Or, it could just sit here.... or it could go down. In my unprofessional opinion, and as demonstrated over the past, Trulieve could go up, down, or sideways. It’s really that simple.
A little disappointed, I thought the 20 thousands of flower were behind us.
And here we sit at around $39 with no change in sight. A blowout quarter following a massive year and not a move up or down. Seems like there’s a list of things holding it here and all of them will need to be overcome for this stock to move up. Patience patience patience.
Although I really appreciate the posts here, keep in mind that we are shareholders, not cheerleaders. This may be an excellent deal but it requires our critique. This was an all stock deal. What will they do with the cash from the recent offering? Granted, some will go to merging this acquisition but there may be more acquisitions coming.
Beer too
Thanks Pete, any idea how that grow space concerts to Oz/week or month or year? Imagine the variety of products they make out of a harvest and all the different margins.
Outrageous growth over previous weeks. Any ideas why? How much can they grow in Florida on a weekly
basis? I think RangerPete wrote that they are growing 30,000 oz, but how much can they grow?
Some minor comments to your post.....The number of new patients is around 5,000 weekly, Trulieve has slightly over 50% of the market, and legalization in Florida world provide a massive opportunity. Keep in mind, Florida has 130M visitors annually and over 1,000 new residents a day! But your point is right on Brother.
Not so sure about that Let’s hear some pros and cons.
Yep, close to my first.
Guys, I’m not knocking the deal. But I am wanting more. One of you stated the recent dilution was only 15,000 shares. I think you’re referring to this particular deal where I was referring to the recent offering of 5M shares at $39.63 per share. If that’s not dilution, I don’t know what is. I’m open to correction but “get a grip, it’s only 15,000 shares” just doesn’t cut it. So, yea this is a nice addition and comes at a good price but there’s gotta be more.
I’d much rather see critical posts that dig into this company than the cheerleading we see all to often like $60 by May or $82.71 by June.
So there was only 15,000 additional shares released recently? If that’s the case, I apologize. I thought it was a significant number of shares priced at a discount to the current price.
Isn’t Solevo the company they bought in PA? Not a bad deal, but keep in mind it’s only the permit - not stores or inventory or effort to establish the dispensaries. I’d really like to see something much more significant for the dilution.
NY and VA just went recreational over the past couple of weeks. It sure would be nice if Trulieve buys some existing operations in those two States. Dispensaries and/or cultivation. This recent downturn has been real tough to stomach.
Guess I’m an old guy! Thx for splainin
Virginia legalized recreational!
Dude, what is the point of your posts?
Sell off? Prices has been sliding down around current level since earnings.
Curious about revenue from PA. I think I read they are wholesaling to all dispensaries in the state - their’s and everyone else’s. That’s a different situation than Florida.

Wow
No boat for me my friend. Been there. Heading into retirement over next 5 years. Trulieve could shorten that.
Keep in mind that there’s little to no institutional buying, which would really move things up or down.
The earnings call was very informative on many fronts. Late in the call, KR said they’d have some news about Mass later this year. She also said they’re seeing $10M to $11M avg per store. That was $9M last year. Also, also, their wholesale operations are in every PA store, theirs and others.
Nice numbers and continuing to increase. This is real!
HB 1455 passed the Healthcare Appropriations Subcommittees favorably and now goes to the Health & Human Services Committee. Then on to the full house. It’s still expected to run into trouble in the Senate. There was lively discussion yesterday from one side but every amendment proposed was voted down by the Republicans.
SAFE Banking Act being reintroduced in the House today. Passed in previous session but wasn’t allowed to be heard in the Senate. Now that Mitch has been replaced by Chuck, it will at least be heard and stands a good chance of passing.
HB 1455 is on agenda for tomorrow at 9:30 am. Not sure if I can post link to stream so I’ll just say it’s on thefloridachannel.org
I urge you all to get intimate with this company and issues that can impact it. You may not care about politics but politics cares about you!

HB 1455 has been sent to the Healthcare Appropriations Subcommittee and their next scheduled meeting is at 9:30 am on Thursday. Not sure if this item will come up but we will see. This subcommittee is a committee of the House and I expect it to move along favorably to the full House. Once it moves to the Senate, it is expected to run into problems. Let’s hope so!
On March 9 HB 1455 passed a committee vote and now should go to full House. It looks like there's a Senate version S 1958. You can login to the Fl Senate website and register to track both bills. From what I've read, Sen. Brandeis (R) is opposed to it and favors full legalization. My understanding of Tallahassee is that anything could happen - few have ever been able to correctly predict their undertakings.
I share your concern about why this is not getting more attention.
I think he meant it’s gonna be turbulent. I cannot see the proposed legislation being good for Trulieve. As a side note, I don’t get the corporate jets having one passenger connection, unless he’s insinuating that big lobbyist are coming to town for this. There’s probably a bunch of reasons the gulfstreamers are in Tallahassee. This is the first real negative for Trulieve since the bullshit article two years ago. I think I’m gonna take profits since $7
This may be the reason for the share price being where it is. Some other thoughts..... this is an example of “you might not be interested in politics, but politics is interested in you”. HB 1455 will be voted along party lines and the Republicans are in control of the house, senate, and Governor’s office and that won’t change for a long time. This has a potential of a big hit on the industry.
Check out HB 1455. It limits thc in smokable products. This is a conservative State, completely controlled by one party.
I’m struggling with my level of conviction with Trulieve. Trying to stay diversified. Trulieve is 70% of my speculative non retirement portfolio. I’m considering also making Trulieve 15% of my retirement account which has always been aggressive mutual funds. I’m 62 and would like to work another 3 to 5 years. Any thoughts on your levels of conviction with Trulieve?
WEED WILL GET YOU THROUGH TIMES OF NO MONEY BETTER THAN MONEY WILL GET YOU THROUGH TIMES OF NO WEED.
Was that a record for flower in the OMMU report?
Your question implies that they would only buy publicly traded companies.
In any event, after reviewing everything I could find, I added to my shares today at a price I never imagined I’d pay just a year or two ago.
The next time this damn thing goes to $38, I’m on it like stink on &@/?!
Thanks Cabo’s! Very important to some of us.
That’s awesome for a 3 day trade. Like $4 per share. Congratulations and I appreciate your posts - great learning tool.
Cabos, you called this. I hope to trade around a core on the ride up.
