Does Mullan still believe in anatabine?
Time to think about how to get the anatabine back to the market. Inventing an alternative way to manufacture would be the only way probably, chemical or biochemical/genetic. Wonder if anyone somewhere in the world is trying that.
By the way, some of you guys should put some stink bids for the auction, just for in case.
Wonder if JW is a majority holder.
Guys, we lost all our money here. No money left to buy AVXL. Better go to GOOG board to advertise it, that's where rich people are.
In that case I am lost here like mdropp.
I think, because Nilvadipine was a hypertension drug, FDA advised Archer to find an alternative, I could be wrong, though. So, anyway, people have been expecting some kind of mixture between Nilvad and anatabine could fit the bill. Anatabine itself also showed some promising effects in animal study.
LutherTiggs, conflict of interest is a serious issue. He will not ignore.
seek_the_light, exactly.
I have two questions: first, I doubt anyone knows the answer, but who are against anatabine and why, and second, assuming the effectiveness of anatabine is true, would it be worthwhile trying to find a different way(s) to produce and reintroduce anatabine, also assuming there is no behind the scene effort to revive RC and Anatabloc?
What is that story?
Good post again, LutherTiggs.
LutherTiggs, good posts! (eom)
That should be the way if anyone wants to get anatabine into the market again. That will not be the way if anyone has other agenda. My opinion.
If someone's finally giving up and dumping out, not interesting, but if someone's trying to scare others (several stubborn nutheads) to give up and make them dump, then interesting. For the latter case, why would someone do that, I have no plausible explanation.
Relaxation, meditation, Yoga etc affect gene expression including downregulation of NF-?B-targeted genes...

Wonder why it's taking so long. I don't mean to know the typical length of time Chap 7 takes, though.
I am not very sure, but if you put "all or none" trade order, your order might not show up. Also, such conditional order has lower priority for the brokerage house to fulfill. Again, not very sure.

I think it was mistyping of one and a half million. BTW, how's your mouse experiment going?
powerwalker, you are wrong.
Archer's Nilvad might be targeting beta-amyloid, but Rock Creek's anatabine definitely is not about beta-amyloid.
Haha, every time seeing that disgusting face I have had the same thought for quite a while. I often thought about making the same request to whoever the moderator was that time.
I think I can remove it now, actually anyone can easily become a moderator and do the same. By the way, does the majority of the members want this legacy photo to go, I would like to ask. In the meantime, you might stay logged on and use the "Hide Intro" button to hide and not see the intro.
I mean, what possible scenario do you hope to be being played and by whom?
How would it matter for us? What's your scenario?
MineAllMine, has Mr. Miller, the trustee, ever replied to any of your emails?
Been hoping for JW to come back for a revenge, haha.
My opinion is that he could be in legal trouble, but I know nothing about law.
So, Carole, what's your future prediction?
Too bad it's not freely open to public. Anyway, abstract says anatabine is beneficial.
"These data demonstrate efficacy of both early and late initiation of treatment with anatabine in improving long term behavioral and pathology outcomes after mild TBI. Future studies will characterize the treatment window, the time course of treatment needed, and the dose needed to achieve therapeutic levels of anatabine in humans after injury."
Same here. I also wondered about it. I assumed RC or her subsidiary did it, though.
If anyone wants to do business, or research, with anatabine in the future, Anatabloc manufacturing facility is very important. Taking IP rights is one thing, actual manufacturing is another. Therefore, I argued that instead of taking only patents taking over the whole company (which includes manufacturing) by buying all the cheap shares and turning the company around is the better way. The bankruptcy court must be informed that the manufacturing facility alone should be able to fetch some not insignificant amount of money. It's only a wishful thinking of mine, though. By the way, I wonder if anyone is trying to find an alternative way to synthesize anatabine.
If they've got an idea how to deal with the debtors, it would be better for Archer (or any other company) buying secretly almost all the shares without driving up the stock price. That way they can take the control of the company and IP rights as well without the risk of being outbidden in the auction.
Quite interesting I think.
Does anyone know what this is?

Where would get the anatabine for your experiment? Are you going to use Anatabloc you still have?
Roskamp did Alzheimer mice study with anatabine a few years ago. Don't you remember the lady doctor's presentation?
FDA advised Archer to develop drug other than Nilvadipin because it's originally a drug for hypertension. Some people here were hoping Archer to try a mixture of Nilvad and anatabine. I was thinking about the possibility of reverse merger of Archer and Rock Creek.
Will it be good for RCPIQ shareholders?
We talked about it before, months ago. I doubt he and/or his associated parties can participate in any way in bidding for the patent. I am concerned about the conflict of interest there. CEO of the bankrupted company turns around and bids for the patent?
Other than him anyone who has resources can buy controlling shares of the company, come up with the revival plan, change from chapter 7 to 11. Then, the stock price could rise above a dollar level. That would give enough profit (at least in paper) to compensate for the cost and would also provide enough room to maneuver. Too simplistic way of thinking, but I am trying to be simple.
Any other rumor?
So, it must be that Mullan actually had never been seeking any partnership.
Wow, great, that's some serious effort.
