When I called into TDA this morning I told them I was still getting rejected trades saying it was on suspension and stated the suspension was lifted on Friday. They investigated and said they did find that the suspension was lifted she had to contact a certain department because thinkorswim needed to be updated showing that the suspension was lifted and boom 5 mins later trades were processed. Still debating if I want to get rid of my position. Trips will leave me with nothing idk if I want to go that route. Also they said I could call in to a broker and they'll place the trades for the same commission 7/6.95.

With everything that has been said on here i forgot that I read this section on the PR. Hell they can't possibly be getting investigated by the SEC and still lying on PRs. So if it all checks out only reason we'll be in the Grey Market is cause they're waiting for paper work to be approved by the SEC??? Or will they let us continue trading in OTC market while paper work is being processed?
