Sleek,
If impeachment hearings (throw in Supreme Court Hearings too) never happened, where do you think CBD issues would be today? What do you think we would know about VATE that we don't know now?
Wondering if CBD/Hemp issues getting government clarity automatically helps VATE and if you feel VATE is ready to roll once clarity happens. Thanks

Glad team is drinking Elev8 tea. They have 2 losses since I began following them. Maybe they need to up their tea rations.
2 game losing streak still better than Pacers (6).
Yes; KGKG that knows VATE well feels they will be able to collect 1.5 million 5 years down the road. Good sign of confidence for VATE holders.
If VATE has to make a deal because they can't pay (transfer RTD tea rights to KGKG); at least that is years down the road.
A lot of people put $500 or less in a stock like VATE and feel they should be on the product design team if not Board of Directors. Actually we are passive investors counting on the products and company personnel.
I feel we are long overdue for an update from the company about VATE direction. Their stock deal with sister company shows there is interest in stock structure. Also shows K>>G thinks they will prosper enough to pay 1.5 million.
Some of the initial distributors did not stay active with VATE. Shipping single pallets or partial pallets around country will never get VATE to 30 million market cap needed for a nickel share price. Shipping cases of tea to individuals isn't a total solution either. Interesting guy bought single for $3.99 while I paid over $4/bottle to have it delivered to my house.
Disturbing to me that new people aren't showing up on IHub saying they love product and bought shares.
Oh well.......a little Friday venting
Following (and investing in) VATE has been the same as following the Cubs this baseball off-season. Waiting for something to happen.
Legacy handles NW Indiana but I don't know if they go as far east as Ft. Wayne and Rochester IN. Does not appear so from their location map.
I've bought often online direct from company, but would like to see Vate products locally available (Valparaiso IN area). Legacy seems more active with Kona than Vate. They are 1 of the 18 listed distributors.

At a little over .02 a share, VATE market cap around 12.5 million. What do you feel company needs to do to have a 25 or 50 million dollar cap?? That translates to .04 and .08 per share if outstanding share count stays stable.
How much is market cap increase "rising tide lifts all boats" and how much is it specific performance of Vate?
Not all distributors remain active. The success will come from direct sales to small, medium and large end users. An example is a convenience store operation with 25 locations.
Hopefully the active distributors continue to locate vendors and get Elev8 products around the country.
What is needed most are the Elev8 employed salespeople closing the bigger deals.
The cannabis banking has to be resolved. Hopefully along with it will be regulations to set VATE apart as we are investing in.

