If the company has revenues of $750 million, how would you calculate the PPS for the company? Lets say the O/S is still 630million shares. What will be each share worth?
The last 30 posts were unrelated to DNAG. Can we stay of topic? THANKS>
DNAGs PT-401 does seem like a better treatment than AMGENS EPO. With multiple injections, red blood cell counts are raised, which can lead to strokes and heart attacks. Some have also accounted for deaths. Because red blood cells are a mixture of proteins and water, if a patient on EPO does not drink a lot of water, water count from the red blood cells are used, thus leaving protein which can clot the heart and brain. Also there has been known that with too much EPO in the body, the immune system can start killing off the red blood cells because it is "foreign". With PT-401 a reduced amount of EPO and with its longer lasting duration should be superior to Amgen's drug.
This link is on EPO for athlete doping but there are some good points to anyone taking EPO

Anyone here live near DNAG here besides Precious???
Yet the stock still trials down...
Johnny, what does the article have to do with DNAG? Did I miss something?
When is the latest they have to get financing by?
I don't know but you bring up a good point. I'm only speculating here. Maybe they didn't want to invest too much. Don't want to put all your eggs in one basket.
Here is a question for the board:
DNAG announces a spin off to secure more capital for the company right? Dutchess releases DNAG's assets for 2 million shares of the spin off company. If DNAG is not able to secure financing (ie. the spin off), why would Dutchess releases their assets instead of just selling it?
If I were a private firm that invested millions of dollars in a company, why would I want additional shares of a spin off company, if I didn't believe that company can generate money and instead sell all their assets to get my investment back. This is something I've been thinking about. I'm sure Dutchess is more privy to DNAG information than a regular shareholder right? So if they are willing to release DNAGs assets for pharma shares, wouldn't that point to some degree of DNAG's potential success to spin off the pharma and raise more money?
I think there are several reasons why people either pump or bash the stock:
1. Some people bought in and pump to make it go up
2. Some people "reallY" do believe in the company they invest in so of course they pump in
3. Some people "shorted" the stock and doesn't want it to go up, so they don't have to cover or they naked shorted it too
4. Some people lost money in the stock and are just bitter
5. Some people post to seek feedback to learn of the pros/con of the stock
Everyone posts for their personally reason. I don't believe anyone here is posting for the benefit of others. I for one won't be posting here day in and day out if I don't have my personal interest in mind.
Don, looks like we're stuck here at .02!!!
Has the O/S changed or are we still at 600million and change?
Stockhlder,
Can you retierate why you think DNAG can secure financing? Thanks.
Thanks. I want to find out more on Richard Gabriel and Gomez's background to see if they have the experience and resource to pull DNAG through this.
Do you know about Dr Gomez and Transcend Therapeutics, Inc? It was listed before on the NASDAQ?
What happened to Genbiomics? Also is the lawsuit settled yet?
does anyone know how successful richard was at running his old company?
brian, DNAG has a huge potential pipeline. If they can secure the financing, the risk/reward is totally worth it.
Johnny, Did you misunderstand my post? I was saying that it should be likely that the pharma can be listed on the euronext. I wanted to seek feedback on others opinion. I don't understand your comment on "true colors" also. I'm long on this stock.
What do you think are the chances the DNAG gets listed on NYSE Euronext? I was looking at Biofrontera. They raised a good amount of capital through the bond offering and being listed on 2 exchanges! DNAG seems to be ahead with products and a revenue stream. Its true that they are in debt, but with a steady revenue, if Biofrontera can raise money, with the Pharma spin out, its not out of range for DNAG with a product line and a parent company with revenue to get some capital.
Has anyone else here attended the shareholder meeting besides Flip? I would like another persons opinion how how the shareholder meeting went. I was not able to find an audio transcript for the meeting.
Posters here own a good chunk of the company!
wanted to see what everyone's opinion is that the pps can go to. personally i don't see $1, but some claim $5-10 a share so i don't know. i guess it can happen, but that would put this company as worth $6 billion.
what are ur target price to ezit?
Out of curiousity how much did you guys put into this company? I put in $7k.
yep, we were.
I was looking at the distribution. Its trending down.
Don, how can the pps go up if people are dumping this like crazy?
precious, with all these companies engaged in dna research would you say dnag is in the forefront or lagging behind in its technology and research? and why? thanks.
Lets hope Gabriel discloses some new information on the finance issue and get rolling with CD59 and PT401.
I read most of their financial statements from the past years. It seems that they did over promise and under delivered, however they did eventually delivered on some promises. Most starting companies fail to realize the amount of captial needed to run its operations. I think that is why they had the 20/1 reverse split and the loans from Dutchess. I think that the products and services are now coming together and if they get the financing they need, they should be able to get something going.
what if dnag comes up with an epo that is is effective then amgens? won't the fda step in? amgens epo requires multiple dosing and does not last as long and has more side effect. dnags will require less dosage, last longer and has less side effects. won't consumers and the fda favor dnag?
Anyone else have any options on marketing PT401 and Amgen's patent?
Based off of Amgen's patent for its EPO, will DNAG be able to market PT401 when its ready?
What about their technology for CD59 and PT401?
Hi everyone. What are your thoughts on DNAG?
Frog,
Why do you think that DNAG is a scam? I'm relatively new to the board and would like to know your reasons for your position. Can you provide some facts with links on your position? Thanks.
Frog, inregards to your previous post can you provide me with some links so I can take a look? Thanks.
Lets say that DNAG gets their financing and the CD59 starts generating revenue and the pharma spin out is a sucessful. If all goes according to plan, with an o/s of 600+ million shares, what is a realistic PPS?
Since CD59 won't generate revenue for another 9 months minimum, what are your thoughts on the short term PPS?
