.
I called it!
And he really should (I don’t know if he will) uplist to OTCQB especially since the OTC is seen as slightly riskier now with SEC intervention. He could uplist to OTCQB this Friday, then news about Soundstr or funding next week, then grand opening and reveal of list of artists planned to perform on the week of Mar 15th.
Eow is exactly one week away from Mar 12, their soft open day. If I were Zach I’d want to get a lot of press attention for VNUE and RockHouse Live the week before their opening, so some news by Friday makes sense.
I have a feeling we’ll test 0.05 by the eow
Two ways to prepare for the grand opening:
1) Don’t sell
2) Buy more
I feel like the lower the capacity is, better it is for VNUE since the artists would want to record and sell live concerts online. Once VNUE starts advertising with RockHouse we should see a flood of new artists joining set.fm
I added a million shares this week alone. I’ve sold all my other tickers, mostly EV stocks since I don’t trust NASDAQ anymore, but I’m holding on to all my VNUE shares because I actually trust that this company can earn way more than the current market cap. I just wish Zach would update us, that’s all.
You’re right, the ADL is at an all time high. It really wouldn’t take much to bring the price up between 0.10 and 0.25, with the right news.
It’s just that’s there’s really no reason for them to hide a good news for so long unless they’re using it to create momentum with the RockHouse Live opening. If they don’t have news by then I would assume that they really don’t have funding and that would be pretty negative information regarding the company. We’ll see
Hopefully we got rid of those dumb traders who did no DD trying to sell on a low volume day. We’re finally done with February, now onto the month where VNUE can shine!
Million shares market order maybe.
I think right now the problem is there is no infrastructure (like Soundstr) available for the govt to impose the MLC rules onto radio and restaurants. I think once they get notable radio stations to join the govt can add radio stations to the list of those who have to follow MLC with their centralized payment system. In order to do that, they need support from someone/entity prominent in the music industry.
I’ll trust that they’ll give us the funding news by Mar 15th. Anything later is unacceptable.
Who thinks Zach will surprise us with a $10 million in funding instead of $3-5? That’ll take us to 30 mil revenue on Soundstr alone.
