wonder where the financials are
Latley I've been spending all my $ on the big board stocks that are now penny stocks.
Getting ready for the big rebound that will take place eventually.
I still like the Pickle just dont have enough funds to buy everything I want.
i dont think it is Netman who is driving away the troops.
finally got some today. for a couple bucks more, and SOB wouldnt you know we have a 500 point drop.
oh well it will be good in the long run.
That would have been cheap enough for me but I have to pick a price at 7 am then go to work.
I dont get to watch my computer during the day.
The pps is sooo low. Its been paying a .50 dividend every quarter your shares would pay for them selves in a couple years. By then maybe the pps would be back up where it came from, and a win.
Ive been trying to get some for a couple days, but it wont dip quite enough to fill.

Looks like a good time to buy some of this.
Thats cool, a talking chart.
I dont think it this stock, I think its the whole market.
Look at DPDW, SPKL,UWKI They all have great promise but they are all at goofy prices.
I dont think it is the Pickle, I have a number of pennies that are above average as far as pennies go, but I think the economy has finally filtered down to them. No selling here its to late for that, if anything wondering when to buy more.
SPKL UWKI XSNX DPDW
Stop being so annoying.
Dont that suck, cheap stuff to be found EVERYWHERE but no where near enough money.
I didnt know you were making a joke, maybe because youve been beating up the company a lot here.
I thought that you were a Canadian. Dint you say somewhere that you were up in Toronto or someplace up there?
Dennis does not know what the market is going to do. He may know better than us what the company is doing, but the market does what it wants. I saw this the other day AIG was moving up all day in anticapation of the bailout bill, as soon as it passed it fell like a rock, as did the market. Moved up all day to 350 points green, as soon as they passed the bill, it fell 500 points to a 150 red.
The markey does what IT wants to, makes no sence much of the time.
What is your motivation big guy? This post seems to be grasping at straws. Nobody can know what will happen but you seem to have gone over the edge on this post.
Well it sounds like we are not thru going down. I guess I better get some funds ready.
Is this another 57 million shares added to the float?

Yes this is real good, wonder if this is a "big news" that was delayed .
These guys have been around 30 years so they must be doing something right.
AND THEN THEY ADDED 11 MORE!!!

Spicy Pickle Franchising, Inc. Acquires Bread Garden Urban Cafes
DENVER, CO, Oct 01, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Spicy Pickle Franchising, Inc. (OTCBB: SPKL) fast casual restaurants announced today the acquisition of Bread Garden Franchising, Inc., the franchisor of the Bread Garden Urban Cafes, a chain of franchised fast casual restaurants located in the greater Vancouver, Canada area. Currently there are 11 operating restaurants.
Spicy Pickle purchased substantially all of the assets of Bread Garden Franchising, Inc. including all of its rights to operate as the franchisor of the Bread Garden Urban Cafes. As consideration for the acquisition Spicy Pickle issued 5,177,500 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 3,038,750 shares of its common stock. Bread Garden Franchising, Inc. is a profitable company and the transaction is expected to bring additional working revenue from day one. Spicy Pickle will take over the existing small Bread Garden franchising office located in downtown Vancouver.
Immediately after the acquisition, there will be 53 restaurants in 15 states and 2 countries, including both Spicy Pickle(R) restaurants and Bread Garden Urban Cafes. At the present time there are no plans to convert the Bread Garden Urban Cafes to Spicy Pickle(R) restaurants.
Bread Garden Urban Cafes have been operating for approximately 30 years. Originally started by local residents in the food industry, the cafes were eventually sold to a large multi-unit corporation and in 2004 to a family that resides in the Vancouver area. The cafes serve coffee, pastries and breakfast items as well as lunch and dinner along with a wide variety of desserts. The cafes offer Wi-Fi service and are a popular destination throughout the day and evening. As is typical of European style restaurants, the food is displayed in refrigerated glass cases giving customers a visual experience before they choose their menu items.
Marc Geman, CEO of Spicy Pickle Franchising, Inc., commented: "We are thrilled to add this terrific chain to our growing portfolio of fast casual restaurants. After extensive due diligence we saw tremendous opportunities. First, we will expand our geographical footprint into the booming Western Canada region which is not suffering from the same credit issues we are witnessing in the States. Secondly, we now have the opportunity to take a very successful coffee, breakfast, pastry and dessert program from the Bread Garden Urban Cafes and import it to the Spicy Pickle(R) model. Additionally, we can supplement their strong breakfast menu with our expansive and fresh lunch menu. Bread Garden Urban Cafes are very popular and have a reputation as an all day coffee house gathering place which adds incremental business throughout the day."
Mr. Geman further stated: "The Bread Garden Urban Cafes are extremely well located, many of them having leased space at a time when great locations were still available in Vancouver at reasonable rates. We will continue to use the Bread Garden name as they have developed a loyal following and enjoy great brand recognition in the region. Bread Garden's branded products are found on the British Columbia ferries and in gas stations around the city, and while these outlets are not part of this transaction, they add tremendously to the brand identification throughout British Columbia."
Zahir Dhanani, a principal of Bread Garden Franchising, Inc., said: "Over the course of the past year, we have been searching for successful restaurant operators with similar concepts and were fortunate enough to meet the management team at Spicy Pickle. As a smaller chain, we wanted to partner with someone who can assist us in growing our business at a greater rate. Given the operational efficiencies and business synergies they offer, we can quickly expand our menu offerings and benefit from the exposure of being part of a public company. We are very excited to join the Spicy Pickle(R) organization."

