No he has not......maybe because they were your questions. IDK
Mark pretty much updated the questions in his presentation.
I asked Jim how well the response was to the H.C Wainwright event.
It was a well-attended event and we were especially pleased with the large number of investors who tuned in live to see the broadcast. We are publishing and re-distributing the video today.

NorCalTommy-nothing new here but China wants scandium.....would it not be a good situation to have something China wants and needs......level the playing field on REE's

There is no urgency to get this mine built...just ask our government....WTF!!!!
The stockpile was valued at nearly $42 billion in today’s dollars at its peak during the beginning of the Cold War in 1952. That value has plummeted to $888 million as of last year following decades of congressionally authorized sell-offs to private sector customers. Lawmakers anticipate the stockpile will become insolvent by FY25.
CritM3,
Who do you think it will be to sign up for the first offtake agreement for titanium with NioCorp?
Thanks

When the updated Feasibility Study is completed, a news release will be issued summarizing the high-level outcomes.
Jim
I can only assume by now the commercial scale plant has been completed and you have all the information that you require to finalize the feasibility study to be published? Work at the demonstration plant is continuing on two final operations: (1) producing sufficient waste materials for characterization and backfill testing, which is important as the improvements made to the flowsheet have changed the composition of the waste materials, and (2) confirmatory runs of a larger rare earth solvent extraction system.
Or am I still waiting for a final news release to be able to countdown 45 days for the updated FS to be filed with the SEC? When the updated Feasibility Study is completed, a news release will be issued summarizing the high-level outcomes. Within 45 days of that news release, the full text of the associated Technical Report will be filed. Understand that we are allowed to issue the press release before the report is written and issued, but all of the technical work must be done and each of the Qualified Persons (QPs) must agree with the outcomes and provide both a written certification and a written consent before that public announcement can be made.
Mark Smith stated in his video update for Niobium that NioCorp is working feverishly (paraphrasing), on updating the feasibility study. But I’m not sure what that means. Is there anything you can tell me in that regard? Producing a Feasibility Study, even one that updates a previously issued FS, is a very large undertaking. It involves a great deal of engineering and procurement work, both for the underground mine and the above-ground processing facilities, as well as many other assessments that are not directly related to the demonstration plant results. Even elements that have not changed materially since the prior technical report will typically need to be re-priced to account for inflation. Our target for completion is as soon as possible in 2023.
LMAOOOOO 😂
Thanks chico237!!
Thanks Richard!!
Richard
Did Jim elaborate on being in DC? Thanks
Richard Thomas.
Thanks for posting Chico. I talked to Jim the other day and he was in DC again last week. I bet they are getting very excited 😊
Thank you grunt23!!
You 2 ever think you are talking to your selves, everyone has you on ignore. You are full of shit, please go away. Thanks. Go NioCorp!!
Just tell the whole story not just the part you want to promote. Thanks...you are now on ignore
Duke,
We lost 90% of our shares, but what percentage of ownership did we lose?
Appreciate it PutzMueler!!
Thanks
PutzMueler, I have a question for you. Thanks
If you were going to invest say $10,000.00 more in NioCorp, why would you as a long term investor buy shares and not warrants?
Thanks
Feel lucky LCP, if COVID comes back you will not need to wear a mask, because you have your head up your ass.😷
Do you see something within the article that is not true or misleading?
I received a call from Senator Fischer's DC office today. They said the Senator will keep my comments in mind. My email to her was why Government money to MP Materials (all minerals going to China-20% owned by China), and so far nothing to NioCorp. Why is there not more urgency to get the Elk Creek project up and going to secure these critical minerals that are all on the Governments Critical Mineral List. Took a while, but they did get back to me. Go NioCorp!!
Nice article. Thanks CritM3!
I believe the word "turbocharged" was also used.
Staying Tuned.....Go NioCorp!!
I am a Nebraska tax payer who sent Senator Deb Fischer a question 2 weeks ago, and still no response.
F###king pathetic.
Thanks stark12!

PutzMueler
I sit here hoping someday that you will want to give Mark and Dean a big hug.......lol

I feel better knowing I have the same privileges as you walterc, as I have met the management team, and Dean Kehler at the last Town Hall. Go NioCorp!!
