FTR,
<Please explain the last decrease of insiders and institutions holdings:>
I asked y3maxx how he arrived at his reply to your inquiry, but evidently there will be no answer. He has been hung up on several million "missing shares" for some time. I suspect he totalled all the acquired shares (with no consideration for those disposed of) in the 6/30/06 report of institutional holdings and subtracted that from the recent 12 million share private placement to arrive at his 8.4 million "missing share" figure. If that seems bizarre, it is ... especially since the 12 million shares were not placed until about 7/20/06.
The only logical answer to the decrease in institutional ownership from the 3/30/06 to the 6/30/06 report is that institutions disposed of more shares than they acquired. Why? Who knows, probably several reasons.
However, the 12 million share placement has changed the institutional ownership dramatically since the 6/30/06 report. Assuming no other changes, the institutional ownership is now about 26.3% with a potential of about 32.6%, when/if the 8 million warrants are excercised. Moreover, if William Harris Investors acquired all 12 million shares they alone now own about 19.8% with a potential of 26.7%, if they also acquired the 8 million warrants. Is that significant? Wish I knew.
