I mean they don't even have any funding, have been dark for years, and don't reply to investor emails. Pretty sad way to run a company.
Price is falling because investors are realizing what a stinking pile of garbage this is.
First there was the pump, and now the dump is almost over.
Market has spoken, it is almost back down to pre-spike levels.
You should submit your questions so that Doug can answer them in the call this week!
I actually spoke with Doug last week, had an hour long conversation with him. Very nice and articulate individual. He could not be more embarrassed that the company went delinquent.
He assured me and the other investors I sooke for that he is doing everything in his power to get the filings current.
He wouldn't say it but I think switching CFO's probably has something to do with this.
You should email him and see what he has to say :)
Nice $300 Friday paint job
All the pumping in the world can't save this thing.
False information in the intro is a red flag.
False information currently being advertised in the intro.
The majority of the intro is false statements, my favorite is the part at the bottom "currently not in litigation"
The local newspaper was laughing about how much litigation this greenhouse is in.
Mods need to fix that as it currently displays false information.
He would be on the record and people like us would be able to point out the inconsistencies with his reality and the actual reality of the situation.
You are very right though, it would take zero effort for an update. Whether it be a fluff update or a real one.
Here is the truth about the current status of this company:
1) Not current
2) No permission to grow or sell in NM
3) No operational grow facility
4) No Revenues
5) No market channels to sell future product due to not have licenses from NM
6) Has been dark for multiple years with little to no regard for their shareholders
7) This is my favorite one, they pick and choose the investors they wish to communicate with. "the emails in the intro is literally the biggest red flag for this whole scam"
8) No funding to do anything they said they would. EB-5 was a scam to start, now proven that it will never go through. With the ignorant and unprofessional nature of this project, good luck finding a couple hundred million dollars.
But yet there are a select few "longs" who keep saying that everything is going to be okay, and news is coming this month...or next month...or the month after that.
How can an investor stay so positive when the price has dropped every single day for the past few months??
Hmm...
How much is it going to drop today?
I don't know if the bagholders can handle much more
According to the city of Grants, New Mexico:
Nothing has been started as of today, there is no construction currently taking place and none that they know of in the near future.
Multiple people and business in this city have also confirmed this to be true.
Dark company for multiple years and not a single update on ANYTHING.
Seems legit.
If you want to be a bagholder.
So where are they going to get a couple hundred million dollars now that the EB-5 scam is dried up and gone?
Triple digits? More like triple zero.
This company has been dark for years, inexperienced traders may still be lured into this scam because of certain people who continue to push a false motive on this board.
They pump "hope" that news or promising events are on the horizon.
There is nothing promising about the current situation of this company.
What does that red number next to the PPS mean again?
"No specific date but soon"
Sounds legit to me, oh wait you and the others have been saying that for months going on years now.
You need to learn how to read a chart, a downward line for the past couple months is a bad thing. I found this website to be a big help when I first started investing. Maybe it can help you.
https://www.investopedia.com/
Jesus you finally read it! You guys are getting the hang of this.
So is it Fikany or Finkay?
Matthew Ramirez is with NMSU, basic DD could have found that. The writing is on a research database for collegiate researchers.
It is on page 114, there is even a citation with DIRECT reference to the current litigation going on with BGG/Acoma.
I read the whole thing, it's a good read for someone with the mental fortitude to understand it all.
Basically sums up that they don't want New Mexico to turn into a drug torn state, so they are waiting for federal guidelines.
This was written by the "inner circle" you speak of.

Just call the city of Grants. Find out for yourself the current status of this project.
Read the article I posted that was published by New Mexico State University. They are a partner in this project and from the publication it seems they bailed because of the actions BGG took in overstepping state and federal laws.
Please. Just read it.
Not because I posted it but because NMSU is or was a partner. They were/are a part of the "inner circle" you speak of. They would know better than a year old article.
Well, you are misinformed. Currently, there is nothing to prove that this project will ever come to fruition.
But there are a few people claiming news by the end of the month. Just like the month before that, and the month before that...etc.
Benyam, I see why you are excited about this project/stock. What I wish you would do is just simply call anyone or any business in the city of Grants to find out yourself. Don't just take the company's word for it.
EB-5 is all but dead, they were ignorant to think that would ever go through.
I have a feeling the next "pump" is going to be about some sort of financing they "may have secured"
"Negative" is based on perception in this case. If you have more current info please share.
And I'm not talking about the emails. Those are speculation at best, and I say that with legal precedent. I have attempted many times to contact BGG and Dalsem with no response.