XsunX Launches Turning Renewable Energy Into Renewable Revenues Initiative and Garners First 100kW Project
PR NEWSWIRE
Posted: 2008-09-02 05:09:03
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: XSNX), a solar technology Company engaged in the build-out of its multi-megawatt amorphous thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar manufacturing facilities in Oregon, today provided an update to its business development initiative to utilize a portion of its future TFPV solar module manufacturing capacities for the construction of solar power fields.
In June of this year the Company announced efforts to develop business relationships directly with utilities working to meet renewable energy mandates and developers of Power Purchase Agreements "PPA". In July XsunX began participating in responding to requests for proposals from a targeted list of utilities and PPA opportunities located in the Western United States. The Company's principal goal under this initiative is to work to leverage the long term power production capabilities of each watt of its factory produced solar modules into greater per watt revenues for XsunX.
"Recently we received notice that XsunX was the successful bidder on one of the smaller projects we responded to, a 100kW government facility in Oregon," stated Tom Djokovich, XsunX's CEO. "This particular project is a proposed roof top solar site that XsunX would operate under a PPA selling the power produced to the agency over a negotiated term of between 15 to 20 years. During the next several weeks we hope to finalize the award and enter into a binding agreement. While this is one of the smaller projects we have bid, we are very excited about beginning to load our sales channel with projects that we believe offer greater long term revenue generating opportunities for us."
Currently the Company has provided proposals to utilities and government agencies representing approximately 6 megawatts of solar power fields to be built by XsunX and sold to the operators, and another 4.1 megawatts of solar power fields to be built and operated by XsunX selling the power production under long term PPA contracts to utilities. In addition to these proposals, the Company is currently in various stages of preparing proposals for another 11 megawatts of PPA's to be operated by XsunX and another 50 megawatts of solar power field construction for delivery to independent operators. XsunX is targeting projects for development over the next 3 to 5 years with start dates beginning in 2009.
"Rather then just selling modules wholesale to installers we are very excited about distributing some of our solar modules directly into a mix of project types offering either one time or long term larger gross margins for us," continued Djokovich. "In house we have labeled this business development program our "turning renewable energy into renewable revenues" initiative as we work to leverage our future solar module production capabilities. Obviously we are not guaranteed any of the projects we are bidding or proposing, so we will continue to identify more project opportunities and provide proposals with the goal of loading our project channel and eventually earning enough of these projects to utilize our future factory manufacturing capacities," concluded Djokovich.
