Agreed Spence. Sans video and overall report was great. I'm glad to hear that the video conveyed the feeling I was trying to explain when I posted my comments about my visit to the show. Unfortunately I wasn't there when Sans was, but the buzz around the HISC booth was the same.
One more observation from the CES. A prospective buyer was showing interest in the CT, but said he was rarely in his office, so he would be unable to monitor his drivers most of the time. Troy, from HISC then pulled up the live picture from the show on his blackberry. The guy was impressed.
On another note, the reps who were at the show didn't know much about the uplist and stock price etc. But they are trying to sell the product, not worry about the stock. Also, the Big Apple rep was very professional, enthusiastic and hot, unfortunately I don't remember her name.
I hadn't read the last few posts before I posted my last message. There ARE CURRENT orders out there. I discussed this with both the Actsoft and HISC people. They didn't give me specifices, but as an example, when I mentioned that I live in San Diego, Bryan Vest told me that the Actsoft (nextel) rep in San Diego has an order for 12 CT's that they have been waiting to fill. Also, he said the sales force is constantly harrassing him to turn them loose to sell the CT's as they have people waiting to place orders.
I went to the CES Saturday afternoon. First, I'll just say ditto to everything Sans reported. I don't want to repeat what he already wrote, but here are a few of my observations.
I don't think I can overstate what a hit the CT was at the show. Admittedly, I was only there for one afternoon, but I had time to talk with the reps and see the reaction of the people seeing the CT for the first time. Also, based on my discussions with the reps, they are DEFINITELY getting orders as a result of the show.
The booth was extremely busy and I stood back and listened whenever someone was inquiring about the CT. There were several people who came by the booth while I was there, and every one of them was impressed. Most of them were techies who understood and were amazed by the capabilities of the CT. One serious inquiry was from a guy who has a fleet of fourteen trucks. Based on his reaction to the CT and his discussion with the reps, I think they will have an order soon from this guy.
Speaking of orders, Bryan Vest, who is a great guy and the manager of Actsoft sales support said that they HAVE orders coming in from different parts of the country but, (as we all know) up until now they haven't been unable to accept and ship these orders. None of the specific orders he told me about were large(mostly 10-20 units), but they were orders for a product that has not yet been pushed hard by the sales force.
I know most of this is anecdotal type of stuff, but I thought you might like to hear someone else's impression of the show.
Lastly, Spencer has speculated more than most that there are a lot of positive things happening regarding sales that haven't been announced and he's occasionally gotten harrassed about it. I think Spence was way ahead of the rest of us. Everything I was told at the show supports what the prevailing wisdom is on the board.

Kook, Thank you very much for the disclaimer. I felt I was mentally damaged after reading one of your posts and I couldn't find my way home. I sought medical attention and the Doctor gave me a Cyber Tracker. Now, everybody knows where I am and I feel much better. Thank you.
Thanks Drone. Looks like I'll have to find a new employer real quick! J/K. I'll make some calls tomorrow and see if I can talk my way in. If I make it, I'll report back.
I am thinking about going to Vegas for the CES. Does anybody know if I can just show up, buy a ticket and go check out the exhibits??
Still accumulating...Surfer
One of my goals this year is to be the first to post a new PR or news to the board. Until then, (unlike the repetitve posters of nonsense, and we all know who they are) I'll hang back. I bought 40K more shares this week at .051 and 20K at .05.
I've learned a lot from the posts today and I am changing my strategy. I will sell my HISC shares (they don't even have an export license!) and buy Google.
Then as HISC (they haven't completed the actsoft deal yet!) grows and completes those pending items and the PPS reaches a couple bucks, I'll buy back into HISC. Thanks for straightening me out...
J/K, I added 50K shares today. I'm playing catch-up with Tex and the rest.
Lacy, are you supporting Risk just because she is the only other poster that is obviously female? Risk is dishonest and everyone knows that her motives are dishonest. It's funny to read her posts at times, but she should be happy she is allowed to post at all. She should answer Kook's questions or go away.
Spence,
C'mon, one guy made some negative comments. Many of us miss your posts. Integrity owes you drinks all night at the party.
Becker,
I've continued buying even though I thought I was done. But, it's so low I decide to grab a little more. I bought at .064 yesterday early because I was thinking it would be the last chance I would get to buy it in the six's. I don't mind, because in the long run it won't matter. Still mildly irritated with myself as I always seem to buy near the high for the day.
Just watched Jane Harman (congresswoman from Calif---on the Intelligence Committee), on Fox News discussing Homeland Security. She said the major risk area at this time is ports, and the containers coming in and out of ports. She also said that funds need to be directed more towards these areas where there are greater risks.
This also from the website. Seems to be a strong committment to the Cyber Tracker as it is the only product mentioned.
Future Plans
Remote Cam Watch
Currently PRO.SEC is implementing the CYBER TRACKER (GPS/GPRS tracking device). This is a newly developed tracking system created by HISS USA (Homeland Integrated Security Systems – USA). The flexibility of the device makes it one of the most advanced in the market today. Further more the system offers a more detailed mapping of the Lebanese territories

