I don't have a link or even remember how the connection was made but I believe someone stated that Dr J has had dealings with Google in the past.

Does anyone remember that being said?

And to address the non-disclosure: If I was a f50 company and someone came to me with some new tech that turned out to be something I saw a market for I would ask for nondisclosure also. If they came to me first and I know I have the first crack at it I would think, "hmm. I really like this tech but I really want them to have that patent first. BUT, if someone else comes along with and offer before the patent is received I'll be screwed." I, as a f50 co, would ask for nondisclosure and first rights after patent is issued.

From what I understand we began contact with the f50 company late 2016. I'm sure they would want to do their own DD and probably wait for a full patent in hand before making a buyout offer. Maybe they are just waiting in the wings. Or maybe there is no buyout offer because TTCM sees greater opportunities through licensing.

The number of possibilities are quite large.

That's fine. You are not the target market. I'm sure you don't use every app that's preloaded on your smartphone. This will be similar for you. Just move it off the home screen of your new smartphone and don't use it.

Has anyone mentioned digital check deposits as an avenue for our tech? Not only for altercation purposes but also as origination verification. Believe it or not people can snatch your mobile deposit and alter it's destination. Check fraud nowadays is a whole new ball of wax.

Agree 100%. What I should have said is that I wouldn't consider selling until at least $1. We have a proven professional management team locked in until $3. I choose to follow their lead. I have no reason to distrust their word.
