FBI Codename For Trump Classified Documents Investigation Revealed
2 documents at the bottom of this post.
https://truthpress.com/news/fbi-codename-for-trump-classified-documents-investigation-revealed/
Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday ordered key evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case to be unredacted.
The newly unredacted documents revealed Biden’s White House had direct ties to the Mar-a-Lago raid. The Biden Regime was also directly tied to Jack Smith’s investigation despite claims to the contrary from US Attorney General Merrick Garland.
The newly unredacted documents revealed the FBI codename for the investigation into presidential records stored at Mar-a-Lago was “Plasmic Echo.”
What does this mean?
One month later on March 30 US Attorney General Merrick Garland approved a full investigation.
The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago in August 2022 and seized boxes of records from Trump’s Florida estate.
Machine-gun-toting agents descend on Mar-a-Lago in August 2022 and by November Biden’s DOJ appointed a special counsel to investigate the documents stored at the Florida residence.
Within a few months Special Counsel Jack Smith had issued a flurry of subpoenas and by June 2023 Trump was indicted on 37 federal charges.
The FBI’s investigation into Trump’s presidential records stored at Mar-a-Lago have all the hallmarks of their previous witch hunt of the former president.
Recall that the FBI dubbed their investigation into Trump’s 2016 “Crossfire Hurricane.”
In July 2016, FBI special agent Peter Strzok opened a counter-intel investigation into Trump’s camp dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane” on suspicions (based on no evidence) that the Russians had infiltrated Trump’s circle.
For years the DOJ and FBI resisted the release of the “electronic communication” used to launch the scam investigation because it revealed the entire spying operation was a scam.
The EC revealed Peter Strzok opened Crossfire Hurricane based on third-hand information that the Russian government “had been seeking prominent members of the Donald Trump campaign in which to engage to prepare for potential post-election relations should Trump be elected U.S. President.”
Last year Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016.

Walmart Is Replacing Self-Checkout — Thieves Forcing Significant Changes
https://truthpress.com/news/walmart-is-replacing-self-checkout-thieves-forcing-significant-changes/
After spending untold amounts of time and money to denude their stores of the traditional checkout line in favor of self-checkouts, the recent scourge of shoplifting in Democrat-run cities has forced one major retailer to reverse course.
According to Newsweek, Walmart has begun the shift back to traditional checkout lines in two stores in two different states, one in St. Louis, Missouri, and another in Cleveland, Ohio (both cities with Democratic mayors).
Granted, despite having done the same thing for three stores in New Mexico back in 2023, Walmart told Business Insider that they had no plans to scale back on the self-checkouts on a nationwide scale.
Instead, spokesman Brian Little told Business Insider, “We believe the change will improve the in-store shopping experience and give our associates the chance to provide more personalized and efficient service.”
Of course, the unspoken assumption has been that the main purpose, rather than improving the “shopping experience,” was to reduce instances of shoplifting.
As The Street reported, self-checkouts have made shoplifting easier than ever, allowing customers to “forget” to scan items (whether honestly or otherwise).
And of course, many Democrat-run cities, with their soft-on-crime policies, have allowed shoplifting and petty thievery to flourish on an unprecedented scale, leading some major retailers to abandon those cities entirely.
Self-checkouts might have cut down on labor costs, but, apparently, the loss engendered from the increased opportunities for theft offset the money saved, so much so that certain Walmarts have been forced to hire real people again.
Other retailers have taken similar measures as well.
Target and Dollar General, for instance, have either set limits on the amount of items that could be checked out in the self-checkout or drastically scaled back on self-checkout stations in general.
Now, while of course theft and shoplifting have never been a good thing, the change engendered by these crimes might end up as a net-positive for the ordinary customer.
For one, though many people have appreciated the relative ease of the self-checkout, many more have despised lacking the option to use a regular checkout in many Walmart stores.
If a customer had a large amount of groceries to check out, they practically had to take out a small shift as a cashier just to get out of the store, and then had to pay for the privilege.
Self-checkouts have become an annoying trend as much as they have been a fertile breeding ground for shoplifters.
