Yeah, the next few days should be interesting, but I'm more interested in the next few months. I look forward a little more...
Looks like we still have some weak holders/day traders that are selling. As soon as we calm down a little, and form a solid base, we should advance further. Things are a little uncertain right now, but the future is very bright. IMHO
Well, that was a pretty disappointing close after getting as high as $1.95...oh well. Take it easy everyone and hopefully we'll have a strong week-end.
I know, I thought about that as well...so did managment. When Scott said "we...will have greater visibility in the public markets and, we believe, improved access to the capital markets to fund our growth" he had smart money in mind. I think his strategy will pay off greatly in due time. BTW, what's up with the wild trading today? The MM is really starting to make me angry!
Most medium/large institutions can't invest in Pinks or BB stocks, but many smaller ones can. It depends on the size of assets under management and their investment objectives. Typically $5 is the minimum for institutional purchases, but small and microcap funds/institutions are more flexible. Of course, if approved by the institutional directors, any institution can invest in anything, with written disclosure to their shareholders/partners/etc.
I noticed that too, he's picking up cheap shares b/c he KNOWS this stock is going higher. IMHO
It looks like the MM decided to drop the trading range back into the $1.80s to thicken the trades in that range. Earlier it just skipped straight into the $1.90s on some-what light volume. After volume builds in the $1.80s, I'm sure he'll push us back into the $1.90s. I'm trying to get in the mind of the MM ;)
Justwatching...did you buy back in? I hope you did, your stategy would have worked nicely. Take care.
I agree, good post. The devil hides in the details sometimes, so the numbers will be very instrumental when released.
The market obviously likes the news, and most investors probably haven't even read it yet.... I have a feeling we'll rebound nicely, and possibly reach new highs soon. Of course...IMHO
I agree, good post.
I was just indirectly quoting the PR. Scott said "The slight increase in net income..." You can do your math, but I need to see a release of the numbers before I start to compute. For now, I'll just have to take what he dishes...
Well, I was really hoping for more details...but I guess we'll have to take what we can get. The guidance has been "slightly increased" and 2006 guidance seems pretty impressive. All in all I'm happy with the results, and the dilution has obviously already been priced in. I'm ready for a rebound now.
I do and I respect that. Take care.
My pleasure: Yes.
Wow, isn't it great that a couple thousand shares can push the PPS down twelve cents! Man, that's just absurd.
Thanks EPROM for the legal lesson, but I'll stick with my original format. Everyone here knows which "Scott" I'm talking about, so there's no need to waste my time. If I were writing and essay, however, I would use the correct format. You can believe whatever you want, but I'm just copying and pasting my correspondence. Simple as that.
I know, the ignore feature is nice sometimes. Because I've posted too much today I'm getting spear-headed by the bashers and board clutter. I had too much time on my hands today... Oh well, I'll just ignore them.
Good...another person to ignore. LOL
I'll buy in if it goes that low as well. My cost basis is pretty low right now, so I can stand some volatility. My time horizon is long-term anyway, assuming my sentiment remains unchanged.
Agrees with what? You haven't said anything! Hindsight is twenty-twenty my friend, it's easy to say something after-the-fact. LOL
That's great! Do you have a link to view it on-line, or do you need to purchase a print edition? I'm interested to see how the unit is described in this sort of literature. This kind of visibility is great to have, gov'ts and law enforcement have deep pockets.
Do you have a golden gate as well? BTW, why are you saying this? If you have a valid argument, please present it and the board will discuss it. You're entitled to your own opinion as am I.
Scott and the rest of management have the best interests of the shareholders in mind when they make decisions, they would not do anything that would hurt us. Some things obviously have short-term, adverse affects, but the long-term vision is key. If you think short-term, this may not be a suitable position for you. This is a volatile, high-growth stock. Long-term is where the meat and potatoes is, and Scott is going to make sure all our stomachs are filled...so to speak.
