From 10-k: The Company was recently approved as a vendor to sell the Company’s Grease Beast scrub pad line of products over the Lowes.com platform. The Company expects to have the Grease Beast products live and available for purchase through www.lowes.com on or before July 31, 2019.

Yeah, the volume is soo low lately. I tried reaching out to the company but they haven’t responded. They usually do so I’m not sure how to take it.

We all know the products are great, but they need to give a reason for investors to buy.

These type of trades seem to happen a lot on this stock.

They haven't tweeted in almost 2 months. Hard to believe there hasn't been anything worth tweeting about in that amount of time.

It's nice to see a decent size bid show up, but we really need to get some concrete news. The 10-k and 10-q are very late and so is the launch on Lowes.com. I believe the company will eventually deliver, it's just taking much longer than I had expected.

IrieCBD production was moved to Green Lotus's facility in Texas and they expect Irie's COGS to decrease by 30%

Management also expects to eliminate approximately $261k of employee costs

Just that there was an issue with lowes.com that he believes is resolved now. They sent a restock shipment awhile ago to amazon and amazon is taking their sweet time updating the availability on their site.

I haven't added, but I'd love to at these prices.

I emailed Jordan and he responded to my questions. Others I've reached out to haven't.

Shouldn't take much to get the price up.

I think they truly believed that Lowes.com was going to happen within the week and then an issue came up.

I've emailed and text, but haven't received an answer. They can't disclose info to just one person without making it public, so I'm not surprised.

Dilution seemed to stop, now all we need is a reason for people to buy.

The Grease Beast sponge has been expanding its retail locations rapidly (Ace Hardware, TrueValue, Ingles, Homedepot.com, Mitre 10, Menards).

The next few reports should show a steady increase in revenues.

Between Pnat and Frlf, my patience has been tested to say the least.

They're still working on them. They said they'd be out soon, but who knows the exact date until they are finally released.

I believe the company is extremely undervalued and keep adding when I can.

The company had a lot of dilution over the last 6 months and there's a potential R/S.

IrieCBD’s manufacturing will move to Green Lotus’s facility immediately upon closing. Green Lotus’s COGS are 30% lower than irieCBD’s. That’s a COGS savings of $350-400k (on a proforma basis)

Sounded like FRLF just returned the greenhouse keys and will save 670k in mortgage payments over the next 12 months and remove about 90% of the liability.

Hemp2o - bc FRLF was in talks with Green Lotus there was no reason to add a beverage since Green Lotus already had one in their pipeline.

IrieCBD and Green Lotus will share each other’s distribution channels.

Green Lotus is talking to a number of national retailers

Green Lotus received an initial order from CBD life for $3mil in Dec’18 and received a re-order for $23 mil earlier this year.

Green Lotus is currently sold in 1,300 locations and has a 17 person sales team.

They’re working with Rocky Mountain High Brands (RMHB) on the beverages. From what I’ve heard in RMHB’s podcasts, Green Lotus is supplying RMHB with CBD oil and RMHB is manufacturing Green Lotus’s drinks. They are both using CBD Life to distribute their products in Mexico.

Freedom Leaf is about to close its acquisition of Green Lotus Companies.

Green Lotus has a distribution agreement with CBD Life, which has a license to import CBD products into Mexico. CBD Life has 40K outlets to sell its CBD products.

Pura Natural could potentially have its CBD products flow through this distribution channel!

At 27:45 - Rocky Mountain High Brands states that they are the ONLY company supplying CBD beverages to Mexico and Green Lotus is supplying them with all of their CBD for those beverages...

I have to believe that Merida had a say in cutting the Spain greenhouse.

I'm kind of disappointed about the Spain greenhouse, but if they did the analysis and found profitability was no where in sight and it's cheaper to buy than grow, why keep the greenhouse operations going. Cut your loss and move forward.

The fourth quarter should show revenues over $1 million. Expenses will likely be high as they off load the greenhouse, but going forward they will likely hit profitability sooner.

I hope they can salvage some of the cash spent on upgrading the greenhouse.
