I wish they would wave it and make this .50 a share so I can pay my mortgage off lol.
More like let’s play grab the can and end the game, that’s what management did.
Wrong, toxic equals taking on unfavorable loan conditions to survive. It doesn’t mean scam. Correlation, not causation.
Upon what basis would the SEC shut down this company?
Anyone on here that knows a lawyer, have them hop on Pacer and get you this document filed 3-4-2021:
https://www.docketbird.com/court-cases/PCT-LTD-et-al-v-Paris-et-al/ncwd-3:2020-cv-00287
Heck, have them pull the stipulation of dismissal, that is likely to have all kinds of good info in it.
August, come back then.
Very true it is!
Haha nobody believes that at all.
What about a pool of CBD water? In a well in Missouri? Would you invest?
That’s only ten less likes than you have followers. Careful trashing that range of numbers there.
Haha very apt analogy.
Possible, but doubtful.
Can’t wait to see how well this ages a year from now.
And some want us to believe that nothing at all will come of it. The truth, as always, lies somewhere in the middle. Will oil and gas be a revenue stream for PCTL? It’s likely, since the company already has established relationships in that industry (regardless of whatever speculation people make on the substance of that relationship). Is one chicken better than zero? Yes. Is it as good as one hundred? Nope. Does every revenue stream count towards the greater good and does every positive relationship potentially open up new doors? In my opinion, yes.
I just bought in yesterday but I agree, particularly when you consider their additional production increases in Mexico and the approval to sell their energy drink Super Buzz in Europe. Fundamentals look solid here, with an increasing footprint internationally.
I think a lot of those intelligent, wealthy people see through the incessant negative speculation on this board and consider the risk/reward to be more than palatable. Are there things the company has misstepped on? Yes, especially in regard to communication. Is there a remarkable potential for significant long-term growth? Absolutely.
To each their own, trade your strategy and hopefully make money.
I don’t understand why people do stuff like that, it’s frustrating.
Where is it submitted at? I don’t see it on OTCMarkets.
Great DD jimr!
That’s a pretty significant improvement on your earlier post, isn’t it?
Let’s see how well this ages.
Great points... thank you.
Serious question... when they file, do you anticipate a significant drop in the PPS? A lot of the forward looking hope is around big box kiosk placements and the federal law. The financial numbers are likely to be quite bad, if so do you think that will scare people off?
If this is true, why is it trading so sideways for so long?
Lol okay.
Tired.
Never mind, I read things wrong sometimes and he sold them.
If I read the filing correctly it is the retired former CFO who purchased them? So a person with an intimate understanding of the company spent a boatload of cash. Very intriguing, but he also is already up between 25 and 100% based on the prices be bought at, that’s some quick money gains.
I dunno, if PCTL distributors have news that is also good for PCTL. Not sure how to argue it isn’t.
I hope so too, for everyone here I hope you all profit.
No, if I made 5,000% or something stupid on shares I bought at .001 I would not be crying at all, I would have been happy. It’s still a ridiculous percentage even at this current PPS, especially for shares I forgot I owned.
Sounds like a good catch-all that nobody can refute. I hope this time is different and everyone here makes a boatload of cash but I’ve been following this company and losing money at various times for two years. Nothing has changed in regard to actual company operations that makes me hopeful.
Does your DD explain what happened to the 1,000 kiosks that were supposed to be out pursuant to the February 2020 PR that is being rehashed? Or any insight into what the missing year+ of financials are going to show? I seem to recall a couple of years ago there were more than five audiology clinics operated by INND, I could be wrong and I can’t find it again where they referenced how many they had, but now it’s five. I’m just pissed that the shares I forgot about and found last week qualify for long term gains on Monday and from the time I rediscovered them it’s gone from over .06 to this. I should have sold for short term gains and eaten the taxes, I would be better off.
“My guess would be a gallon of bottled drinking water brings in more revenue than a gallon of HOCL for their respective companies.”
This is truly your opinion?
Could it be a matter of the not yet dismissed lawsuit?
Great analysis, makes a lot of sense.
Lol it’s been trading sideways for how long now and you’re talking about “always tanking”?
I hope they can find that middle ground!
Man oh man, I forgot I had 74K shares in an old account I don’t check anymore. That’s a nice surprise from .001.
I want my IR folks to represent the company well, understand the business model and products, and provide facts when possible or nothing when facts aren’t possible. IR firms should not be in the business of providing half-answers, speculative positions, or noncommital statements that leave the door open for speculation because then when people speculate and are wrong they get disgruntled and direct that frustration at what they thought they heard. If there is no information to give, then there is no information to give and IR needs to tell people to wait until info is released by the company. Go Dragnet on ‘em - “Just the facts, ma’am.”