Thanks Maddog, I appreciate your kind words. I haven't added to my position yet, as I'm already overweight, but I may do so after the next press release. Take care.
You're kidding me, right? Where do you come off questioning my credibility? Who are you again? My e-mail to Scott, and his reply back, are copied and pasted direcly from my e-mail...no changes/alterations/etc. You can either believe me or not, but don't question my credibility. I have never posted a lie, nor will I ever. It's libelous and counterproductive.
My pleasure, I'm just trying gain a better understanding like everyone else. Take care.

I didn't see a follow-up announcement today regarding yesterday's
press release. Do you still plan on releasing more information
regarding the recent developments? The press release makes me believe that there will be a serious dilution and a reverse split, is that the case? If so, what is your earnings guidance and what will be the number of outstanding shares when everything is finalized? Thank you very much for your time.
Scott replied:
I apologize. Initially, and until late last night we planned a release for today. However, it was decided that we could release today but not yet provide full details, or wait a couple days and give full details. Thus we're waiting until we can provide more info. Again I apologize for the delay, but it is better this way.

Looks like we'll have to wait a couple more days for full details about the developments, oh well. I still am very confident in this company, but I'm not overconfident or "married" to the stock. I just need a clearer understanding of what, exactly, is going on before I can reevaluate my position. I don't sell blindly into the herd, I make my own decisions based on due diligence and facts. We'll find out where we stand in a couple days. Most of the "herd mentality" traders have already sold their shares, hopefully their judgement will prove wrong.
In am e-mail yesterday, he said that all my questions would be answered in "tomorrow's press release." That's all I know.
I really wish they would hurry up with their follow-up PR, it seems like they've been procrastinating lately... The PPS is starting to suffer a little today from those that are a little behind, but saw the drop yesterday....fearful traders. I guess we'll hear something soon enough, and it's not a bad idea to take a few shares from the weak holders.
40K bot at $1.82, 50K bot at $1.83...I'd say somebody wants in pretty bad right now! You can make your own judgements, but I think we're going to rebound nicely. This deal is going to be very beneficial for the shareholders, mark my words.
The MM has the ask sitting at $2.01, hopefully we'll close green today...wouldn't that be something! Good luck longs.
Thanks lightline. I just try to stay level-headed when others are scrambling, and to capitalize when others are fearful. I see no reason for selling at this point, and, if anything, today's PR is a huge move in the right direction. Tomorrow we'll have most of our questions answered hopefully. There will always be those that will disagree, however...you know who they are...
Your questions will be answered in tomorrow's PR. Scott can explain it better than any of us can. Please hold off on your rantings until then...
Yes, I got an e-mail from Scott today. I asked him about merger details, guidance, dilution, etc. (Rather than try to guess, I though it would be more productive to go straight to the horse's mouth.) He said that he is going to release another PR tomorrow to explain everything further.
Scott is going to release another PR tomorrow explaining everything...just be patient and all the questions will be answered. They have shareholder interests in the fore-front of all their decisions, please do not forget that.
Attention: Scott says that there will be another press release tomorrow explaining the merger/guidance/etc. Please hold your statements and rantings until tomorrow, when we can gain a clearer understanding. The PPS is holding up well and long-term shareholders will definitely be rewarded by this. All the weak holders were shaken out today, that's for sure.
Remember everyone to keep your eyes on the horizon, and not the bumps in the road. The deal will work out to our advantage tremendously. You should take advantage of the weak holders and buy at this lower level, and possibly lower if applicable. The PR didn't meanion share dilution at all, nor did it reaffirm guidance. I would recommend e-mailing Scott your questions before you jump to conclusions. I like what happened and I think it will help long-term shareholder value.
Why the big sell-off? Isn't this the news we've been waiting for? I don't understand, it sounds OK to me! Is it just buy on rumor and sell on news, and it's amplified b/c we're a pink sheet? I really think it's overblown and we're actually better off than the market thinks. If we drop low enough, I'm going to buy more.
Did ya'll see that 30K block at the ask!
