>>That's like saying not disciplining your child encourages bad behavior. <<<
You're kidding right?
Maybe when we reward bad behavior we encourage abstinence.
How about riding in after the battle and shooting the wounded?
Seriously I'm a grandpa 5 times over and I've personally seen the results of new thinking, old thinking and non-thinking.
But companies aren't children but people that run them are or were.
Sorry misread the Company Info 215 OS/22 mil float.
Honestly we were dead in the water before 2010/11 , so 25% of something may be worth more than 100% of nothing.
But it could happen again and again to where we get zip and the SEC is OK with that. Don't think the State of Texas gives a hoot either.
Security issues EXEMPT from R/S is the crime.
SEC encourages it by not limiting it for repeat offenders. There are as you know many repeat offenders but that has nothing to do with what's happening here with NSCT.
This is a takeunder or Eviction as aptly stated. My question is where did they legally earn the right to call these shots. OTC says OS is 225 mil and float almost the same that means to me no insiders holding voting majority... so where did she come from and how much did she pay to take us over or under?

Then there is this r/s pending to consider as many shares have been declared exempt from r/s. (How Many I am unsure?)

Also NSCT .035 just graduated from PINKs like CTEI did before its first real run.
Consider the positives here:

Like I said it should be wild if it works and certainly looks like its working. $3 by Friday... not sure which Friday.
The same "Street" also rates TSLA a sell. TSLA soars to $190.
"We rate TESLA MOTORS INC (TSLA) a SELL. This is driven by a number of negative factors, which we believe should have a greater impact than any strengths, and could make it more difficult for investors to achieve positive results compared to most of the stocks we cover. The company's weaknesses can be seen in multiple areas, such as its generally high debt management risk and poor profit margins."

CloudMD participates in the rapidly growing US Healthcare industry, which is expected to grow from nearly $2.0 trillion today to approximately $2.9 trillion in the next 2-5 years. Research by The American Medical Association, The Gartner Group, Datamonitor and Forrester Research and others makes it clear that healthcare provider spending has been growing annually since 2005 and is expected to continue growing through 2016, led by the IT services segment, whose annual growth rate is expected to be 6.6% compound annual growth rate.
Recent industry changes have added many challenges and complexities to the business of the medical practice (EHR transition, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“PPACA”), HIPAA revisions, Accountable Care Organizations (“ACO”), ICD-10, Electronic Prescribing “eRX”, Physician Quality Reporting Solutions “PQRS”, declining reimbursement rates, increased patient payment responsibility, etc.). As such, many practices have started to reevaluate the idea of partnering with a professional medical billing or revenue cycle management firm as a possible resource for addressing some of the challenges.
The Future for Cloud-MD™
Our business strategy includes the acquisition of successful billing companies in strategic markets, the acquisition or licensing of useful
emerging technologies and the direct sale to physicians of Cloud-MD™ Office software licenses.
On the Medical Software and Billing Services side of the equation, Cloud-MD™ has already begun the sale of software licenses and the
acquisition of billing companies with the purchase of Doctors Network of America, LLC and is currently in final negotiations with two others billing companies in Texas and we are currently in talks with another medical software company to acquire their software assets and customer
base.

Thanks for that explanation. The fog is lifting.

How does ECSL differ from Butanol?

