You can't tho haha whoops
It means a website is an asset so if it wasn't purchased in the APA then how would they have access to that domain? They wouldn't, that's what I'm saying. Is the APA on Pacer or PwC because I can't find it on PwC or else I'd find it.
Haha what can ya do.. some times it's a gut call and my guts thinking $$$
I don't, but o see domain redirects so if they didn't sell the website and it redirects to lcy it kinda matters. Haha in my eyes at least
So they bought the website? Can you show me? Haha I would be much appreciated
Okay well that's at least useful information. Appreciate the DD friend
I don't know who owns it haha, I'm just wondering if it sold in the APA because a website is in fact an asset. So if it wasn't sold and the website does redirect to an LCY controlled or new jvsarina website, it would be interesting to know.
I was just asking a question, you came outta nowhere so confident that made it seem you knew the awnser but when I asked again you turn it around. I'm still just looking for an awnser, not a debate. Anyone with an awnser? No spin
It seemed like you knew where it was, I figured it be easier and me selling my shares would help you accomplish your goal id imagine. If you don't have it I'm sure someone here can confirm that is was either included or not..
Do you think trademarks include the BioAmber name or the website? I can't seem to find it, would you be able to screen shot ?
I can't seem to find it, would you be able to point it out?
What are the chances they bought the website too?
Did this really tap .0367? Who selling? XD still not me
Now that the leaves got shaken we going green woop woop
The "pumpers" on this board are not satisfied "dumping" shares at 5c... We been here for almost two years, I bet others for much longer. Haven't sold a share and will not even consider it til 50 cents. Gotta get that money my friend. Get in or get out haha
What's the fifth point in that top paragraph say? Also somewhere towards the bottom it says used to protect investments... Hmmmmmmmm
52 week high on the horizon
Woop woop
I have a thought based on nothing but it could work, JV or R/M. When Share price hits say 5 dollars reverse split 2 to 1. Equity financing at 10 dollars. Every body wins
I would expect a lawsuit against PwC if the decision doesn't have best interest of all stakeholders in mind. What else would that statement mean? I understand that the current information shows 4.34m, however, I feel protected. As should everyone involved.
Also in prediction of your response, "ripping the band-aid off now" is not in my interest by any means. My shares having no value is not in my best interest ever. If everyone of interest wasn't being considered, PwC would have made a different statement.
Okay let's say your right, Maybe time is my justification. Or maybe best interest of ALL stakeholders makes me feel like I won't be screwed over. And I atleast trust my judgement on the ALL stakeholders part.. maybe we get screwed in the VT but in someway our interest (shareholder interest) is being protected by that statement, legally.
They paid 4.34m already and the process hasn't closed yet so wouldn't that mean there's more to pay?
I think the second screenshot is there to point out they are strictly referring to one of the transactions
Or maybe 4.34 million isn't the total purchase price, but the upfront portion. I could see deconstructing the plant taking away from the scrap value but I don't see it costing more to take apart than it's worth and then selling the IP seperately for additional captial makes more sense. Agree to disagree I suppose
Why didn't they scrap the plant? They would have gotten more cash and kept the IP. Any thoughts?
Definitely a decent return, can't argue that. But what I'm saying is when the pps starts moving more volume will pour in. So instead of selling with momentum, they halted it. Not smart trading imo
Another question, why in the hell would someone lay a million shares on .03 when the pps is clearly trending upwards? Other than to emulate the idea the pps won't go any higher. Ha what a waste, that million shares next week will be up 50% minimum as accumulation reaches new highs and selling is not on any longs agenda. Gap Up soon, GLTA
280k in buys last 20 mins.. new year high reached tomorrow? You betchya
How long is long term? Over a year?
When you continue reading, it says a vesting order is done in fairness. Does that hold no value?
What's a vesting order at the end there? Isn't vesting orders done to maintain fairness? So BioAmber protected itself in the CCAA to have it's property sold without the fairness provided by a vesting order?
I don't think so. I could be wrong.
Deferred Tax assets baby
Once the .025 wall falls, assuming no more hold downs we gunna break 3 quickly
If we get a 9:29:31 am buy at .282 cents I'd be pumped haha
If the maximum percent of NOLs that are useable is 20%. $320,000,000 * .2 = 64 million. Approximately 80 million of debt. And if it's 25% it's the full 80 million of debt. Seems like and open and closed case don't you think?
Those question marks are $$$$3
300k aka my entire portfolio lol ??????
I believe it is a qualified bid and the terms for a qualified bid did include share purchase. Any thoughts why this bid was considered qualified although not a share purchase?
Complex restructure kind of means complicated but hey you know best
I have heard of a short sale but not something I'm entirely familiar with.
Liens are what allow for seizure of assets by lendors? Unless I'm mistaken
