If you look at most recent PO's the company has stated they tried to get current I think in February but OTC rejected them because of the ongoing court case. Then OTC sent a letter telling them they need to get current. Confusing. I will hold my free shares. There has been a lot of buying this past month.

Can someone with more experience than my three years explain the "dilution " effect if I choose not to execute my rights and buy more? I understand completely that if I don't buy more and they add more shares through this offering, my shares owned are now less of a percentage of total shares or diluted. But so what? If it goes to .10, my shares are still worth .10 like anyone else who buys more. I just don't want to buy more since I am already in pretty deep and am not sure of the outcome. This judge not ruling on the motion is a bunch of garbage.

I would absolutely LOVE it if the Management came through and actually put something of major substance in this letter. There are a lot if loyal longs, good people, that deserve it! I hope some are able to retire. Unfortunately, I am jaded by the past and in my gut I feel this letter will be more if the same. An announcement of a "pending deal" that is moments away from being signed. The company will then go silent for three months and finally admit the deal fell through. I truly hope I am wrong.

Don't know anything about the one you mentioned. In terms of why this isn't moving? In my humble opinion it's the boy that cried wolf syndrome. Their promises and prs have said the same stuff for years and nothing happens. There has never been any revenue and they work out of a PO box in Vegas. There have been numerous PR's debunked such as Jengu. All just my opinion. You can make money flipping a few points...just don't see it making people rich. A company with zero revenue is not going to climb to $1...
