My entire cbd/cannabis watchlist is red, except for vate, canb, and Charlotte’s web. There is some legal grey area, and I think a lot of investors are wary of this sector right now. Once the fda provides some clarification, canb may see some big gains.
Q2 earnings may help as well, but to be honest, I doubt they actually turn a profit. Probably massive revenue gains matched by increased spending. That’s fine. Q3 is when they will become profitable and Q4 will really blow people away.
SAM revenue and hockey stick growth.
Just my opinion, of course.
I think it’s very fortuitous that Canbiola is sold in doctors’ offices and hospital pharmacies. With the fda cracking down on health benefit centered marketing, Canb has an edge because they have doctors verbally recommending the product to their patients. They don’t need to make health claims themselves - the medical professionals do it for them.
I can’t wait for some VA related news to come out from Canb. There is monster potential with veterans living in pain and with ptsd. That’s what I like about this company; their product actually helps people.
Just thinking out loud here.
As a long, I’m not particularly worried. The price will go back up as we progress through the year. In the meantime, I will average down and wait! :D
Once we reach .08, I’m really going to regret not getting more at .07!
I think we need to look at the stock price in context. The entire sector has been getting absolutely hammered this summer.
I’ve ordered the product - it works.
I’ve seen the audited financials - not great, but definitely getting better. Certainly better than when the pps reached over $.10 last year.
I predict this company will be profitable in 2019. And we will regret 7 cents. And there might even be gummies.

I am obviously disappointed in the current pps, but I no longer harbor suspicions that this company is a scam. They have been pretty impressive over the last few weeks, and I truly believe we will see a pretty big upswing here. I don’t know when, but it’s inevitable.
The next earnings report, I bet they break even. Or close to that. Q3 will be their first profitable quarter. After that, it’s all gravy.
Longs will make money, in my opinion.
Quote from the Shi Farms/Canbiola LOI:
Canbiola Chief Executive Officer Marco Alfonsi commented, “This proposed joint venture is very exciting for Canbiola and its shareholders, as it would vertically integrate our positioning and capabilities in the now federally legal hemp market. Shi Farms, a trusted and top-rated CBD wholesaler, will provide technical expertise, availability of seeds and clones, and a cultivation license for the state of New York which Shi presently owns, which license will be used for multiple cultivation locations for the NY Depot. We believe this is a robust growth opportunity for Canbiola, and with Shi Farms as our partner, it would give us the scale and flexibility to increase our revenue in a profitable manner. We look forward to working with Shi Farms and launching this joint venture partnership by the end of July.”
The LOI is non-binding and its terms are subject to the parties entering a binding definitive agreement memorializing the terms of the agreement. The parties expect to enter into the definitive agreements within thirty (30) days from the date of the LOI.
Sounds like the 30 days was a loose guideline. Marco projected having the deal done by the end of july.
I think the Q2 numbers are going to be big, and there will be some other big news by the end of the month. Northwell, shi farms, johnson & johnson expo in a few months, SAM revenues. Great upside potential here.
Sure hope Canb releases some news this week. Preferably not about new board members, but about the shi farms deal being finalized. As some others pointed out, the LOI timeline is up.
Lol, aggressive response dude. I’m thinking at least $4M for Q2. I’m really excited to see what happens in the next couple months!
Hey guys, any guesses on Q2 sales?
The annual shareholders meeting was not broadcast or taped or shared with anyone who wasn’t directly present.
The only thing we’ve seen is this:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13496551&guid=AdGxUaOEseBk53h
Not a whole lot of content here, and I see nothing about Northshore.
Everything else we’ve learned is from ihub posters who were present. I know people on ihub never lie or distort or exaggerate, but I’m old fashioned and would like something more official from the company.
GLTA
Are we sure? Seems like a press release should have happened if they truly landed a huge client like that.
That’s the problem, they haven’t released any of the news. Only the people who went to the ASM and who are on this board know what’s happening.
Over the last year, I’ve realized Canb is terrible at investor relations. They never capitalize on momentum. Just my opinion.
There’s not enough volume to break out of the resistance. Imo
Not sure I fully understand the process here. So Canbiola will purchase hemp from a hemp farm, process it at the depot, then ship it to a hemp farm?
Am I missing something?
Someone here can give the specifics, but as a general summary, they distribute through doctor’s offices. I believe they have 300 or so doctors in their network now. They also sell retail online and wholesale to other cbd labels, I think.
Can someone PLEASE tell highlander where the gummies and capsules are?!!
Thanks for the update!
Ok, thanks for the update!
People are selling? Big deal. People are buying too.
