IMO QASP is not a resident of Florida. It's domicile is Colorado.
It could be months before the Judge renders a decision.
Sure have and I know that a grow supply store doing maybe 50K a month will not put this company in the profits. Forward looking statements don't make profits.
What quarter did QASP show a profit??
Says a lot about the CEO'S credibility!!!
There were so many shares sold at .0002-.0004 by Friday and Monday there will be so many taking profits and not enough people to ,buy the share price up. IMO the price has no where to go but down. I hope I'm wrong.
Thanks for the thought. I have all the shares I want or need with a .0006 average. Until Friday or Monday IMO it "might not" drop below .006. I remember the old saying "buy the rumor sell the news". There are plenty of rumors about QASP but very little factual news about QASP. IMO QASP will see .0003-.0004 again soon!
It would be nice but IMO NO!
Ronald Reagan once said " Trust But Verify". When I see a post with information that I question the truthfulness or question the DD, I ask for a link.
To many post are pure speculation or the wool is being pulled over peoples eyes. Just trying to keep the board honest. I have no problem with people questioning my DD. Any post I make claiming to be fact I try to back up with a link.
DEA, Denver Police Raid Multiple Marijuana Grow Operations (UPDATE)

IMO if it does pass it will only be by 2 or 3 % because of the 60 % it takes to pass.
NO it's not. That is a link on purposed dispensaries if amendment 2 passes by a private concern not the state.
That is true but if amendment 2 does not pass they will stand until an administrative judge makes a ruling on a suit filed by the growers association against the health department.
Post a copy of the link I posted. What you are talking about is advertisement link on that page. Still waiting to be proved wrong!!!
A law passed this spring requires each applicant to have a valid registration from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to cultivate more than 400,000 plants, be operated by a nurseryman as defined by state law and have operated as a registered nursery in the state for at least 30 continuous years. At least 60 nurseries meet the criteria.

Sorry my friend but these are the current rules and regulations set by the Florida Department of Health. Prove me wrong and supply a link!

Herndon said there are currently 39 Florida qualified growers on the Department of Agriculture list – a nurseryman cultivating more than 400,000 plants, in continuous operation for over 30 years, and holding a valid registration to grow medical marijuana. Out of state growers are not allowed.

Can a list be posted that says Donnell is in the top 50 that has applied for a Florida license?
I didn't see any ticker symbols. Please cute and paste the lines that have ticker symbols...Thanks in advance.
Cannabis Firm Buys 3 Buildings in Florida
The publicly traded firm XXXXXXXX XX has acquired three commercial buildings in Florida that it hopes to lease or sell to medical marijuana cultivation operations if the state legalizes MMJ this fall.
The buildings – located on 9 acres of land near Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport – total 209,000 square feet of space, which is roughly the size of three or four supermarkets.
The Arizona-based company reportedly shelled out $1.26 million for the properties.

Questions that need to be answered.
Where will funding come from for the Grow warehouses?
Will states allow more than one grower under one roof?
How many square feet will the grow warehouses be?
Who will pay the electric and water bills until a crop comes in?
Will the grow warehouses be hydroponic only?
How will the cloning, growing and budding rooms be separated?
There are several companies public and private that will sell or lease with financing for buildings and equipment for grow warehouses. How can QASP compete with these companies When it will just take days to get them in operation. One company that has 2 hydroponic grow warehouses for vegetables in Florida says he can covert them to marijuana in 48 hours and is top of the list for 6 license's in Las Vegas NV.
It looks good on paper but IMO it will never work because of lack of funding and rules and regulations by states on grow warehouses.
The reason I brought the dry counties is to show how concretive Florida still is. Amendment 2 will not be carried in north central and the panhandle of Florida.
Recreational pot in Florida not any time soon. There are still 3 dry counties in Florida.
Jury Nullification - A Way To End Cannabis Prohibition

If Amendment 2 does not pass (IMO less than a 50/50 chance) it will be 2016 until the next election.
The FEDS can make pot legal but the states will still have the right to make it legal or not. So WIPTY DOO!!!

Passing by 60% will be a hard nut to crack...But it doesn't matter even if it does pass. Good DD "not press releases" will show QASP will not benefit from Amendment 2 passing. IMO. If Florida passes recreation use some day it "might" benefit QASP.

As a former medicinal marijuana patient per the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act that was passed into law by 63% in 2008 I will be voting in favor of constitutional amendment 2. However if it receives a majority of votes in the range of 58-59 % short of the 60% supermajority needed for an amendment to our constiution I will be more optimistic of the medical marijuana reform efforts in Fl. In michigan the law gave cultivation rights to the patients or their designated caregivers. This amendment here in fl falls short of that integrity and commitment to patients. The pot shops get the right to grow not the cancer patient. I thought morgan was “for the people”. I sure hope if it barely fails that he will consider patients cultivation rights a priority over the dispensaries. The lack of grower rights for patients is the sole reason I refused to donate to the campaign. Still voting yes on 2 with reservation

November 4, voters in several states could break down restrictions on a drug once known for Reefer Madness. In Alaska, Oregon, and Washington, DC, voters will decide if they want to usher in marijuana legalization ?. In Florida, voters will decide whether to amend their state constitution to allow medical marijuana ?. Here's a breakdown of each state's initiative, the latest polls, and how the opposing campaigns are pushing their messages to the voters.
