Here’s an exchange between myself and Nyloxin on Facebook messenger. The biggest thing I take from this exchange is that they confirm that there is a JV in the works.

How's the new production facility going? Are you still expecting the ES oral to be out in August? Do you still expect to be in Walgreens and CVS in September?

The JV has other plans for distribution that we will roll out shortly. These include a retail rollout over time.

We do expect to have the ES Oral Spray shortly.

I agree with everything you are saying. I do believe the wait will be worth it. I finally heard back from Rik yesterday. Here's his response after i begged with him to send out some updates on what is going on.

We have news coming.

In the meantime, the stock is INCREDIBLY undervalued. Independent valuations put us at over $50M and we’re currently trading at less than 1/10 that.

Has anyone heard from Rik this week? He's gone radio silent on me this week. He usually responds within a few hours, even if it's just to say he can't say anything right now. Hoping that is a sign that a big announcement is coming soon. Or maybe it's a sign that he's tired of me bothering him.

I heard their short term goal for Nyloxin is to make the September Buying for Walgreens and CVS. I think that would be great, but Nyloxin is just a small side gig for this company, much better than 99% of the pink stocks, but the big deal will be the JV to get their pharmaceutical drugs moving again in the right direction. That’s where the big bucks are. Just my opinion.

Very true. I also think there are multiple things going on (JV, VA Trials, Nyloxin getting back into retail stores). I think he sort of got egg on his face last time when he released the PR about VA a little too early last time, so he wants to make sure all is set in stone before saying anything now. Just my opinion.

I think I mentioned this before, but Rik is very accessible via Nutrapharma’s facebook page. Just use the messenger and he usually responds the same day. He did tell me his sister had just had a stroke and he has been out of the office because of that.

If someone was waiting for this 10Q to decide that they were going to sell then they’re not too bright. Just sayin...

I don't think the sales for the first quarter will be very impressive. They are still doing trials to get full approval of the VA. This will be completed soon and i believe a PR will be coming out detailing this. I also believe there will be a PR coming out soon detailing the JV. If you are still in the game, i certainly wouldn't tap out now. These are just my opinions.

Anything is possible with this stock once they announce the JV for the MS drug and the roll out of the marketing campaign for Nyloxin. They are also still doing the trials for the VA, so if that has a positive result then that just adds to the positive outlook.

I tell everyone i know to just get a million shares, i mean right now you can get a million for $1,400 - $1,600. Geez, most of us burn through that in a weekend.

Not a bad ROI. I will be happy if they are off by 50%.

I took it as we will be getting news over the next few weeks. Maybe he meant in a few weeks we will have news. Either way to me it sounds like something good is in the works, just not finalized. It may just mean good sales for the first quarter, but I really think they are working on a joint venture and he is hoping to finalize within a few weeks.

I would advise anyone that has questions about NPHC to message Rik on the Nutrapharma page. The dude has always responded to me within a few hours.

Hey Mav, the ask shows .0018 and i put a buy order in for .0018 and i get them for .0017, which is good for me, but why does't the .0017 show up on L2? Is this normal?

He mentioned the JV and friendly financing in a PR the other day. Yesterday I asked him when we would get details about the JV and financing and he said 30-45 days.

Here's what rik said via facebook messenger when i asked about the dilution.

Two noteholders already had shares that couldn’t be sold prior to the 10K being filed. They should be out of stock by now or shortly.

Regardless - I’ve said this over and over - no matter the dilution, we are still undervalued by at least a factor of 18. I believe that any trading at these levels is a gift to shareholders that want to get in while we are so undervalued.
