Where did July come from? I think our Concho line is to start in May, about the same time the Whistler Pipeline will be in service.
7 further confirmations this is our project:
•Light crude imported from US to Isthmus
•100% privately funded
•Partnership with PEMEX
• Doesn’t cost the Mexican government a dime
• Profits split 50/50 with Mexican government (probably more like 51% Mex gov and 49% NHL)
• Fixes the problem of not enough infrastructure to carry the increase production in Mexico
• The private company AMLO describes them as “individuals” who are “Mexican Nationals”
https://www.jornada.com.mx/notas/2020/12/23/politica/por-concretarse-acuerdo-de-pemex-con-ip-para-extraer-super-ligero-amlo/
Exactly right, Macod- Just as AMLO said last week, they are “about to finalize” the deal.
I believe that in the last paragraph, where there is a company described as a “buffet” for promoting projects in the isthmus is 100% us because we are involved in not only oil but also natural gas. The “front” of former PEMEX employees also sounds interesting.. after all these years, it would be reasonable to suspect Ward has such guys representing Mirage.
Looking forward to the grand announcement. Thanks Goldtooth for the find.
Tony, if there are errors in my reasoning please feel free to point them out!
Macod, I agree it very well may be the reality - with AMLO describing our projects and saying they are about to finalize a deal between a private Mexican company and PEMEX, it makes me believe one of two things; 1) The private entity he is referring to is Northern Hemisphere Logistics since it is a Mexican registered subsidiary of Mirage. Mirage’s ownership of them I personally think is 50%, and the other 50% to the Mexico National, Salvador Moreno... (but it very well could be less than that at 30% ownership by Mirage and 70% Salvador, or more than that being wholly owned by Mirage, 100%... all are phenomenal for shareholders) OR 2) there is an acquiring Mexican company in the works to buyout Mirage’s 25% in the Mirage/BBI partnership. They buy out Mirage’s stake, and BBI brings forth the $12-$13 Billion to carry out the projects. Personally, I’m persuaded by number 2 because that truly fits the bill of a “Mexican company” owned by “Mexican nationals”. Also phenomenal for shareholders!! Win, win, win whichever way you cut it!
Nothing at all. The value is in the deals. We can sag to the 20’s for all I care. When the deals are announced/funding closed/ and PR’s released the market will try to catch up as we fly. $1.4 Billion annual net income once the 3 part development is completed in 18-24 months.. did you read that in the isthmus PR? Several dollar stock.
VERY IMPORTANT: 1 more Mirage connection to the project AMLO spoke about last week.
The article is from January, defines our projects with much more specificity, and is clearly about the same scope of work AMLO was just talking about:

Here is the article covering AMLO’s statements from last week (originally posted by Goldtooth on December 23rd):

We hit gold!!! MRGE 2021!!!
Boy that would be an awesome headline!!!
All is there in plain sight. A brilliant and unique opportunity to invest, where you can see ahead to what’s coming from sources separate from the company... Imo it’s like knowing the future and investing according to it.
I cannot wait for AMLO to disclose who this private player is... as Ward has said all along there will be this grand announcement regarding his projects. This has always been hard for me to believe, until AMLO said what he did last week. An historic agreement with PEMEX certainly will be center focus. I now understand why Ward has been choosing to remain relatively quiet out of respect.. (like hiring Rubenstein and hardly using them) but he won’t be quiet for long! As AMLO said, they are about to finalIze the agreement.
Happy new year! MIRAGE 2021
You bet! and 1 more connection: Remember Ward also saying back in July that our projects won't cost Mexico a single peso? AMLO confirms this fact that it will be 100% private funded. Exactly what Ward had said months ago! We fund all of it and yet split the profits
"[These investors] would put in the capital because we would not have more public budget, so it would be private investment.."
From Goldtooth's article
Nice Macod! 3 more connections to AMLO's oil statements:
1. Our Isthmus PR expressly shows both the 2 rehabbed lines in the isthmus AND the 2 new proposed lines to be oil related. Press Release Here
2. AMLO said it would be a private/public partnership with an nondisclosed private company. He said PEMEX would hold the majority stake (so probably 51% PEMEX, 49% Northern Hemisphere Logistics). Ward said back in July that profits would be split 50/50 with the Mexican government. Article Here
3. On September 10th, Mirage was shown in this picture with the Isthmus Program & Transoceanic Corridor C||T with our oil pipelines on the screen:
We may be able to wait another year, but Mexico can’t... Oaxaca, Veracruz, Puebla... C||T, PEMEX, & AMLO himself. Tables have turned in my opinion. They need the financing for our projects to close. Their National Infrastructure Plan AND This Isthmus Program depend on it. US oil producers/exporters? Them too! Absolutely crucial to have oil exports lined up thru the Isthmus especially in a potential Biden administration. Many cannot wait a year let alone a few more weeks. If pipeline material are not ordered now in the dead calm, lead times will increase exponentially when things pick up in Q1. It’s go time and Ward knows that. We are right there.
This is big news for the Isthmus development.. the acquisition for the land on one of the 10 development poles was completed today. These ten industrial parks are the reason for our Transoceanic gas line. They move along, we move along.

