Did you do your DD? Did you call the power company for the area? Did you ask them the cost of converting from phase one to phase the power? Do you know the difference between phase one to phase three? Do you know what equipment and infrastructure that would be needed to make the change from phase one to phase three? Did you check what the lead time would be for such a project?
I find it concerning that the challenge of finding the correct operator ID numbers would create a sense of confidence as to the understanding of ground conditions and pipe displacement. (Here is proof of my concern)
There is couple of issues to take note of.. First the P4 for this lease was not even issued to AGYP until 10/11/2021. The Prometheus well is currently in production.. The numbers have been posted.. Here is some additional information on Prometheus..

To return an inactive well to “active” status a Well Status Report (Form W-10 or Form G-10, RETEST) must be filed and the well must produce either 10 barrels of oil per month (BOPM) or 100 mcf of gas per month (MCFPM) for three (3) consecutive months. If sufficient production cannot be accomplished prior to the test due date, contact the Austin Field Operations section.

ROFL I though you had that all figured out with your saltwater calculations... I don't know how much has been produced at the Green lease being production has started post the last reporting deadline....
Will be max inflow for the saltwater disposal well! What is that number?? Do you know? I do.. Where is it on your proration report? Oh wait..
Can you even tell me how many wells they have? How about the depth of these wells? max inflow? or anything else that a proration report does not show?
Can you tell me the process of starting a SWD well??
P5 issue addressed as I said... I am still waiting on the answer to my question... A reservoir engineer would know the answer, the one I talked to did.
"PROMETHEUS LEASE 2022 OUTLOOK: Prometheus Well 1H continues to pump as Allied refines the processes to maximize the potential of Well 1H. In order to improve the oil production from Well 1H, Allied is currently in the process of installing a transfer pump and will flare all the gas to reduce the pressure in the well. Accomplishing this will result in an increase in oil production for the well. Since the start of Q1, there have been continued oil sales from Well 1H as we look forward to seeing continued growth in numbers from this site."

First off, the question I asked was definitely above your paygrade when you were working the fields.. And yeah its a relevant question for the person I asked the question to..
Second, I have and will post again for your viewing pleasure this...
It seems to me that inspection have been ongoing.. You have to gotta dot those i's and cross those T's
Also as of 3/30 the P5 has caused issues with reporting.. Those issues according to the RRC via conversations with the P5 department have been submitted and are currently under review.. by Patrick..
All I said was that it could have played a factor in the process.. I never said it was a a forgone conclusion.. feb 3rd - 7th has over night lows well below freezing... then again the 23rd-27th.. I had said this could explain the decrease in production.. It sure as hell was a factor in the disposition of the product... I also posted this...
