I believe That was a partial dismissal in favor of TCA due to ITKH not having appropriate counsel. Since then they’ve secured new counsel and the hearings were continued.

Another evidentiary hearing scheduled 1/9/2020

Reading through the most recent minutes again. Doesn't look to good. ITKH counsel stepped down due to conflict of interests, and they were directed to find new counsel by September. since no one appeared their claims were dismissed.

Then, It seems that TCA's motion was granted to enforce signed settlement signed 6/21 and filed 7/5. I think ITKH attempted a motion to deny enforcement of settlement but no notes after. However; there is a stipulation approved based on discovery at the hearing.sent a letter in to the courts but we don't know the contents.

Now that I'm reading this a little closer, I'm thinking this might not end well... IMO