I bought today! Largest position yet. Ready for blastoff
Thanks for the info, Jutttyc. Makes sense that there would be an increased funding amount since our projects required total investment is between $12-$13 Billion USD. Funding really needs to be closed on in the coming days so the materials can be ordered.
Probably during Ward’s next trip to MX!
I think AMLO said it’s a Mexican company, right? Then it would be our subsidiary, Northern Hemisphere Logistics. Same card Sempra plays for their business in Mexico.
I personally think these statements from AMLO last week regarding our projects is the largest news we’ve seen announced out of Mexico yet! Only rivaled by the National Infrastructure Plan document released on 8/31 that included our projects.
Great content in here today. Well done everyone. Penny, Ward’s clarification about our isthmus job focusing on light oil is big. I could hardly believe my eyes reading the articles Goldtooth posted.
Congrats to us!!! & Merry Christmas!!
All will be happily excused in my opinion. I often remind myself that I would never have had the opportunity to buy at these levels if Ward was releasing detailed PR’s every month. We who are catching ear of this story now are extremely fortunate.
The clock ticks, our 1 PR will soon be released, and our rocket blasts.
That’s right, AirChair & MirageChaser - many of us at different times have desired more PR’s from Ward... but had we only known back in March when Ward first released this map, it would serve as our guide through the next several months.. as the Mexican government and its various ministries would begin confirming the things already written. Now looking back, it serves as a great consolation to us for what lies ahead!

AMLO's further comments this morning:
"Our sovereignty will be respected, as we will respect the sovereignty of the United States.... “There is nothing to fear, they have good relations with the current United States government. There is nothing to indicate, there is no omen of bad relations with the government that President Biden will lead. We are very clear that they seek to have friendly relations with the United States government, because the neighborhood unites us, but there is also brotherhood in our towns ”