OT: The BCS is a joke. Oregon's only loss is to #1 ranked USC, yet they are not in a BCS game. Once again Notre Dame is ranked based on their performance fifty years ago.
A lot of companies agreeing to be paid in stock. I guess there is confidence beyond the people on this board.
I was surprised at the number of shareholders also, but nothing surprises me as much as being reminded that poor J. Ian Riley began his working career at 10 years old. Are there no child labor laws in N.C.?
Great News! Thanks for the heads up, integrity. Jerseyboy, you are on top of things.
This company will be fine. No worries.
Well, this really stinks. I was going to get a cut of RT's salary (a shiny nickel) for each reply I gave to his inane posts. Now y'all might have scared him off for good. I guess I'll have to make a deal with Chisox. Of course, now that I think about it...have you ever seen them in the same room together, hmmmmmm.
c'mon Risk, don't let them run you off!! Remember, you don't get paid if you don't post!
Risk,
Today's payday.

Thank you Risk. It's a pleasure doing business with you.
OT. Tex, it happened in San Francisco. It doesn't even rank as a weird event for that town.
Lacy, I guess it could be entertaining. Chisox would undoubtedly predict that the food will taste bad because all the ingredients aren't posted on the menu. Risk would be wearing a tinfoil hat and worrying that the food was poisoned because he didn't watch it grow, harvest it and cook it in his own pot.
I agree, but I'm afraid to protest too much. I heard about a guy who complained and he was forced to have dinner with Risk and Pat.
Hey, When I came online I was told it was 300,000. Red owes me a 100k.
Risk, speaking of getting a life, do you own any HISC? You've never answered that question, (and never will). Also, you owe me 10 cents for this reply.
Lacy,
In a nutshell...if you look back over the thread, Risk (and maybe some others) were asking questions that are answered in the WP. Tex and others pointed it out, but the same questions continued to pop up. Instead of beating their heads against the wall some more, they replied, "It's in the WP, read it...". So I don't believe they are trying to say that there are secrets to be found there. They (Tex, Capt and others), are a little tired of uninformed bashers wanting to have the history of the company re-written for them every day. Of course, I could be wrong...better read the WP:)
Laci,
I am new to this stock, and new to trading, but even I know what he's talking about. Is Risk your sister?...j/k
Way to go Pat!! (That's #1 response, you owe me a nickel)
Looks like you might be after Risk's job. Risk!!! C'mon don't take this threat sitting down. Our partnership is on the line here.
Risk,
I'm always trying to think of new ways to increase my income. I thought of one that could work great, but it's success will depend on how much you get paid for replies to your posts.
Here's how it will work. First, I will promise to reply to each of your posts. You have to pay me a percentage of the income you derive from my replies. I'll give a good, "way to go Risk" or "you go girl", for every post you submit. Then each Friday, you send me the agreed upon amount. We both win.
We can invest our increased income in HISC (because we all know your posts don't effect the price) and we'll both own more when the stock price takes off. Please respond asap, because every minute we are not posting we are losing pennies or maybe even nickels.
By-the-way, I'm getting a patent on this idea, so the rest of you stay out of this.
I should mention that I am a fairly new investor. So it may be painfully obvious that my analysis is not scientific or based on years of experience. But it seems to me that an emerging company that has a good product in an area where there is heavy demand, has a good shot at succeeding regardless of the what the graphs etc. might tell you. In other sectors, where there is more long term industry and individual company history, technical analysis using charts and graphs would be more accurate. In any event, we'll all know fairly soon (I hope) where this is going to go. I am definitely not betting the farm on this. Maybe I would bet Tex's farm, but I'm just betting a couple sheep and a cow.
Laptop, IF HISC starts selling product in decent quantities, then sectors and trends and graphs won't matter. Of course, I did start that last sentence with a big "IF".
I pretty much finished buying today. I am giving permission for the stock price to go up beginning tomorrow. I'm sorry to all of you who are upset about the price, but I told Frank to hold it down until I finished buying. I know it was a bit selfish. Please forgive me.
GLTA
Lacy,
It looks like you've just found the smoking gun. The rest of us might as well pack it in.
Seriously, the wording may be a little awkward, but it means that HISC will have 1000 Cyber Trackers in house by the end of the year. It seems pretty straightforward to me. There could be several reasons they don't have them drop shipped to Pro-Sec, and I suppose you could call and ask the specific reason if it concerns you.
And don't give me an excuse that HISS has to test them....been there done that, should be good to go
...Thanks for testing them, I hope you charged a fair price:)
My buying opportunity continues! Okay, not good news for the rest of you, but I could use one or two more days to pick up cheap shares, then to the moon!!!
I got in a couple of months ago at .08. I had two orders filled today. I understand the people who have been in for a while getting frustrated. But, selfishly I see it as an opportunity to DCA down. In a couple days, when I get a couple more orders filled, I'll join those clamoring for some substantive action. Until then, what a bargain!
Thanks Risk. You seem to be a nice girl, but I should have known you wouldn't answer my questions. Good luck to you with all your shares of hisc.