The local city article from Grants proves the greenhouse is currently in litigation. That was from last month.
If my math is correct that is the most current info available to the public, no?
And that's three things you posted buddy....
The city is on the reservation.... dude ....just look at a map.
NEWS OUT:
Published by NM state university, doesn't paint a flattering picture about Bright Green. Looks like they not only jumped the gun, but by doing so tied a litigated anchor to themselves.
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/324181447_New_Mexico_Tribal_Cannabis_Policy_Politics_Guidance_for_Government-to-Government_Cooperation_in_State-Tribal_Cannabis_Compacting
"Finally, based on the Acoma Pueblo-Bright Green venture’s
stated plan to neither pursue permission from the state of New Mexico to conduct its massive cannabis
grow nor comply with established New Mexico medical cannabis laws and regulations, the operation
would likely be a large target for a federal enforcement to deter tribes from establishing cannabis
programs or businesses that go beyond the scope of state law. Considered together, the Acoma-Bright
Green joint venture presents a very high risk to the Pueblo and Delaware company of being: raided by
federal or state police authorities, taxed heavily by the state of New Mexico, vulnerable to civil liability,
and having its contracts found to violate public policy."
Wow. I mean just, wow. What were they thinking? They made themselves a giant target for the state, federal, and Indian affairs officials. Just hiring a non-Indian employee would instantly make that person a criminal. Didn't they think of any of this beforehand? Not pursuing a state permit? How did they plan on selling any of their product?
If that wasn't enough, here is proof that the company is in current litigation over the crumbling greenhouse in Grants that has yet to start being renovated.
https://www.cibolacitizen.com/news/greenhouse-excitement
Now combine alllll of this with the corrupt Eb-5 investment that we haven't heard of in 2 years. Not a pretty picture. Where are they going to get a couple hundred million dollars? Investors won't want to put money in this if it MAY NEVER be able to pay for itself. If anything ever does come to fruition, expect to be much smaller and catered only to the state market it resides in.
Bright green is no longer on the Dalsem website.
The best news this stock has had in years is that we now have a merger taking place? For what? This project was supposed to have been done already and making money. Instead they decided to cut corners and piss off literally every institution and law enforcement agency tied to this. Had they not done that they might have had a chance.
Exactly! If nothing is being done how can it be illegal?
LOL
505-287-7927 is the number for the city of Grants, New Mexico.
The only thing confirmed by the city is that BGG is up to date on their taxes.
Multiple entities in the city will confirm that nothing is being done on the greenhouse.
Since the EB-5 fell apart now they are looking for a couple hundred million dollars.
With minimal effort potential investors can look at their track record and see that they have no idea what they are doing.
If this does ever go through I would expect it to be a fraction the size they claimed it would be. They can only sell in New Mexico until federal laws change, therefore expect investors to only want an operation catered to making money from the state.
For the merger. Get your facts straight.
In big bold letters for you:
NOTHING HAS BEEN UPDATED ABOUT THE ACTUAL CURRENT STANDING OF THE COMPANY, IT'S ASSETS OR THE FUTURE IT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE.
That's all you have?
Their entire initial plan was illegal according to state and federal governments, thus nothing has happened over the past 2 years.
They clearly didn't do their homework.
Sad because had they done this correctly it probably would have been producing already.
Big players being the United States Goverment, specifically the Bureau of Indian Affairs?
Or what about the State of New Mexico?
Because according to them everything about this operation is illegal. Not to mention Bright Green thought they could circumvent all the named organizations above. Yeah, I'm sure that went over well.
Seeing as how this company has been dark for almost 2 years now, I'd say that went reallll well.
But wait! News is just around the corner. How many times are you going to play that broken record? 35% drop after drop after drop, and you think this is going to be on a better exchange?
Get real.
So how is that Audit coming?
This has nothing to do with manipulation. This is going back down to pre-spike levels. The company is dark and a lot of the money that got in over .10 is starting to realize that.
But all the updates in the world are just around the corner right???
People that keep saying that are the ones trying to convince themselves that all the red in their accounts is a good thing.

Sounds like he has a timeline falling into place for everything.
Exciting times to be a ITKG shareholder!
Just keep an eye on OTC Markets, filings could drop anytime.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ITKG/overview
With no updates this could be sub-penny in only a month or two imo. I don't think they have a break glass in case of emergency plan for the pps. At this point nothing has shown they even care about their investors or the pps.
This is going down back to pre pump levels. Let's just hope there's enough resistance to stop the fall.