1 Orange Star - Tecolutla Lerdo Natural Gas Processing Station announced on 11/30
2 Blue Circles - Pipelines featured in SENER's Five Year Plan released on 11/27.
Well said Macod! I fully expect funding to close any day now for several reasons. The breaking of ground on projects will start approx. 4 months down the road from that point.... which is right on track.
Good morning all. I’ve seen some great developments the past couple of days each of us will be encouraged by. I will make a few posts covering them later this morning.
For starters, there were some older articles referenced over the weekend about how AMLO is cracking down on the private sector. Some read this and squealed, when in reality you should have thought “this is exactly why I’m invested in Mirage!”
If you re-read Horacio Zarate’s articles over the past year, you’d understand this is ALL APART OF THE MIRAGE BUSINESS PLAN. Horacio has been calling on AMLO’s administration all year long to review and cancel unjust natural gas contracts created during the 2013 energy reform and to use Mirage as the backup plan. That honestly USED TO concern me because it seemed like a far ways off down the road, but now.... The cancelled contracts are finally happening! MANY were canceled two Fridays ago! The path is being paved for our $13B dollar infrastructure plans to fix what previous administrations have sabotaged! Including the neglected Yucatán peninsula.
Everything is falling right into place.
Financing needs to close well in advance of the start date. Materials must be ordered months prior.
Guys, these announcements are merely a list of projects from the National Infrastructure Plan (which we are in) and their start dates. The projects listed are because either 1) they started in the previous few weeks or 2) will be starting in the upcoming weeks
THAT’S IT
To be honest and transparent with you all, I have a temptation to let the uninformed fear mongers/loose cannons sell their shares to me at as low of a price that they want!!!
Jetfan the Faithful. Exactly ->
The 2013 energy reforms were filled with “leonine” contracts which harmed the CFE and were only agreed to in the first place through bribes/corruption. Mirage has played right into this. This is why Horacio Zarate has promoted the reviewing and canceling of these unfair contracts and renewing agreements through Mirage.. Strengthening the CFE. This is ANOTHER reason we know our projects are close is that there have been several contracts reviewed and cancelled over the past couple of weeks. Several happened two Fridays ago. Everything is falling into place.
The precipice of opportunity. Go MIRAGE!
Thanks Norweger!!! Incredible insights you have
Congrats Stink!
I think someone got pissed this didn’t pop this week lol
I fully believe we are OKAY. Far too much skin in the game for our projects not to happen.
Buy if you have powder. If you don’t, take your eyes off the screen. Will be north agin in no time.
Cheers!
Jetfan, contrary to popular belief... I think you’re the most patient on this board!!!
Good afternoon group... clearly this hasn’t traded like we expected it to this week.
The truth remains that MANY need this funding to close.. us shareholders, yes. But it’s deeper rooted than that; suppliers, contractors, customers, Ward himself and those he works with!
Our funding I thought would close this week seeing that now is the time to order materials if ALL stakeholders want our projects to begin on time... to provide gas to the projects MX announced on 11/30.. so far, it doesn’t seem like it happened this week (unless we get a PR tomorrow showing otherwise).
Christmas is quickly approaching and Mexico tends to celebrate for far too many days. I really hope our ball continues to
roll so that we can still expect an awesome Christmas surprise.. the weight of what we are dealing with can’t wait!
Thanks Norweger. You’re an asset.
Thanks GasClown!!!
The scope of the Isthmus Program is indeed MASSIVE. It's no wonder this takes a while. Look at the complexity of this agreement just signed... only ours deals with the local level (33 municipalities?), state level (At least 5 Mexican states), and Federal. PLUS agreements between the US and MX + the exports that will occur to Central America and East Asia countries!
I really love the momentum with what the Programa Istmo has accomplished over the last 48 hours. Like Macod said, many agreements have been signed and the Ithmus Master Plan presented. Lets indeed see if news comes from Mirage in response over the next few days.

Could be!! I hate teeing up dates because we can be let down. But we know for fact our day is certainly close, so Imo these are very reasonable timelines/expectations. If it suits any investor to hold shares and just have confidence in the end game, more power to them. For me, knowing we are at the doors I’M EAGER. So, here we go. Let’s see what Thursday and Friday holds!!
I’m personally looking for PR at the conclusion of Ward’s trip. As you know, he was originally to come home today, the 16th. The office said yesterday it will more likely be Thursday/Friday.
I’ve always been eager for Ward to eventually make a short trip to MX. I’ve felt as though it implies a smaller amount of work left to do.
In addition, with Mexico announcing those projects on 11/30 in areas void of natural gas; it is clear THEY THEMSELVES ARE CONFIDENT the natural gas plans through Mirage Energy will soon start. The timelines of those projects speak volumes. They want that isthmus gas line to start in July 2021 and therefore be in service by April 2022 (that’s about how long it takes in the US for a 140mi Line.. perhaps we should allow a couple extra months longer for Mexico, so say June 2022). Ironically, if funding kicks in now and materials take 90-120 days to ship as some have suggested, then our Concho Line starts by May which is when the Whistler will be completed.. which also will allow for the Concho to be in service at the very same time the isthmus line will be ready to receive our gas! I personally believe Mirage will be sending gas to the isthmus before the Brasil field is in operation. Brasil field will come on line a few months after the Concho & San Fernando are ready. The timelines line up perfectly. The time is ripe for funding to close and Mexico is clearly indicating that they see the certainty of it!
I agree, Macod! Finally the Isthmus Master Plan was presented!!!
I also think it is no coincidence this occurred while Ward is in Mexico.
Of the 550,000 jobs that will be created thru the Isthmus over the next 30 years, Mirage will jump start it with the first 5,000 in the construction of the oil project.
Will bring in $1.4B in annual income to the Transoceanic Corridor ( C||T ) / Mexican Gov.
Like you said, this certainly was an important step to our green light.
Congrats everyone!
