Pershing!? Are you fukkin with us?
Thanks Doc for the chart update!
Thanks for passing it on Shana!
Followed Doc over here. Skimmed over some of the DD; read what ShanaK and the other posters had to say; all sounded good.
The management is very accessible through email. Some posters have actually set up an appointment and visited them.
I’m good. Been hiding out here for about a year. I always miss your charts. Doc throws us one once in a while. Good to see you Hoss!
Hey Upp, how you been?
Yes sir! I imagine we are. You would know more about it than I.
Good point Neb. Just human nature.
Nice job Shana!
There’s the info I’m looking for out of you! Appreciate it QA!
Hey, that’s a nice reminder Shana.
Can’t talk now QA, too busy trying to decipher your previous post.
Thank you Shana!
Rawhide!!!!! Long and using a bong!!
Hi Shana.
I do not know what the NAV of RELI really is yet.
I have to take into consideration that QA may have a rough idea of what it is even though the audits are not released.
I do not know how delisting a year ago has helped RELI or its share price in the past year.
But I have to consider that QA may know how that action was somehow advantageous.
That’s why I used the phrase, “opinions/facts”.
Hope that explains my reasoning.
Thanks QA for your opinions/facts. It’s good to read varying points of views. That’s what message boards are all about.
GRDO, Sorry to hear about your brother. Hopefully he can kick the disease again. Try to have a nice holiday.
We’re pulling a Talledaga Nights Shake and Bake!
It’s Shake and Bake Daddy, and I helped!
Nice perspective, thanks Trow!
ATDS must be about ready to break out.
Looks like everything is going pretty well over here!
Dude, thanks the summary. Well done!
Thanks for the info Shana
Yeah I see that Mark5050, guess we’re just not ready to go to the moon!
I see. Thanks QA!
Rephrase:
If a company can start trading at under $2/share on the NYSE, I think the Nasdaq would accept RELI at under $3/share.
Isn’t there some exceptions to the rule on uplisting to the Nasdaq?
Is the qualifications for a Nasdaq uplisting stricter then it is to get on the big board?
Among other qualifications, doesn’t a company have to have a share price of $5.00 to get on the NYSE.
I remember DXC started trading on the NYSE in 2017 for under $2/share.
I was just wondering about exceptions to the rule. TIA
Thanks Shana
What I get from his post is that when Ezra bought the shell from the previous owners the shell was not completely clean.
There are shareholders and possible debt from the previous company that came with the shell.
That’s the way I understood his post.
With the guidance of his lawyers during the purchase of the shell, I don’t think Ezra would have bought the shell if the carryover wasn’t manageable.
But then again, I haven’t seen the ball since the kickoff.
Thanks for the explanation, I appreciate it.
Thanks for the update Neb, appreciate it!
Thanks for the update Shana!
Nice post, keep rambling, thank you!
Good to know, thanks HB!
Hey Sub, I lack the experience of the ways and means of the MMs. There are a lot smarter people than me on this board who could answer that question
Hey Triple, I bet it’s OCD behavior.
Example: An investor places an order for 5k shares he/she only gets a partial fill of 4,369 shares. Those 69 shares drive them nuts so they get rid of them. 4300 looks better to them.
I see. Good to hear from you. I followed you over here; so thank you. Take care Doc
