Yup.
We have had some big volume days but not a lot in $$ figures. I'm sure the insiders are tapped out or burned out or have simply lost trust.
Or it gains and they all feel like fools. Like all of us will. Actually, regardless of what happens we'll all probably feel a little foolish about something. Right? Buying in the first place, not buying schloads more at .004, not selling at .008....
The list could go on and on but like I've said before, hindsight is 20/20.
Gosh, you're so smart.

UPDATE AS OF 21 Feb 2008
As per my previous release, the following is an update as to our current progress. Reliant has received the following information from David Miller CEO of RIVEROAKS at approximately 3:07 AM Feb 21, 2008 via e-mail:
Quote
The initial instrument and tranch of funding will be available for disbursement at the end of next week. The investors will be paid on an earlier payout schedule, which will be disbursed between this coming Monday and Wednesday. There will be no further delays.
We apologize again for the time it has taken to finish. We appreciate you patience and commitment during the time it has taken to successfully finish and attain financing for ROCM.
We will be traveling over the next few days. We will be facilitating wires from either London or New York. We will try to keep everyone informed via email or the telephone.

Reliant will advise any further communications and looks forward to the anticipated funding.
I've been watching this closely and have been buying in....
Most of the progress will be made in the 3rd and 4th quarter but this stock is being watched by a lot of investors and analysts so it's a real guessing game.
The Seneca plant is finished and is being ramped up so when they start shipping oil and prove the refinery will be able to run at full capacity, I believe that's when the proverbial s&*t will hit the fan! It's possible they could be at full production for the 3rd and 4th qtrs and partial production for the 2nd.
Watch closely!
Someone just dumped a big block but they can't keep 'er down!!
Well at least we'll have something to do.
They told us 10 days and everyone tried to push it before 10 days. I don't see a major issue here. If this kind of stuff carries on after 10 days then we have an issue.
I guess we could try to not wait and see where that will get us....
Just throwing around ideas..... .lol
Crossing barriers here.....
.01 by close?
Imagine what it could do if they actually started closing loans!!!!
MM's are skimming.
In the afterlife? You're a patient person.... :)
Hey wolfster1, just stumbled across this from an article I read the other day.
Seems like there would be some more excitement with that PR that came out on the 7th....
Don't forget that on the other side of pumping are the shorters. Pumpers try and inflate a price to eventually dump the shares.
Shorters will bash in order to get people to sell so they benefit from that.
Who's the only basher on our board who has stated he has a short position? And has been covering? Stoxter.
Volume is over 1 million!
Excerpt from 10KSB:
"Construction activity is nearly complete for the 60,000,000 gallons per year refinery at Seneca, Illinois and as of January 2008 the refinery is mechanically complete. Mechanical completion is a point of construction where all the basic equipment, buildings and infrastructure have been installed, connected and prepared to start operational testing. We are making preparations to commence start-up and operational testing. Substantial completion is the next point of completion and typically follows mechanical completion by about thirty to sixty days from start-up."
Certainly sounds encouraging.
So who's buying more!!!???
Interesting. Not sure what to make of it all. If Reliant can utilize these funds correctly (and I'm skeptical they exist), it would be the underdog comeback performance of the century.
I smell a press release coming soon. Only insider info being passed on can move the price and volume like this.
And where is the interest coming from?
Surely they see value there, I don't doubt that but with the little revenues and high dilution it's a long road to prosperity for shareholders.
Cool, so what is that, 49 million more shares?
He said,
"Let's just do Jill". lol
People call my dad "John" but his real name is "Jack". I think you're on to something.... :)
Short interest getting smaller and smaller.....
Well there it is then.
I think as far as the pps goes we should be good if not even gain a little as some shorts out there will want to cover. From a short's perspective they probably think we don't have a snowball's chance in hell by why take the risk at these levels?
Time will tell.
I think we are all questioning at the moment. And even if they SAYYYYY they have the money......
Or just an internal, company policy for the bank. In which case you would never find it with an army of researchers. Would be best to just call the bank and ask them....
I think these are different circumstances and every business, it's executives and management are going to act accordingly to their level of business acumen, experience, size of company, maturity of company, ....etc....
Even when you refinance a home they hold the funds for a few days right? Why is this so unusual?
If we're wasting our time what are you doing? Securing your short position?
Who's the scammer here?
You do realize that we're all already knee deep in this right?
I'd have to agree with you Maz. All this is being released "in real time", so it would seem. Everyone knows it's "supposed" to happen anyway....
Besides, you have to make a gain or protect yourself from losses and the volume isn't indicating any huge market moves....
Emailed the company regarding their analysis of an expected target to reach profitability. Still waiting for a response....
Enough with this monkey business!!!! :)
The funding would be for operations, not closing loans. That's what a warehouse line is for.
And company's are writing loans. To think the whole banking and lending industry has dried up is ludicrous. Underwriting standards have become very difficult. That's the real issue with all these company's going under. Most of them were shady in the first place....
Also, if the company doesn't get the funding, it will be a dead issue. At least in my eyes. So to worry at this point or cover dead issues is futile.
The ask is so thin because the short interest is so large. If this company were to start producing revenue you would see an incredible amount of volume.
Bloomberg shows the short interest at 15mm shares. Can you imagine all those shares coming due?
I guess that would be tempting. .20 would pump some serious life into my portfolio....
That's a good point. Funding doesn't give them value....closing loans does. And closing loans is a long way off....
I think they know that if the funding doesn't go through the investors are through with them. The game will be up. Then we'll all follow the Hamilton's and plague them for the rest of their lives and try and ruin any future business endeavor. They'll have to pop a name change like our friend Steve "Lockhart" at Clipper Marketing.... But that's assuming the worst of course.... :)
