You are spot on. There is a tremendous amount of deceit on here and coming from the company.
Well allislost2019 it sure isn't in the green. Lol
Another false statement. There is like 3 people that seem to have all the insider information??? Always talking to managers and company officials like they have them on speed dial. The amount of broken laws in the last month?
It doesn't take a college degree to be a CEO and just because you become the CEO it doesn't automatically make you a honest person. There is alot of corrupt CEOs leading thousands of companies. If you control enough financial intrest or if you have no one wanting to fill the position anyone can be a CEO. Your comment suggests supior morality or cause he is the CEO he is allowed to claim anything concerning his products. That is what i got our our your reply to the previous poster.
Of course the company is real. The issue is the owners/management should not have sold any shares publicly till they had all thier ducks in a row. We talk on here about "do diligence", well the same should be expected out of ant business. I owned a prospering ammo company in the early 2011-2015 Obama caused guns and ammunition sales to spike I refused $250,000 from a wealthy man cause I was not sure the supply chain could maintain the sales spike. I owed it to him to make the right call. I was right the chain broke and suppliers dried up. Art and his company have decided to take advantage of us rather than be truthful and clear about what is going on. They could have stopped the bleeding and decided not to. Art's company can live with out his OTC investment funds. If his company is doing great like you say it is then he has no respect for his OTC shareholdrs and the money they spent to help grow his company. At they end of the day we ALL work hard for our many and we ALL should be treated with respect concerning its loss. Art has shown little to no respect.
Lol. This is funny that you are giving my post such pity attention cause you don't like the word production. Thanks for the laugh.
Why do you make so many excusess for bad business practices? This company has shown so much disregard for those who invested their money into this company. They have not provided anything that is fact based. They never even tried to reasure. Those that was in fear of loosing their money. Not the economy or the market did this damage not even the SEC it was management.
It doesn't exist. I believe the chemicals are mixed by a 3rd party. I have thought that for a while. Ever since he sent out a tweet showing about 50 or so pint size bottles in a photo. He stated in the tweet that those bottles had just come off the production line yet he only took a pic of a human putting labels on small jugs. Myself and others tweeted back show us the production line. NO REPLY. Art and his peeps no desire to be honest. Between the tweets and so called operating a business with another company's name on the building I am the one that called thw Sandusky police to verify it was Art's company but he never went inside. I have no regrets making that call.
The enthusiasm is just a facade. They want to increase the share price to either profit from this mess or reduce their loses.
Ask yourself have they (RBII) showed us any pics of:
Products being shipped out? NO.
Bottles being filled with a chemical product? NO.
Shared any info on other products or business undernthe RBII umbrella? NO.
Did they post any bragging pics of how well the company is running? NO.
I can go on.
This is what you told me. You still have the same opinion?
Sirpeter: "Yeah they made a mistake and doing their best to correct it...also some here seem to forget the business is still new, major growth doesnt happen overnight."
I agree with you. When opinions start being portrayed as facts we are in trouble.
I questioned their managment and twitter statements for weeks and caught hell over it.
You promoted this for weeks as the greatest product and company.
Someone will be going to jail with all these private phone calls.
Your willing to drop $15,000 more? That is........ WOW
Why are we getting secondhand information? That is no way do disperse info.
They would not provided any pics or evidence that any bottling or production was going on at the Sandusky site. There was alot of requests on there TWITTER account to show more pics and they just wouldn't show any.
They will answer a call from just about anyone but they won't put out a PR. That is laughable.
Did you ask why they are not reaching out to all of us?? I guess they only talk to certain people.
This is my favorite post. The sign should be cut up and given out to the shareholders as a keepsake to remind us of the goodtimes.
Sure glad they bought that sign.
This company is ran by kindergarteners.
what are you referencing?
If your excuse is "Its a new company it makes mistakes." That is a sad excuse because a company that is new and unestablished in the market and field in which they intend to produce and sell a product should be more established and educated at the business side and marketing side before EVER COMING ONTO ANY LEVEL OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE. A company should have its shit together before taking money from people.
Not all. I reply to a post based on the text of the post, what is the conversation about. A sign suggests ownership and occupation it does not establish success or even that a business is operating in said building it only suggests that it is. A sign can not tell you wether a business is doing good or bad. So you can have multiple views about a sign.
I've got a marketing degree. I don't put alot of value on signs. They refuse to show pics of the inside that as of OCT 9th they claimed products were rolling off the production line. Production of a product should be more important to an investor than some sign. Warehouses and empty building have signs. Why is there no Local News reports on RBII?
Can you actually say that RBII has done a great job of handling the aftermath?
Keep in mind signages are made for those driving by the location. So if there is not some large sales coming out of Sandusky that sign really doesn't mean a lot. Media advertising is what we are missing. You would think that at lest the local newspapers or local cable news would like to report on a business like this. There is no new news as in NEWS MEDIA since the SEC incident. There is a couple YouTube videos. There are only 5 videos post in the last 30 day (since the SEC) all are less than 1:30 Min., 2 are 30 seconds or less.
Your statement includes 1000s and 1000s of companies on the exchange. You can't support your statement with any facts or data. You got a keyboard infront of you so that tells me you have unlimited ink. So say what you want to say but at least provide some data or facts to support your blanket statement.
That would be companies that have bad management. Management that shouldn't be on the exchange in the first place. Companies that submit the the rules to which they agreed to and abide by don't fear the SEC. That is called good management.
The company knows that some investors question the legitimacy of thier operational claims yet they refuse to share any info or proof that thier claims are in fact true. What is a fact is that we have had more than 4 weeks of consistent losses.
No news is bad news. No reason to hide good news.
Why would you take a -20% or more right out of the gate?
NO. A sign proves nothing. Why are they tweeting about the sign and not about the production going on inside? That would build up interest in the company. Warehouses have signs. On the 9th they claimed bottles were rolling of the line. If they have time to Tweet about signs then they have time to Tweet about their production capability. A production line producing a product will have a much better influence on stock prices than some stupid sign Tweets.
We just hit .0025 1s are coming if RBII doesn't do something. They can Tweet about signs but not about production and shipments.
This was Oct 9th. Nothing new since. The tweet and pic leads someone to believe alot is being done there but this is the only pic they are willing to show. Again that was nearly 20 days ago. As for the pallets with spayers well they don't make spayers.

I absolutely agree with you. Showing a working operation would stop the selling and increase buying. Growth is what we want. A short video via Twitter or some other media vehicle would build trust and confidence. People new to RBII and people who already own shares need more trust before they will buy more. Certainly some on here will buy regardless but there is a big majority who wants more transparency before dropping $x,xxx.
You must have read me wrong. Sorry if you thought i wanted a lesseon in social media.
As for you trying to have private conversation with the CEO of a public traded company and you own shares of that said company shows where more education is needed.
Art cannot have a private conversation with individual who shares of RBII in regards to business matters.
The claim 3 weeks ago on Twitter they claimed it was in full bottling operation. All I see is a sign being put up. No evidence that anything is being done there. Big difference between a warehouse and a bottling plant.
Opinion opinions we all have one.
