This was from Q2 subsequent events that they said was late because they wanted to show the “change of control”. Well it did not happen in “the next two weeks” from 7/25/24. It had not happened by 9/3/24 either. Well it not hard to figure out the statement that they wanted to show the change of control on Q2 subsequent events was bullshit cause it had not even taken place.

MurphDog20/20 could admit they lied and I could let it go…. But it seems he is not allowed to do so cause he knows they did. I picked up on this early. It started with being the only one getting info through some chat. He would give his ideas then a couple days later the company would tweet it. It became more than a coincidence.

After trying to fact check some of the content from that article in my opinion it’s a fluff piece for sure.
The only thing I can personally find to tie her to is ECOBOOBOO LLC. Couldn’t find anything on skincare products etc. Couldn't find anything on CIVET USA or any “AI” related business.

That’s just it. There is zero proof for if it’s right or wrong. We needed to see something in subsequent events that showed this is not a complete scam. We did not get that.
As for timelines obviously I would like for things to move more quickly as I’m sure everyone would. But I personally expected them to do what they stated they would do in the timeline they gave and they didn’t. Then they claim Q2 is late because they wanted to show the change of control when it was filed. Well the way it reads that process has not even started.
So they set the expectation not me. If they had followed through this would not be a topic of discussion.
So it goes to the old saying “fool me once” …But at this point there is absolutely no logical reason that someone could expect anything but the same misleading chit from this company. It was literally the first thing they stated definitively that would happen and it didn’t.
So just acknowledge the fact they lied and we can get along…. Lol. (I won’t hold my breath) But the fact you can’t gives me the bad vibe I have about you. It is what it is.

To my understanding the fact they filed a annual report in March is what will keep them from the expert market . But I could be mistaken. It’s not about patience at all. I am impatient but…I don’t think Hit comes off that way. It’s about them not doing what they said they would and not providing any details on CIVET USA. It just smells man.
