In my honest opinion, I think they didn't name the other companies and specifically named ATI to put the heat on ATI. Think about it. ATI is a multi million dollar company, by shedding light over their deal with ATI, they are going to attract attention from a lot of other major companies. Those other companies are going to want a piece of the pie. It would be nothing for ATI to buyout EWLL to have the rights to PHZIO. Now if another company comes along and wants to buy us out, it can turn into a pretty heated bidding war. So I think this was all part of EWLLs plan to light a fire under ATI.
