Yes, WY Governor Gordon still follows CCTC on Twitter!
I just scoured through all 226 he currently follows, and 99% fall into these categories:
Government, Media, Education, Science, Sports, and Individuals (mostly politicians).
As far as I can tell, excluding the media, he only follows TWO for-profit corporations...
Black Hills Energy (a utility) and Clean Coal Technologies Inc!
Let that sink in for a minute. The ONLY coal-related company Gov. Gordon follows is CCTC!
When he tweets about his continuing commitment "to export clean coal," whose clean coal do you think he's referring to?
BTW, Aiden said he was scheduling "a one on one" with Governor Gordon last month... Hmmm, I wonder how it went?
Just a wild guess... September for the shareholders' meeting, hopefully of this year.
In the words of the immortal Tom Petty,
"Even Eves & Neary get lucky sometimes."
No, I've suspected for a couple of years that CCTC might be fully diluted by the time they finally commercialize, but I had hoped it wouldn't happen. For those like me who are neck deep in CCTC and unwilling to cut their losses, about the only thing we can do is buy more and average down. Understand that I am fairly confident in the future success of Pristine technology, just not the timeline.
Hopefully not too soon... I plan on digging my hole deeper before the inevitable announcement.
To be honest, I suspect shareholders will be asked to vote on a sizeable increase in authorized shares to facilitate any funding deal. It's just a guess, but makes sense given that the shareholder meeting was delayed pending a funding announcement.
Only ~100M A/S are remaining and they're going fast to service their toxic debt. While none of us want more dilution, I'm for doing whatever it takes to get the test plant assembled ASAP and begin testing client coal. Until that happens, CCTC is circling the drain.

Great week. I'm excited for what comes next!
It's not because he doesn't want to. He said there's lots of things happening behind the scenes that he'll be excited to share once the deals close. Shareholder meeting was delayed until they have "some actual hard closures." To quote Aiden, "The company is not dead!"
"Half a dollar incoming!" … fixed!
Yeah, let's pray that's not the Governor's reaction!
I agree with everything you said. Just this week I complained to Aiden about the serious lack of communication with shareholders.
He said, "stay tuned for updates."
Soon?
Says Aiden Neary... "every calendar year."
Annual meeting is once per calendar year and will likely be held once funding is secured... In other words, any day now.
Aiden needs to move that COSCO trailer ASAP!
Coalduster, it amazes me that every time some paper hander takes a massive dump, someone is waiting to immediately scoop it up. With 44M shares traded in the past 2 weeks, we've seen virtually zero change in the pps. Could this be some kind of coordinated transfer? Also note, no increase in O/S for 7 weeks.
WhiteCoal, that is interesting. I expect news soon.
I only spoke to him briefly in 2018 around the time ATLAS received that $15M EDLP loan for expansion. The big takeaway was that they hoped to make use of a certain Pristine byproduct for their activated carbon. He had weekly conversations with Aiden and felt confident in their technology. I got the impression that they had big plans... Jim was excited!
Fast forward 3 years... nothing but crickets and tumbleweeds.
I believe that will soon change.
Apes hungry! Rotary kiln makes great glazed popcorn!
I've hinted for 3+ years that CCTI and ATLAS are linked.
That DD came straight from the self-proclaimed "man with many hats," which included former ATLAS VP/COO and CCTI landlord.
They want to make use of our test plant byproducts! That's why the slab in on ATLAS property.
Yep, I'm enjoying my trip to the moon while practicing my Charlton Heston impersonation.
AMC could easily eclipse $100 before re-entry. We might even have enough gas in this barrel of monkeys to reach Pluto.
5/19 Vol:137k @0.00919; 5/26 Vol:12.3M @0.0093; O/S stable at 369M for 6 weeks.
In other words, today's volume was up 9,000% from last Wednesday, but our PPS only gained 1%.
Something strange is going on. If shares were being dumped, CCTC would nosedive, and vice versa.
Maybe these shares are being traded/transferred between institutions? If so, why? Funding announcement soon?
I'll hold my breath and count to twelve. (hint)
In the last 5 trading days, we've had 25M shares traded, ~7% of the total O/S, with virtually no change in the PPS. Does that seem strange to anyone else?
It could have everything to do with CCTI!
The future of the WY coal industry depends on TWO things... coal-to-products and coal exports.
CCTI's technologies can help with both of those things. Why do you think WY Gov. Mark Gordon follows CCTC on Twitter?
Realistic prediction? Pop the champagne, we'll break a penny again!
Seriously though, this event should generate some positive momentum for CCTC.
Look at the groundbreaking invitation and the location of the event and parking. EVERYONE in attendance (investors, reporters, politicians, etc), will get a good hard look at our pretty blue kiln and the Lego pieces scattered about on their walk from parking to the event location. Remember that CCTC is partnered with both the UWy's School of Energy Resources and ECED, and both the University and ECED are partners on ACPIC/WyIC. Some of the research at ACPIC will focus on Pristine byproducts extracted using that $1.3M custom-built kiln. Therefore, it is inconceivable that there would be no mention of CCTC, Pristine dust-free coal, or its coal byproduct/REE extraction. If Gov. Gordon himself mentions CCTC, I would not be surprised to see nickel before the end of June. Where it goes from there is up to our crackerjack management team.
I expect that trend will reverse the second week of June.
I'd bet the farm on it... if I had one.
No clue WhiteCoal. What intrigues me is the location selected for the groundbreaking event.
Look closely at the event marker and designated parking area in the WyIC invitation and its proximity to our dusty old slab and shiny new kiln. Also note the event area is NOT on LOT 5 where the lab building is to be built, but on LOT 4, the location of the Large Pad reserved for someone's pilot plant. That's about the right size for a full-scale commercial module, don't you think?
But, let's not get our hopes up... It's unlikely that Gov. Gordon, who'll be speaking at the event, has any clue who owns that pretty blue kiln, who paid for it, or its significance to the future research at ACPIC/WyIC. In fact, he's probably never heard of Clean Coal Technologies...
Oh wait, he follows CCTC on Twitter! $$$
When will it end? Groundbreaking on June 7th.
I predict the groundbreaking ceremony for ECED's Wyoming Innovation Center (aka ACPIC) with WY Gov. Mark Gordon will draw much attention to ECED partner CCTC and our baby blue kiln which sticks out like a hot dog in a donut shop. Someone should send Aiden this invitation. If he isn't in attendance on June 7th, we should doc his pay!