For another, though Walmart did not admit it outright, this move illustrated just how much of an impact petty theft has had on businesses in general, especially now that it has been allowed to flourish in many blue cities.
Big businesses like Walmart have been forced to make major changes like this to adapt, but small mom and pop shops have not had this option.
Instead of having the luxury to make sweeping (and expensive) changes to their stores to offset the increase in shoplifting, most mom and pop shops have instead been forced to take the punishment — and then desperately hope they might survive the double whammy of inflation and shoplifting.
And, unlike the Walmarts and the Targets of the world, very few of these shops will stand much of a chance.
Excellent !

Judge declares mistrial in case of Arizona rancher accused of killing unarmed migrant
https://www.newsbreak.com/news/3412039046029-judge-declares-mistrial-in-case-of-arizona-rancher-accused-of-killing-unarmed-migrant?_f=app_share&s=a3&share_destination_id=MjE2MTgxMTc2LTE3MTM4MzQwNzA0NTM%3D&pd=0Ed4bA9U&hl=en_US&send_time=1713834070&actBtn=bottomBar&trans_data=%7B%22platform%22%3A1%2C%22cv%22%3A%2224.16.0%22%2C%22languages%22%3A%22en%22%7D
A judge has declared a mistrial in the criminal case against 75-year-old Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, accused of fatally shooting a migrant on his property near the U.S.-Mexico border, the court confirmed Monday night.
Jurors had been deliberating since Thursday afternoon.
Kelly was charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault in the Jan. 30, 2023, fatal shooting of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, 48, a migrant who lived across the border in Nogales, Mexico. He had pleaded not guilty.
Law enforcement officials said Cuen-Buitimea was traveling with a group of migrants who ran when they saw border patrol agents in the area. Cuen-Buitimea and another migrant were allegedly heading back to the southern side of the border when they passed through Kelly's cattle ranch.
It's then that prosecutors alleged Kelly recklessly fired his AK-47 from a distance of about 115 yards, fatally striking Cuen-Buitimea in the back.
During the trial, prosecutors pointed out inconsistent statements Kelly made to law enforcement officials throughout the investigation.
According to prosecutors, Kelly initially told Jeremy Marcel -- a border patrol agent who worked as a ranch liaison -- he was returning fire after being shot at by a group of five armed individuals who were wearing packs and running southbound.
Prosecutors claimed Kelly at first failed to tell law enforcement agents he shot his weapon. Prosecutors said his story changed minutes later when he told law enforcement officials it was a group of about 10-15 people armed with AR-style rifles.
Authorities say Cuen-Buitimea was unarmed and they were unable to find evidence that another weapon had been fired.
"When you see two unarmed migrants walking southbound beyond two fence lines and you take your AK-47, you walk out and don't say a word, point it at them and you shoot, would that be what a reasonable person would do in that situation?" prosecutor Mike Jette asked the jury during his closing arguments. "The answer has to be no."
Kelly's lawyers tried to poke holes in the prosecutor's account of the incident and accused law enforcement officials of failing to follow other leads that would have cleared their client of any wrongdoing. They also accused law enforcement of falsely claiming that Kelly admitted to shooting at multiple people.
"That was not true, Alan never said that. Law enforcement wasn't listening and they didn't care, they already decided that he was guilty," said defense attorney Brenna Larkin.
The defense claimed Kelly was protecting himself and his wife and only fired warning shots several yards above the group.
Authorities were not able to find the bullet that struck Cuen-Buitimea. The defense claimed he was shot by another person in the group.
Lead detective Jorge Ainza testified during the trial and told Kelly's attorneys he believed Kelly shot at Cuen-Buitimea.
"There is no other shot involved in this. The victim sustained a serious injury from a high-powered rifle, an AK-47 rifle with a trajectory directly from Mr. Kelly's residence," he said.
During the trial, jurors visited Kelly's ranch. Investigators said they found a total of 9 shell casings outside of his home that fit the pattern of shots fired in Cuen-Buitimea's direction.
