All anybody has to do is call the toll free number for Artec and they will experience the exact same thing that is the truth.
An automated message comes on and asks for the caller to dial an extension, dial 9 for the name directory, or dial 0 for the operator.
When you dial zero for the operator, you are put directly into the CEO's voicemail.
I have left 5 messages and he has never called me back. I urge all ACTL shareholders to do the same and they will see that I am telling the truth.
If anybody called the company, all calls are routed to the operator. When you push 0 for operator all calls go directly to the CEO. The CEO is the only one working at this company in my opinion. He doesn't answer any calls. Therefore there is nobody at the company to answer calls, and that means if somebody is making a call to do business with artec there is nobody there to do business with. This is why I think artec is not a real company.
I have called twice, but Ms. Zhabilov is not returning my call.
Oh BS. Zhabilov made an error with IMMB that anybody could make that doesn't understand the intricacies of US law. Did you read the SEC ruling?? I did, and Zhabilov got hosed. If he would have PR'd that his Bulgarian business contact (using his name instead of the company name) in Angola was setting up a vehicle to use the IPF treatment on Ebola victims then IMMB would be trading today.
The judge ruled that corporations and shareholders are separate entities, so using the name of the shell company was grounds to keep the suspension in place. Of course, the SEC needs zero proof to suspend a stock for 10 days, and they used a technicality to keep the suspension in place. It was an absolute garbage decision.
LOL!! Notice of more toxic financing is news??? Nice post B!
The billions of restricted shares are being sold? Really?
The pros have arrived.
I have been in this company's office. It is kind of a crappy executive suite set up, and I was there to visit a Realtor that used to office there.
I am going back over next Monday and see if anybody is there or if they have a virtual office.
90,000,000 print. Nice cover.
No, the CEO does not return calls. In fact, the CEO does not pick up the phone. Since the all calls to the company go directly to the CEO, that means that the company does not pick up the phone. That is usually a bad sign for a business in my opinion, but you will have to make that judgement yourself.
If you owned a business and never picked up your phone when it rings, would it affect you ability to stay in business? You decide.
Well Scott Allen, you called it again. Credit needs to be given where credit is due.
Think I might be able to get some 5's and 4's possibly even 3's.
This is covering imo.
there are shareholders with quite a few shares that have been stuck in BSSP for a long time. One guy claimed to have 200,000,000 shares (I don't believe him, but who knows?). I am sure that some of them want their money back.
That is nonsense and you know it. Stock Transfer Agents give out that information all the time.
LOL, I just called Island and the TA is now gagged by the company. What a scam.
I got that email too. I am sending my info over to Bernstein today.
I have called Artec many times and I can't get a return call. I can promise you that if I found out something positive I would post it here.
There is just nobody at the company to whom I can talk.
Yeah, LMAO..why would anybody sell a stock when a Q appears????? A real hedge fund analyst would go down with the ship!!
Congrats on the dumbest post of the day award.
nice spread, lol.
I think you may too. Until the company confirms the deal is consummated the MMs have not choice but to do anything possible to get the price down so they can cover the almost billion shares sold at lower levels.
Below is an important post imo.

Thanks Sterling. I actually am sick and just got up after a rough night. You have always been one of my favorite anonymous internet people that I know but don't really know (lol). Great job.
Your highlighting is impeccable. You know which words are important imo because they tell exactly wbere tbis company wants to go.
There are no stage 3 clinical trials. This bad information is my fault and I should have done more DD before I brought this to the board.
The stage 3 clinical trials were to be for the therapy to treat HIV at a hospital in Bulgaria.
What we have is BETTER than a treatment that must go thought trials and a bureaucratic approval process.
We have a therapy that is approved for use in Mexico NOW and has been used with success. We have a therapy in demand, and we will have four hospital licensed by BSSP to use the therapy soon (according to information already properly publicly disseminated.
The licensing PR is coming soon, and the potential revenue will be impressive.
This is a 20 million dollar company when the hospital news hit imo, and that puts the stock price at .016, imo.
I marked the board and I still am holding my .0001s ;)
When CDEL leads, we go up.
I read the SEC final ruling and it was BS imo.
You write in your profile that you have been a day trader for 20 years, so you know more than me about this game. You know the MMs have to try and cover and they will short more to get down to their desired level.
This will unfold over weeks, not hours. I am not concerned.
I don't.
If that happens, I will be dead from a heart attack but my wife will be thrilled. Good luck to you.
This is dilution imo, but it doesn't matter. This is a 20 million dollar company the minute the ink drys on the Mexican Hospital licenses which puts this stock over a penny.
There is another very impressive Valentin Dimitrov that has worked with Dr. Zhabilov in the past. He is the CEO of a huge multi-national conglomerate that builds power plants. Here is their website- http://www.erhold.bg/en/.
Sterling, you will love this. Check out the patent value report for the HIV treatment. The cancer treatment is even more valuable, and we have the rights to it in potentially the biggest market until the EU and the FDA approve the therapy.
Our patent is worth BILLIONS. That is not my opinion. That is an objective third party opinion.
IMMB theory- Zhabilov now has control of a new shell (BSSP). I think he knows that the SEC won't allow him to move forward so Zhabilov will end up folding IMMB into BSSP to make his investors whole. This will mean, in my opinion, that BSSP is a HUGE play because all four patents covering HIV and cancer will be in play.
BSSP is selling for .0004 right now and it is going to pennies.
The is just a prediction based on what I hope is common sense.
this is going to 2 cents. That is what I really think. I don't want to be seen as a pumper, but there will be significant revenue coming in the next 12 months.
....and here is Scott Allen's .0002 x .0003.
yep, the MMs have to take it down, even if it means they have to get further in the hole. And why not? They know nothing about BSSP. They think this is like 99.9% of the pinkies that go into a toxic death spiral.
They are in for a big surprise here imo.
That Bulgarian connection makes sense. It was a Bulgarian Hospital that gave Zhabilov 2 million USD so the IPF therapy for HIV could get approved in the EU.