I knew this was a winner, that's why I am keeping the other 100 shares :)
Thanks for posting that CDOC news, doesn't show up on Yahoo for some reason. Your alerts are really humming. Thanks
Rants over sorry, used to be my largest holding but the no news ever CEO wore me out. Some of these guys just must hate it to have shareholders.
Something is going on and I have never seen anything like it. There is a ton of hot pot money running loose here and I hope the winners know this don't happen often and for many of us never.
IE GRNH 11/13 .025 1/8/14 traded to 1.20 before falling back... No recent corporate NEWS released that I can find...Huge volume ..WHY
Congrats to the winners, don't throw it away.
I hope your patience is rewarded, certainly hangs in there pricewise.
Thanks for that info. Any near term events you are looking forward to?
Thanks, I could see where that could generate some sizzle.
Back on my list Thanks
How exactly does ECSL fit in to this solution? Several posters I follow have been talking up this stock but forget to mention why?
CDOC .19, the PE soars to 3! Neglected and unloved like IVFH use to be then it got noticed. Seems to be happening here.
OT, I can't believe the managers of these companies enter into loan agreements with these type lenders not expecting disastrous results for current shareholders. Regardless of "restrictions" the floods starts almost immediately and feeds on itself.
Yesterday three popular pennies (AQUM, SFOR, GNCP,) that have been hammered every week for months since announcing a funding got smashed into .0001 in some cases. 200 and 300 million share bids got wiped out in the process.
One company continues to wonder where all this stuff is coming from:
>>>>The Company's Management can confirm that this is a top priority and is based upon market activity of late and from numerous e mails from our stockholders. The Company's Management realizes that this situation needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. It is hoped that we will be able to announce our intentions to rectify the misconceptions; and to provide an solution on Monday December 16, 2013; failing which, no longer than a day or two thereafter.<<<
Impressive! Now if the would appoint a women CEO we would be all set.
(smile)
Thanks, FS
To hold this stock for better days, one need only ask what is the mkt cap and is the future revenue stream worth the risk. Penny stocks aren't like a savings account but not like a dog track trifecta either.
There will be better days for most and a brand new year soon. AQUM seems to me to have interesting potential.
Thanks, that should ring some bells and wake up some bulls. There is the possible big brother connection we need.
Big brother and a real bank financing this dilution free acquisition and that explains it. Going to be wild IMO!
Very valid points and this confluence of events or non-events offers those that see the glass as half-empty some hope to being vindicated however this market is looking for winners and the guys that see the glass as half full are way ahead of the competition.
Take Wendy for example what's right about them I don't know but a year ago it was $4.50 now its $9. Tasr made .10 last quarter and it hit $18... IVFH earned reported .20 for the 6 months after some 10 or so quarterly sales records and finally moved from .25 to $1.50
BCCI lots of possibilities and American's are coffee-holics. We use to throw old coffee out every couple of hours or so, now we make it into a milkshake and get $4.
Baristas ice Cream bars however are BCCI and according to posts elsewhere are just now showing up at 200 C-Town/Bravo stores in northeast.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/baristas-ice-cream-arrives-c-102200116.html
>>>About C-Town/Bravo: C-Town Supermarkets is a chain of independently owned and operated supermarkets operating in the northeastern United States. C-Town was founded in 1975 with the goal of employing economies of scale to allow its small member stores to pool their purchasing and advertising power. C-Town operates approximately 200 stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. C-Town is the fifth-largest food retailer in the New York City metropolitan area. C-Town is supplied by Krasdale Foods; many products sold in C-Town stores are labeled "Krasdale Foods." (Krasdale also is a supplier for the smaller Bravo supermarket chain.)<<<
Seatle, Florida, Northeast... lot of USA distribution for such a small unknown company. GMCR $9B mktcap tasty speculation.
You are correct, those K-cups are a Green Mountain offering but note they are the top of their line. About 25% higher retail.
I think the public might easily make the same assumption I did so don't think can be anything but a positive for BCCI.
GLTA.
This is going to be wild.
This month shipment of K-cups from Green Mountain contained samples of Barista's Italian and Colombian blends. That's a new promotion I assume and the samples were excellent. I see their K-cups offered almost everywhere now so the retail presence is growing IMO.

I remember selling some (not all unfortunately) at .75, so I'm looking forward to seeing that tested. The market wants to love this stock IMO. It went up so fast before on just a single sale of a "simplified" system to a utility. Why many other American sales didn't follow might have been the entrenched "good ole boy" reciprocity of those days but far less of a force today.
We shall see how their ingenuity can rehabilitate this company's products.
Fantastic, me lucky stock strikes again! Should prove interesting the next few quarters.
To its credit CTEI has maintained its capitalization through the good times and bad. Now we shall see how they accomplish this transaction.
Don't forget their is a larger company in CTEI's shadow. $57 million rev ought to do something to a $9 million market cap.
Coking coal, also known as metallurgical coal, has low sulfur and phosphorus content. Coking coal is able to withstand high heat. Coking coal is fed into ovens and subjected to oxygen-free pyrolysis, a process in which the coal is heated to approximately 1100 degrees Celsius. This melts the coal and drives off any volatile compounds and impurities to leave pure carbon. The purified, hot, liquified carbon solidifies into lumps called "coke" that can be fed into a blast furnace along with iron ore and limestone to produce steel.
Steam coal, also known as thermal coal, is suitable for electric power production. Steam coal is ground into a fine powder that burns quickly at high heats and is used in power plants to heat water in a boiler that runs steam turbines. It may also be used to provide space heating for homes and businesses.

Think Moonshine, Wild Turkey vs Miller Lite
CTEI .20 IVFH $1.35/40 while the rest of mine snoozing peacefully on their bottoms.
The "rest of mine" mostly came from the "get rich quick kids" and not here.
IHUB showing 3.25 billion shares after all those r/s. Can that be true, how many r/s were there? I need to compute my losses.
"FEDSKINS" Maybe?
When will FNMA takeoff again?
One question comes to mind, how are they paying for these new investments? We haven't received the bill yet, so I think there is some concern.
http://sensevolution.baggi.com/
Obviously CTEI's products must address some app Baggi lacked. Should be long term positive.
Me too LT and thanks for SFOR also from .0007. Very nice potential.