Every stock on the planet has up swings and down swings. I’m long here, so the dips don’t really matter. What matters is the exponential sales growth. And who knows, with this stock, it could be at .10 next week.
If the projected SAM numbers come to fruition, Canb should have revenue of at least 1.6 million for their second quarter. Assuming operational costs and salaries remain the same, they should be in the black. Then, of course, they will only gain in profitability as the year goes on and more units are deployed.
So, this quarter posted a loss. Yes. But the important part of this q was to see whether SAM was bringing in the numbers we expected. It did. I expect this stock to go up in price. Just one opinion.
If the projected revenue from SAM is accurate (which, so far, it appears to be), they can pay their consultants and board members whatever it takes to get there. Talented people don’t work for free, and it’s tough to get outside financing in this industry.
That being said, they need to get a couple things sorted out. Late reporting of 10k and 10q doesn’t scream talent to me. It’s amateurish. The board members need to stop dumping shares, since they’re receiving a generous salary now. If the SAM numbers are real, they should not be authorizing more shares.
I’m long on this stock, but I do get frustrated. A lot of this board is either REALLY negative (see you at .01) or REALLY positive (omg dollars soon TO DA MOON). The truth is somewhere in the middle.
Anyway, everyone have a fun and safe holiday weekend. Good luck in money and love. See you next Tuesday!
There must be a reason we haven’t seen a PR yet. Perhaps they’re waiting for something big to finalize so they can put it all in the same release?
Nobody knows. Marco is a business maverick, not to be held down by trivialities like SEC rules or deadlines!
Great post. Took the words right out of my mouth!
I assume the quarterly financials will be released on Monday at the beginning of the trading week. That’s perfectly fine with me. Give me some more time to buy cheap shares!
Lol, take it easy, bro.
Regarding Transhare, you’ve lain out some intriguing breadcrumbs for the group to follow, but there is no real evidence of wrongdoing by Canbiola, Transhare, or this Kim Whiteside. It’s all very circumstantial, and any conclusion of wrongdoing is pure speculation.
Had the website even been officially launched yet? The prices were all zero, which you’ve been diligently pointing out? Now they are finishing it? Getting ready to unveil a complete website?
I don’t have the answer. Have you tried asking the company?
Maybe store hasn’t opened yet? Maybe temporarily down for maintenance? Please check back soon?
Thank you, I will look into that.
I’m confused about the “accumulation” everyone keeps bringing up. There’s a very small float here, and big money wouldn't have to spend very much at all to amass a huge quantity of this stock. If they were really interested in buying and holding, wouldn’t they already have what they want? I feel it’s more likely they are buying and flipping for small (or big) gains, over and over. I’m not very experienced or knowledgeable about stock trading, but I’ve been following Canb since last summer and have watched the mm’s manipulate this stock the whole time. Not to mention how the insiders keep selling as well. After seeing the reports from April 1, I cant help wondering if these big asks are coming from Marco, or Rolv, or some other insider withdrawing cash at our expense.
Does anyone else feel the same way, or am I crazy?
Stanley Teeple is the CFO listed on the Canbiola website, but Marco signed off on the 12b-25 as the Chief Financial Officer. What's up with that?
Are they able to file for another extension, or is that a one time deal?
I ordered some items from the Canbiola website last Thursday- salve and cryo gel. The charge to my account was from Pure Leaf.
Just placed an order from the Canbiola website-salve and cryo gel. I was order #7026. So it looks like there have been 27 orders since your order Tuesday from the company website, including mine.
No way of knowing the dollar amount on those orders.
I’ll let you all know how the product works for my wife and I.
GLTA
I’m also glad they left Island Stock Transfer, but am worried about the rest of today’s developments. I hope they release the financials this week and hold a conference call or something similar to discuss the company’s progress.
From the 14c:
Purpose
The Board of Directors proposed the Share Increase to better enable the Company to pursue avenues for building capital, attracting service providers and acquiring additional financing. Notwithstanding, the Company does not have any current definitive plans to issue the additional shares authorized via the Share Increase.
Effect on Authorized and Outstanding Shares
The rights and preferences of shares of our Common Stock subsequent to the Share Increase will remain the same. The number of securities authorized to be issued will increase and will increase the potential for dilution for the Company’s shareholders. We do not anticipate that the number of our stockholders, or any aspect of our current business plan, will materially change as a result of these changes. The Share Increase will affect all of our stockholders uniformly.
So, basically, they are reducing the value of current outstanding shares by about 66%. Right?
If they have the ability to produce it in a cost effective manner, they should have all vehicles of cbd available for sale. Let the market decide what it wants.
On a side note, is canb producing cbd products for vate and isbg? We had those press releases last year, but haven’t heard much about it since.