Well into my mixed 12 pack. Raspberry, Lemon, Peach, Green Tea is my order of preference. Had lemon previously. A couple questions:
1. What do you (anyone here) feel is a proper retail price for a single cold bottle of RTD Tea?
2. Any idea if RTD coffee (love with splash of Muscle Milk) is getting formula altered so it has pleasing taste without any additives?
If you don't mind 300% fairly short term returns
Got my 12 pack of mixed teas Friday. Raspberry passes the test. Have had lemon before so I know that is good.
Hope they have a good distribution system ready to go so we can buy 1 at a time at a local convenience store.
I don't follow why someone would hold out for a 1/10 of a penny better price when an increase of 75% plus in a month is forecast.
Obviously you get more shares if the price goes down, but miss out (or have to buy higher) if the price per share goes up.
If you see near term of .03, what is the reason to wait for .016 vs .017?
I have a lot of respect for your talent and what you do here. I'm just trying to follow the thinking of putting the bids in low when the share ask price is already low and could shoot up at first of year. Thanks
Saw this post and within 5 minutes my order for 12 bottles (3 each flavor) was entered. Added bag of hazelnut coffee as well. Free Shipping!
Had lemon tea and coffee before. Looking forward to trying each flavor.
Good luck with your main job. Sorry VATE distribution did not work for you. Do you think the independent distribution model will work? Or do they need to be in stores such as Kroger.
I really have appreciated the insight you have offered on this board.
Are you happy with VATE product performance in Milwaukee area? Thanks
Like the optimism!! Do you think run to .20 will be based on:
1. People that never heard of VATE as of today learning of it
2. Current investors buying more/selling less
3. Sector increase and VATE is in sector
4. Combination or something different.
I have been buying and holding past couple years but remain puzzled by lack of new investors. Tried drinks and I feel there should be a group of satisfied customers that would look into and buy VATE. Not aware of a single one.
One hope as you mentioned is action by the company once CBD laws established.
When seeing the share price damage low volume sells can do; imagine what selling a chunk of the 160 million (class D converted to common) would have done.
Sister company must think a significant sale would destroy the share price. Therefore they settled for under a penny per share in the future.
I had thought there may be a Vate RTD tea/Kg** share swap somewhere down the line. I like this outcome better.
Thank you Rick for the time and effort to publish your analysis. As of today the company is solid while its stock is lousy.
My question revolves around stock interest. Why don't more see where hemp/cbd looks to be heading? VATE does not get much daily volume and a large percentage of the transactions are claimed by 5-10 people here.
I have had all hemp coffee except decaf and expresso. Really like all types and I truly feel it helps me feel better through the day. Tried tea and RTD coffee as well. Don't like coffee taste until I add a small amount of muscle milk. Tea is great.
Shipping 7/12/16 packs of RTD drinks to a few of us is not a sustainable business. Buying 1 at a time at a 7/11 is.
I enjoy Sleeks's commentary and certainly appreciate the effort he makes. But I question why so much of this is under the radar while success seems so obvious to us.
Between impeachment and Supreme Court nomination junk, I barely heard of the 2018 Farm Bill when it was a current event.
Holding several more months no matter what. Good luck longs!
Why wouldn't one or more of these companies take a position now while the stock is under 2 cents? Enough to be under the radar/reporting requirements but lower the purchase price significantly if they eventually choose a full buyout.
Wish PR would have mentioned 60:1 ratio. Retiring 165 million shares would have received more attention from someone not familiar with VATE than retiring 2,746,732.
I just feel that if buyers purchase at ask and stock begins going up; others will jump in so they don't miss. Stock goes on decent run. That is true for any stock of course - not just VATE.
Also as a consumable product that hopefully many will buy, new investors will come along. They didn't live the .08 days like some of us. But they see it has been there.
I have a general question about bid sitting. Just referring to this post but I could have easily picked another.
If one expects .05/share (or much more) what really is the difference between buying at .0185 or .019? Obviously you do get more shares. But you also miss out if the stock price takes a move up as the bid buyer is anticipating.
Buying the bid means getting shares as price dropping (negative). News or another positive takes the share price away from this buyer looking for the lower price.
For VATE, one positive ask buyer could do wonders. Remember several weeks back when "e" was ask buying and stock went to .03 briefly. I feel that is what will get us going again. Multiple buyers will enter/add so they don't miss out.
TIA for input regarding bid buying.
What does BCC* have that Vate does not? Earlier today both were .018
Of course everyone wants 100% information about each and every dealing of any company they are invested in. That is just not feasible.
I would be much more worried if lots of data like you requested came out. Would tell me management is worried about the wrong things.
Although some (ok me) follow this company on a minute by minute basis, RM seems to pull off positive surprises. Examples are the 2 year private label coffee deal and the roaster that increases capacity 15X.
My thought as I enjoy a cup (chocolate raspberry today) from my daily pot of Elevate coffee: Certainly a good company product wise but at this time a lousy stock.
I am surprised that the volume has not increased as more and more individuals experiment with and enjoy/repeat buy VATE tea/coffee. My hypothesis that is not coming true is the same group willing to try CBD/hemp products would look to invest if possible. At .02/share I really thought the # of shareholders would increase. I realize not everyone reads or posts on IHUB. But this is ground floor opportunity on good tasting product that looks to have solid future.
Good luck to Anthony Carmelo.............wish we could have had Carmelo Anthony! Bet AC hears that a lot
A little shot of Muscle Milk made the taste of the coffee very enjoyable. I used cookies & creme as that is what we had.
I was happy to read a few weeks back that the formula for the coffee is being reviewed and hopefully altered. My hope is to buy a can cold from the convenience store and be perfectly satisfied drinking it without adding anything.
So what specific company(ies) should RM emulate with his stock promotions and pr correspondence? I just want to see a case where your "model" is working. Thanks in advance
What similar company would you use as a model for how VATE should conduct operations?
In other words, who is doing and succeeding at what you are looking for out of VATE?
Drinking Pumpkin Spice at the moment. I really like it.
Don't like RTD Coffee on its own, but a splash of Muscle Milk makes it great. Love the RTD tea as well.
Don't think VATE will stay with model of shipping 12 packs/18 packs of coffee/tea. Shipping is expensive and packaging is a challenge for the coffee cans. Would like to buy 1 or 2 cans at a time at a store. Hope the change to coffee formula yields a flavor that would be satisfactory (to me) without adding anything.
Tried all flavors of bagged coffee but decaf and expresso. All bought directly from company website. Like them all.
I only get 3 posts/day, so I will add this here. I wish VATE would keep "regular" price on items with 1 or 2 (or free shipping once in a while) on sale at a time. Also a date when discount ends. Saying every $15.99 item is on sale for $14.99 does not really work for me. I'd rather see most at $15.99 with 1 or 2 at $11.99 at any given time. Change the flavors on sale each week or so to prompt people to buy.
Only new flavor of bagged coffee is Pumpkin Spice. It is good.
Have not posted for 2+ years since I lost my email/IHUB account in the Verizon/Frontier merger. Time to return. Have lots of Vate.
My hunch is a lot of this price drop is due to the guy who posts his large buys and said he had a stop loss.
Certainly his stop loss had to be hit. Can't imagine it was set lower than where the stock dropped to.