Jurors also heard testimony from Daniel Ramirez, a migrant who said he was with Cuen-Buitimea who he claimed grabbed his chest and said, "I'm hit" before dying.
Ramirez testified that they were being smuggled into the United States and were not trafficking drugs. Ramirez admitted to smuggling marijuana on one previous occasion to reduce the fee he owed smugglers to get him across the border.
Kelly was charged with aggravated assault against Ramirez.
Prosecutors also showed jurors text messages allegedly sent by Kelly, which prosecution claimed showed his state of mind in the weeks before the shooting.
"OVERUN WITH DRUG CARTEL. AK GTN A LOT OF WORK," one text message read.
Court documents obtained by ABC News showed another text message exchange between Kelly and a friend on Nov. 23, 2022. The friend asked Kelly what his plans were for Thanksgiving.
"PATROLN THE BORDER 4 U NORTHENRS!" Kelly said.
"Shoot straight," the friend replied.
"OR SHOOT MANY ROUNDS!" Kelly responded.

Here we go...NATO Ally 'Ready' to Station Nuclear Weapons on Its Territory
https://www.newsweek.com/poland-ready-nuclear-weapons-nato-border-russia-1892683
Poland is "ready" to host NATO nuclear weapons should the alliance move to reinforce its eastern flank bordering Russia, Warsaw has said.
"If our allies decide to deploy nuclear weapons as part of nuclear sharing also on our territory to strengthen the security of NATO's eastern flank, we are ready for it," Polish President Andrzej Duda told Polish outlet Fakt in an interview published on Monday.
More than two years of war in Ukraine has spurred NATO countries in eastern Europe—close to Russian territory—to invest heavily in their military strength, although they do not possess nuclear weapons. In the alliance, the U.S., the United Kingdom and France have nuclear weapons, but several European bases host U.S. tactical nuclear weapons.
Russia, which has the world's largest nuclear arsenal, said in June 2023 that it had started transferring tactical nuclear weapons to one of its key allies, Belarus. Russia used Belarus as a springboard for its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Belarus borders NATO countries Poland and Latvia.
Poland and NATO member Lithuania also border the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad, home to a significant Russian military presence and Moscow's Black Sea Fleet. The Kremlin is "increasingly militarizing" Kaliningrad, Duda said.
The U.S. and Poland have been discussing the possibility "for some time," Duda said. When approached for comment on Monday, the Pentagon referred Newsweek to the Polish government.
"In the context of a worsening security situation, especially threats posed by the Russian Federation, including in the nuclear sphere, NATO nuclear deterrence is an important factor in ensuring the security of Poland and the entire Alliance," the Polish Defense Ministry told Newsweek in a statement.
Warsaw supports NATO's "actions and initiatives" designed to strengthen the alliance's nuclear deterrent, not least the "nuclear sharing" program, the government said. The program refers to leveraging nuclear weapons for the collective defense of all the alliance's members.
"These issues are a matter of continuous consultations between Allies, on the forum of NATO as well as bilaterally, in which Poland takes active part," the Polish Defense Ministry said.
The war in Ukraine pulled nuclear weapons back into the spotlight. As Russian troops poured into Ukraine in late February 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin placed Russia's nuclear deterrence forces on high alert. Months later, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the risks of nuclear conflict were now "considerable."
Prominent Russian officials, such as former President Dmitry Medvedev, and Russian state television commentators have frequently mentioned the prospect of nuclear war. Some state media hosts and guests have suggested that Moscow should launch nuclear strikes on countries, such as the U.S. and U.K, that support Kyiv's war effort.
"The idea of nuclear conflict, once unthinkable, has become a subject of debate," United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said in September 2022. "This in itself is totally unacceptable."
Vladimir Putin "has brandished his country's nuclear sword in an attempt to compel Ukraine to capitulate to Russia's demands and to deter NATO from intervention," NATO said in November 2022.
In March 2024, Putin said Russia's weapons systems were "ready" for nuclear confrontation with NATO as discussions swirled around the potential deployment of alliance troops to Ukraine.