I'll be buying more CCTC when I get back from the Moon!
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NYSE/amc-entertainment-AMC/stock-price
Just 2 drops of virtual juice so far. On paper, I'm up more than two grand, but I'm holding out for a lot more... AMC could easily hit $100 this time as the apes go bananas. A few months ago, the run was nipped in the bud when brokers implemented unprecedented buy-only restrictions on the mime stocks which lasted a few days; that is, you could freely sell them, but only buy very few, if any. Certain politicians and the SEC were not happy, so I believe they are inclined to let it play out this time. AMC has been so massively shorted that today's short squeeze could trigger a gamma squeeze where the price spirals out of control for an extended period... $100, $500, even $1k+ are all possible, albeit unlikely.
Time to grab some popcorn and watch AMC's latest movie...
Monkeys to the Moon!
That is some sweet OJ... more please!
I threw a few thousand into AMC and waiting for the squeeze.
If it ever happens, I'll buy more CCTC and wait for lemonade.
Yes, I'll admit $23M in debt seems excessive for our two-man band operating out of a broom closet office with nothing to show other than a new kiln on an old slab along with some potentially very valuable international patents. I expect CCTI's debt will hit $30M by the time our test plant is completed and the first client signs.
That being said, $30M is very manageable once those royalties start rolling in. Wyoming New Power will likely be the first licensee to sign since they're a related party. Even if they get a sweetheart deal for their planned 2-MTPA Pristine-M plant, let's say at half that standard royalties of $3/ton, that's still a 10+ year contract worth $30M+; debt gone. Jindal and other contracts are gravy.
Hey, tea leaves don't lie. I am confident we'll hear positive developments before the end of June.
If not, I'll retire my tea cup, crystal ball, and that good-for-nothing Magic 8-Ball.
My mom always said my grandmother was a gifted fortune teller. Unfortunately, she died before she could read my fortune... or lack thereof.
I expect news to drop soon!
Soon, as in days/weeks, not months.
Just an opinion based on reading the tea leaves.
This-is-BIG! IMHO more important than rebuild funding!
We all know that India is the real target market for dust-free Pristine-M.
Honestly, with Pristine-M patented in so many countries, I'd assumed India was already in the bag.
The reason I say this is BIG, is because it greatly increases the likelihood of paying Indian clients including Jindal. After all, why sign a decade-long contract to license a foreign technology and commit to paying tens of millions in royalties if you can legally steal the technology if the patent had been rejected?
And from CCTI's perspective, nailing down suitable rebuild financing is going to be more difficult when you don't own the patent in your target market. In fact, why would they accept any development funding and/or technical assistance from an Indian partner without the legal protection of a patent?
I predict good things are coming our way... soon!
@CCTCInc is pleased to announce that after a 9 year application process the Government of India has granted patent number 355966 for a duration of 20 years. India remains a key focal point for our unique first of a kind technology. @CoalIndiaHQ @IEEFA_AsiaPac @AsianMining

I'm guessing this June, but I'm not ready to start another countdown.
